Fantastic experience: A great place the staff will take great care of you. My whole family goes to this location. Rose was the best very informative and caring. I appreciated all she did on this morning.

Fantastic experience: I drove by and saw their sign said "We Cater to Cowards" which describes me. I have battled with PTSD for majority of my life and the dentist has triggered it. My dental appointments have always been nightmares in the past for myself and the staff working with me. I liked that they were able to talk with me ahead of time and actually seemed to understand PTSD. I was told the costs prior to my appointment so I could prepare financially. The dental hygienist was really great at talking to calm my nerves but not making me feel like I needed to talk while she had something in my mouth. I gave permission for my boyfriend to schedule my follow-up appt since his schedule is less flexible than mine and they actually listened to me. I was even happier when leaving and my total was much less than the max cost we had discussed prior to my visit.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this dentist office since I was 13 years old and I’m 26 now. Always welcoming and helpful. I get out at a reasonable time. I would definitely recommend this dentist office to friends and relatives.

Positive experience: The dental office was clean, professional, and conveniently located near my workplace, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this provider. The staff and doctors were courteous, knowledgeable and professional throughout my visit. My only concern was the wait time. Although I arrived on time for my appointment, I waited approximately 20 minutes or more before being seen. While this may not seem excessive, I was on my lunch break, and time is very important during that limited window. Overall, I had a positive experience, but a shorter wait time would have made the visit even better.

Didn't have a check, misplaced my card and was supposed to pay for my visit. Forgot about taking my meds. Everything I did was wrong but they all came together to help and put me together again. Very good welcome.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to La. Dental( Chalmette) since the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. They were the only dental open beside Covington facility. All of five of my kids have been serviced there. They are always cordial and just feel like neighborhood dentistry. Although , I see new faces, however their attentiveness is always on point.Today I had the pleasure of meeting new hygienist and assistant, Gretchen and Brandi. They listened and informed me how to take better care of my gum and teeth. I was being serviced less than 10 mins of my arrival time. Impressed and will share with family and friends.

Today he said “ Mommy that was so fun “! They also waited for me because I was running a few minutes behind . Love love love love them ♥️ All the staff is always so nice and sweet .

Fantastic experience: My appointment was for 11am and shortly after I completed my forms, I was taken to the back, made comfortable and treated with respect as the technician informed me of my care options. X-rays and my blood pressure were taken. Dr Nguyen extracted three teeth and showed concern for my comfort. Though the process was complicated, Dr Nguyen did a great job. I didn’t feel a thing. Everyone was super professional yet friendly and made my whole experience a very pleasant one. Thank you everyone, you made a stressful time a pleasant one for me.

She went above and beyond to make sure I was fully informed about my dental procedure and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She carefully reviewed all of my payment options and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. During the procedure, she continuously reassured me and made sure I was doing okay. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism truly stood out. She made a big difference in my experience!

Negative experience: The dentist and assistants were professional and friendly, and I was satisfied with the treatment. However, the receptionist was completely different. When I said I use Louisiana Medicaid, her attitude clearly changed: no greeting, cold looks, reluctant nods. With American or English-speaking patients, she was friendly. No one should be looked down upon because of their insurance or language ability. I will reconsider whether I continue treatment at this clinic.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with how I was treated by the receptionist at this clinic. The dentist and assistants were professional, friendly, and skilled. I was satisfied with the treatment. However, my experience at the front desk was completely unacceptable. As soon as the receptionist asked what insurance I had and I answered that I use MediCaid her attitude clearly changed. There was no greeting, no polite communication, just a cold look and a reluctant nod. I felt looked down upon simply because of the type of insurance I have. I have visited twice, and both times I felt the same way. When American or English-speaking patients arrived, she appeared much friendlier and more welcoming. But toward me, I was treated as if I were asking for free treatment, even though I am a legitimate patient with insurance coverage. No one should be made to feel inferior for using MediCaid or for not speaking fluent English. Respect should never depend on a patient’s insurance. I will seriously reconsider whether I continue my treatment at this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I was a walk in and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistant and dentist were very professional. The dentist explained the ex-ray and I scheduled for a tooth extraction tomorrow morning.

Fantastic experience: DOCTOR TRI TRAN IS THE GOAT!!!!!!! I was terrified of getting an extraction after my last experience 2-3 years ago, it was truly traumatizing. So I wanted to be sedated for my procedure but the waitlist was full until April-May. The tooth had me missing work so I needed it out ASAP. I was literally whimpering and crying but he kept telling me it was ok. He made sure I was completely numb before he started working it out. I swear barely felt anything during the actual extraction, no pressure or nothing. I wanted to thank him and hug him, hell I'll dance at his wedding if he not already married lol. But he's the only dentist I want from now on. Thank you a billion times Dr. Tran!

I was extremely in pain and had to do an emergency walk in and someone cancelled their appointment and thank god they did because dr. L. Mirzai extracted two teeth that have been causing so much pain and stress in my life she was fast and friendly I forgot the DA that was assisting her name but she was very nice and friendly and helpful. I will recommend anyone that’s having pain or just neeed a cleaning to go to Louisiana dental chalmette. They are tip tier.

Fantastic experience: I was a walk-in needing a crown glued back to the implant. Brook took care of me by taking an xray, temporarily gluing it back on, and making an appointment for me to see Dr Colburn. Thank you so much, Brook! The staff and DrColburn are like my favorite dental staff, ever! The front desk is so friendly and helpful. I left to get back to work in 25 minutes!

Fantastic experience: I have been terrible about getting to the dentist. Which is nobody’s fault but mine! Stupidity! Tough work schedule. Times when I was uninsured and scared of the cost. A bunch of dumb reasons. When I finally saw the error of my ways..I went to Louisiana Dental Center in Chalmette. Since I had been such a bad dental patient Brook the Dental hygienist who helped me had a terrible task ahead but she was fantastic and I couldn’t have been happier with the wonderful work she did! I really think she did a fantastic job! I would recommend this spot to anyone in need of Dental services! Thanks

Im not even a patient at this office but i recently had surgery at the Slidell center and my dad was at the ER IN ST BERNARD so i couldnt get to slidell and i walked into this place and they welcomed me in helped me like i was there patient ! Very nice and kind and caring ! If i wouldnt have started some where else i definitly would choose This one ! thank you all for a very great experience !!!
