Dr. Kahn is patient, professional, and takes the time to explain what’s going on and what the best options are, which made me feel much more comfortable during my visit. The front desk staff are also incredibly kind and welcoming. They made scheduling easy and helped answer all my questions without making me feel rushed.

I had a Filling that had broke And my original dentist couldn’t get me in until September 11 which I completely understand. I work for a doctor so I know the wait time can be a lot but my whole mouth hurt. I couldn’t eat for two weeks. I couldn’t stand the pain no more. I called this practice and they got me in the same day took itn was absolutely amazing. No joke he had my mouth fixed feeling so much better by the time I left. Thank you guys for all your help

I could not chew my food without my teeth hurting and he fixed my bite... I am so happy with my teeth. He did my root canals, he did my crowns, and now I am getting partials... And he and his staff are .. I love it because it's so clean there.. And they all seem to work in sync together. And he will be my dentist for life

Dr. Kahn was very gentle and made sure i was not in any pain. The dental assistant was very nice as well and did a great job with the XRAYS. I am so happy to have found a great dental office for any and all future dental needs!

Negative experience: The front desk staff and assistant were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Khan was jarring. She didn’t introduce herself, barely spoke, and didn’t explain what she was doing. I came in for wisdom tooth pain, but she immediately said I needed a filling…something a second opinion confirmed I didn’t. Her demeanor felt robotic, flat, and disconnected. I left more confused and in more pain than when I arrived. I initially thought maybe she was just having a bad day (as we all do sometimes) but after reading other reviews describing similar experiences, I realized I wasn’t alone. I genuinely don’t know if she may be neurodivergent, possibly on the autism spectrum, but even if that’s the case, it doesn’t excuse bypassing basic standards of patient care. Healthcare providers are expected to introduce themselves, explain procedures, and ask for consent before touching patients. None of that happened. While other providers at this practice seem to have great reputations, I strongly recommend avoiding Dr. Khan, the wonderful front desk staff also lightened the mood. Will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the care given at Dr. Waldman’s office. I was seen by Dr. Mallick. He was caring and kind and treated me with the utmost respect. I had to change offices and Dr. Mallick and the girls at the front desk were very accommodating and set me at ease. Alla set my appointment and also was was very helpful and called to remind me of the appointment two days prior. All of my dealings in the office were very positive and I would recommend this practice highly.

Negative experience: Not personal at all! Very rough handed told him my wisdom tooth was causing me some pain he completely ignored that, when I went in for a facility filling, he only drilled out the cavity, leaving a huge hole in my tooth and sent me on my way, when I noticed after 30 minutes of leaving after getting sensation back I called and went back in he insisted the filling had fallen out, no apology or anything just blaming the client! If I didn’t noticed it and it caused an infection it would of been the dentists fault for not doing his job properly

Negative experience: First visit- Staff was friendly while the dentist did nothing but aggressively brush my extremely sensitive teeth while ignoring the cracked tooth with the root/nerve showing which i went there for- i had an anxiety attack in the chair and asked the staff to throw out my papers because if the dentist had taken just a moment to speak to me i would have explained- i even wrote out something to the dentist beforehand but if i had known he was just going to manhandle me i wouldnt have wasted the time or pain on this office. Thanks for making my dental anxiety worse! We’ll see when the next time i go to the dentist is

Negative experience: Bad experience. Didn’t listen to me after I went for a chipped tooth repair. Repair lasted one whole day. I hate leaving bad reviews but I want to save someone else the trauma.

Positive experience: experience of the dental procedures and with the staff has always been fast and pleasant. though my visit today was a bit of a mixed bag. procedure wise, i'm going to give it a couple more days till I can assess if the filling were done well or not. While i'am thankful that they apparently had the time to fit me in for fillings when I was just there for a routine cleaning, I hope that doesn't mean it was done more hastily which it somewhat felt like it was. Apart from that, this particular visit had the staff being a bit more short with introductions and overall friendliness. Could just be the day they're having and also having to deal with irritating people over the phone but this visit had me paired with a dentist that wasn't very vocal about what was being done and hardly a goodbye and kinda just made me walk out by myself instead of taking a extra min at most to guide me out. Just wish she had better communication and clarity overall as well as friendliness. again could be just an odd day as every other experience i've had here has been good. the offices are clean and also the waiting area is spacious.

Negative experience: This was a blank 1 star but I feel the need to point out how inappropriate it was for the receptionist to confront me about my 1 star post during an entirely unrelated call about my x-rays. :)

Negative experience: Be VERY VERY careful with Alla. She charged me more than the contractual agreed upon amount with the insurance company and they refuse to refund me the difference. Make them.process the claim through insurance before you pay ANYTHING. Highly deceptive business practices.

Negative experience: Do not go here. 4 stars is not what this place deserves at all… seems like they have people from their office writing good reviews for them… I went here about a year ago it was so unprofessional.. they didn’t explain what they were doing, they were rude, the dentist tools were dirty and I came to get a filling for my front tooth since I had a cavity and I said it was hurting while she was “cleaning it out” and she stopped cleaning it and said “we can finish this another time” and filled over it anyways. I still feel the pain. I went back a few weeks later after this and the “dentist” told me I needed a root canal because there was still a shadow. And this was my front tooth. This place should not be operating …

Fantastic experience: Dr. Waldman is the best dentist. He has empathy and always gave me options to choose. In addition, he keeps me informed of all the details before, during and after the procedures I’ve had done.

Fantastic experience: So nice and calming when you are stressed. When I called for an emergency appointment, they got me in so quickly. I didn’t have to worry too much.

Negative experience: I had an appointment but I waited an hour for a basic cleaning. They need more staff asap. People are nice but need a technique to bring in patients fast in and out.

Negative experience: Came in for a cleaning today and saw Dr. Mallik. He didn’t introduce himself or communicate with me really at all. He seemed to have a slight attitude and was not friendly. I have NEVER HAD SUCH A PAINFUL, UNCOMFORTABLE CLEANING IN MY LIFE! Hurt like hell. Found out later (after calling the office) that instead of a regular prophylaxis cleaning, he did a periodontal maintenance on me (essentially a full mouth debridement). But he did this without checking my mouth first, without seeing x-rays, and without informing me or asking me for consent. It cost more than a regular cleaning, and I believe it may have been done unnecessarily. I also don't think he numbed me properly because I felt everything. Receptionist and assistant were both very kind, but I won’t be returning here.

Fantastic experience: Dr Waldman is very kind, patient & knowledgeable. He takes his time with you and explains everything in lay terms. He also works within the parameters of your insurance as much as possible. His staff are very pleasant & professional. A good experience.

Negative experience: Had a dentist in Queens which I missed always love to go but he too far so I tried this dentist an he the Worse dentist ever filling fell out and dug in my tooth where down to the nerve and tells me I need a root canal won’t let you in the room with your child told me my son has three cavity decided to go somewhere else he cause me so much pain and found by my new dentist my son had no cavity

Positive experience: Dr.Waldman is a good guy, as well as the staff and front desk. They’re all polite, and I enjoy talking to them. I was getting a filling, and Dr.Waldman made sure to tell me when the numbing medication was being injected, and made sure I knew throughout the process if I was in pain to tell him, so he can put some more. We talked about music as well, which helped with some angst! I was a bit worried with some of the reviews when I first came here, but 3 visits in and I can confidently say I’m happy coming here.

Fantastic experience: I found Dr Waldman by accident and am I glad I did. I have been to many dentists in my life. There is dentistry and then there is the Art of Dentistry .
