Fantastic experience: On April 14th I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Ameri’s office. I have been a long time patient of the doctor. I have always found her to be friendly, patient, personable, knowledgeable, and just a great person to be around. It’s really nice to see things have not changed at all. As I walked through the door I was met by a young lady named Katie. She was so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I am going to have to see an oral surgeon. She not only found one for me but she found out that they accepted my insurance and set me up with an appointment. Then I was met by a young lady by the name of Brianna. She set me up and took my x-rays. She was fantastic to deal with. She was just a pleasure to be around. She was very nice and made me feel like I was the only person she cared about. She could tell I was a bit nervous and was constantly reassuring me and putting my fears to rest. This dental office has a winning combination. Don’t change a thing. I highly recommend this place for your dental needs. Great from the doctor to the staff.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the cleaning on my teeth. It was rushed, no flossing and was completed in approximately ten minutes. My cleaning was also not done by a hygienist. I will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: Came to Dr. Ameri for a second opinion, as I was told that i needed a root canal. Dr. Ameri was able to save the tooth without any root canal being done. Great experience great staff. Beyond happy with my visit. Fun family atmosphere. Will be mine and my families new dentist from now on.

Negative experience: The receptionist was very rude ! She act like she is in rush and hang up on me before I tryed to given her my insurance information.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ameri was very patient and a perfectionist when it came to my bridge. It took awhile to get it exactly right and a lot of visits, she never gave up an she didn't charge me more. Which I thought was really nice of her. Now I can smile again and chew normal. There is no another dentist I can think of that would do all she did. Her receptionists is also very nice and helpful. All around a great office.

Fantastic experience: I came in with an emergency with my back tooth that had broken. I was in some pain but not too bad. But I was treated by taking the broken piece out and she fixed my tooth and it was well done. The only thing I'm concerned about is I haven't gotten a call back if I need a follow-up visit and I'm still uncomfortable in my gum. On the upper side of my mouth which is strange because no work was done there.I don't know if it was as a result of the anesthesia /novocaibe needles

Negative experience: I don’t feel that this office was professional. The woman who took my X-rays didn’t introduce herself, neither did the man who cleaned my teeth. He was rough, he used his finger to apply the polish and shoved it all over my mouth, didn’t use a measuring device to measure my gums and eventually i found out he was a dentist not a hygienist. If i go for a cleaning, i prefer a hygienist to clean my teeth, as it’s questionable why a dentist is practicing below their credentials. The office manager was nice. The dentist was also rough while flossing my teeth and pinched my gums with the floss. I was not very happy with my first experience here.

Very professional and pleasant, and as a former dental assistant, I can't help but scan everything for cleanliness, and I'm always happy. I've recommended Dr. Ameri to my family who all are happy and will continue to recommend Dr. Ameri to anyone looking for a dentist! I have even moved, but continue to go despite a bit of a drive, passing many dentists along the way! UPDATE: Since my original review above, I've been dealing with painful neurological conditions. Dr. Ameri & staff always make sure I'm comfortable, get me pillows, etc. Also have super sensitive back teeth which got evrn worse. I just tense up, try to breathe, and deal with cleanings as I preemptively jump and wince. But Dr. Ameri knows, she takes the care to do all my back teeth by hand and this time used numbing gel which surprisingly ma7de a huge difference! I appreciate the way I'm treated and that Dr. Ameri remembers how sensitive my back teeth are! I don't review a lot, you can see that from my history, but good or bad, sometimes a review us well earned! Also... as someone who's worked for dentists, I promise you, it's shocking what some dentists will tell you that you need, a lot of it not covered by insurance because they are trying to pay for and cash out on new equipment ( and new cars). I only needed work ONCE, and was sent out to a surgeon. Dr. Ameri is perfectly happy having patients with healthy teeth! She NEVER sells you anything you don't need! 100% ethical!! I'm not a friend, family, or staff or connected in any way. This is my honest review & hope it helps someone looking for a good , kind, honest dentist!
