Fantastic experience: Dr. Gagnon and her staff are phenomenal. I've been going there for almost a decade for my teeth cleanings and all my cosmetic procedures including having crowns on my two front teeth which I was very nervous about. Dr. Gagnon has special equipment that allowed her to make the crowns the same day right there in her office. It's called a CEREC cad/cam crown with a scanning process so no yucky impression material.. And no temporary crowns! No-one knows I even have crowns until I tell them. They are absolutely beautiful. I love all of her staff- they are extremely sufficient and friendly. I feel like I'm part of the family whenever I go.

Fantastic experience: Mae is my hygenist and she did a super job. Very thorough, explained everything she was doing and gave great advice. Afterwards I actually told her I enjoyed it. Who tells their hygenist they enjoy getting their teeth cleaned? I assure you I never have before! Lol. I will be using Mae from now on.

Specially good with people that have been afraid of dentists for years . She quickly makes you feel at ease and trusting. She is specially awesome with kids . She has a hygienist , May who is warm , sensitive , sympathetic to your concerns and funny too . She takes pride in her work and is very thorough. Can’t remember the last time I had such a good teeth cleaning . Excellent !

I needed a filling and was honestly a little nervous because it had been a while since my last one, but it was unbelievable. The dentist was so gentle that I didn’t even feel the numbing injection at all. The entire appointment was comfortable and easy from start to finish. If you’re someone who gets anxious about going to the dentist, I highly recommend Fusion Dental. It was truly better than I could have imagined! Negative experience: I would give a zero star if I could. It’s taken me a while to write this review only because I have a big heart and I care for people. However I didn’t feel any of this from Leah or her staff. I want to note this is specifically a med spa (Botox) review. I have never seen her for dentistry. She’s not a skilled injector and does not know the facial anatomy or recommended dosage per muscle. I’ve gotten Botox back in TX for years and years with perfect results. She questioned me for 30 minutes asking me what my previous injector did and then palpated the muscles on my face for 15 minutes before nervously injecting me. (You could clearly tell by her tone she was so nervous and did not know what to do- I should have walked away) When I returned 2 weeks later, mortified at my results she refused to take any responsibility for wrongly injecting me. I looked ridiculous! Please go to a skilled injector. I recommend someone who works at a plastic surgeons office. Not just someone who’s “interested” in providing Botox without all of the continuing education that is required, or the skill level.

Fantastic experience: This office is fabulous! I did not have a dentist in Niceville and called this office in hopes they could help me with a dental emergency. Not only did that get me in quickly, they were super kind and compassionate with my situation. The front desk is the kindest I have ever had the privledge of scheduling with. It is obvious the front desk is very knowledgable with all aspects of the office. She is a definite “go to” person for this practice. The hygienist are amazing and also very very very kind and patient. The hygienist took her time with my cleaning and explained exactly what she was doing and why she was doing it. She is an expert in her field! She gave me some tips and things I could do to have a healthier mouth. Hands down the BEST hygienist ever. The dentist is also very very kind. (I think kind and patient are 2 descriptors that apply to everyone there.). The dentist is very patient, she doesn’t rush, she explains what needs to be done and why, but also has the sense of urgency and tenacity of purpose to get you scheduled and the work done quickly. I liked that. But most of all, I feel as if the dentist actually CARED! That’s rare these days. This dental practice has it all! Look no longer for the best dentist in the area!

Fantastic experience: I had severe tooth pain and I called them to see if I could come in. They told me that there was an appointment available the next day. However, my tooth pain became unbearable and they got me in the same afternoon. I really appreciate their help to get me in the same day. They have been a patient of her for years and this is just one of the reasons. Her staff was very helpful and understanding.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Leah is a pro! Anytime I’ve had crown repair/replacement she always does a custom job that usually addresses something more cosmetic and functional. She and her staff work seamlessly like a team and look after you during your procedures. Highly recommend after nearly 20 years.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Leah Thompson-Gagnon for around 15 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She actually cares and wants to save your teeth. You can tell she loves her job. She doesn’t tack on unnecessary procedures/fillings. I was traumatized by another dentist as a child and I can say that when I first started going to her and told her how much anxiety going to the dentist was…she was incredibly mindful, calming, and funny. She is THE BEST! The rest of the staff have always been great and treat you like your family.
