Fantastic experience: Dr. G gave me a great smile! She always took the time to check in on me during appointments and was willing to listen to my needs. After treatment I received teeth whitening kits and a comfortable retainer. The team was always so kind and caring. I walked in one day because I had a poky wire and they quickly fixed it for me and sent me on my way. They were always accommodating with scheduling, and I never felt rushed in and out of my appointment. Thank you Smile Doctors team! Shout out to Evelyn!

Negative experience: If I could give a 0 I would. We were seen for braces and got them on but we disclosed we would be moving to Hawaii in the beginning of 2025 for military orders. We signed the transfer document at our appt in December and our last payment to them should have been in Feb 2025. I have spoken with billing 3 times in a year and the office manager once when billing would not work with us and was being quite rude. I was told that the office manager would refund the payment they took in March and April… a year later and that never happened. They also charged our insurance through July 2025 as if we were still receiving their care. We transferred to the orthodontist they recommended us to see in Hawaii March 2025 and they can’t get tricares portion because smile doctors took it when they should not have. I’ve asked for an itemized statement of what we’ve been charged, paid, dates of service and insurance payments to them and have received nothing. Now I’m getting phone calls a few times a week telling me I owe them. This is insane and I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and reaching out to a lawyer in regards to their shady billing practices.

Dr. G, Colleen, and Shayarah (you can let me know if I misspelled that ) and the rest of the staff are absolutely AMAZING! Negative experience: Yall didn’t put my permanent retainer on right the wire wasn’t even bonded to one of my front teeth so over time I got a huge cavity growing under it and now ima need a root canal on my FRONT tooth. You guys are trained to do this stuff right are you not? Now because of YOUR mistake ima have to get a whole root canal.

Fantastic experience: Smile docs in Pueblo is the BEST! They are up to date and current on the latest techniques and tech for orthodontics. My 13yr old son was able to have his jaw moved and teeth straightening with Invisalign. So much more comfortable and easy to do with Invisalign than traditional braces for us. And! The cost of the Invisalign was actually slightly cheaper because he doesn't need as many in office visits. Speaking of fewer in office visits, it is super convenient to have fewer appointments to go to! If we ever had an issue or needed help in person, we always got right in for an in person appt too! We do weekly tooth scans from home to ensure proper progress of the teeth/jaw. The staff is amazing and so is the orthodontist. The orthodontist is easy going, well informed, has great bedside manner, and is quite intelligent. The pricing at Smile Docs is awesome too. We almost saw a different orthodontist in Pueblo before Smile docs, and this orthodontist wanted to pull one of our son's adult teeth and do traditional braces. I thought that was a bit old fashioned to do as well as painful with some risks (a very last resort thing when no other options are available to pull an adult tooth). What a relief to find Smile docs!! NO pulling of adult teeth needed, and the option to do either traditional braces or Invisalign too! No questions who we picked! Cannot say enough good things about Smile docs in Pueblo!! So glad we found someone close by locally in Pueblo that provides such top notch care at a perfect price point. Many thanks to the staff and orthodontist for taking care of our son!
