Negative experience: Will be charging their HR and ethics for the receptionist to just think that it’s OK leave me hanging with a temporary filling when I was supposed to get a crown put on today. I have to work just like they have to work so I need to reschedule and I get told that oh that’s impossible. Have a nice day and get hung up on so professional thanks a lot.

Negative experience: They are not looking for new patients and do not need business, they will lack ability to follow up and do not properly offer new patient visits. The women at the front refused to reschedule our first appointment and said we could not be seen by their doctors if we were to miss it. Our first appointment keep in mind with covered insurance. They don’t charge a cancellation/reschedule fee, instead they wanted us to come in sick while they wore a mask. It’s hard to trust the dentist after their office shows how little they care.

Fantastic experience: They were wonderful they found lil hole in filling well getting fitted for partial so that stopped everything cause my main dentist is in La Junta where I live so I was gonna have to come back and get fitted after filling and I was really frustrated their while I was scheduleing new appointment dentist said if I could wait 15 minutes he would do my filling I was in awe !! Wow Ty so much made my day ty to everyone their their staff is outstanding so in touch with patients needs !!!And Danny knows his profession with partials really knowledgeable amazing visits

Negative experience: I used to work for a dentist in monument and had all my dental care done there, but was looking for something closer to me in Pueblo to go to regularly so I scheduled a New Patient appointment with these guys. Really bad experience overall. I had a pano and FMX (full series of X-rays) taken, I’m 25 years old and have had my wisdom teeth removed already so there was no reason for a pano let alone on the same day as a full series when most insurances cover one or the other every 5 or so years. So that was strange number 1. Then an assistant takes my X-rays pretty quickly, they’re not the best quality of X-rays as I had them send me copies for myself and my old boss and others to look at for second opinions, not very clear margins, etc.Then the dentist comes in and is somewhat odd, asks some questions about what’s bothering me, tmj pain, diagnoses a couple cavities and I ask if everything else looks good aside from the cavities and he said yes, doesn’t say anything further and then leaves. The hygienist comes in immediately with it in her mind that I’m going to need “a deep cleaning” she said this to me before even looking in my mouth or perio charting and automatically wants to do all quadrants of deep gum and root cleaning. Very very odd, I’m young and my hygiene is not that bad, there’s no way I’m a perio patient. Perio is a lifelong diagnoses and treatment plan, so for her to have given that to me so quickly and seemingly carelessly was very upsetting. She then does my perio charting, reading off some 3’s, 4’s, 5’s and a few 6’s, but when the 6’s were read she was reeaallyy digging that probe into my gums to the point of discomfort. If I had true 6 depth pockets, the probe would go right in without having to force it. This was all red flag after red flag, and I know all about corporate dental over diagnosing and scamming people and their insurance out of every dollar they can get, and I believe that is exactly what happened to me. I got 2 other opinions, and both doctors believed my diagnosis of perio was so unjust and so incorrect they were upset for me. I had a couple spurs of hard calculus under the gum line, no visible bone loss, etc. I was just due for a cleaning. There was absolutely no reason I should’ve been diagnosed as perio and put into perio maintenance for the rest of my life. I do not recommend these people at ALL. Stay away from this place, stay away from corporate dental, and if anything ever feels off when getting a diagnosis or treatment plan, take yourself to a private office for a second opinion.

Fantastic experience: Very informative cute holloween decor. Kim was nice when I called. Easy online appointments. The assistant Bella is nice. Dr. Cousins did my extractions. Very nice.

Fantastic experience: First let me start by saying that I broke my dentures bad. I called 6 place before I found Prestige. I was I need of a appointment when I called (which the 6 before couldn't help even the place I got my first set of dentures. They got me in that day and I got my impressions. Then I met Danny. I found out he has been helping people in pueblo for years. If you are in need for dentures go no farther. Also they make there dentures right there. No sending them to another city or state. I found my place. This might sound like I'm getting something for this review. What I am getting is denture from one of the best in the business. I just wanted to say thanks so much to Prestige and most of all thank you Danny. I'm lucky to have found you.

Fantastic experience: The staff are so friendly and assisted me quickly. The Dentist and his assistant Lindsey took the edge off my nerves. They informed me of the procedures I will be needing and the cost up front, so I'm not caught off guard. The whole experience was great and I love how they have their office decorated!

They were very friendly and willing to do whatever it took to alleviate the untenable condition in time for me to leave on an extended trip out of state. Negative experience: Missed one appointment ONE APPOINTMENT and was told I can never schedule one again Mind u I have kids that I have to take care of if u want to be screwed then go to this place worst dental place ever .

Negative experience: “Dr” Dole YANKED my Implant out ruining the threads! They then gave me an estimate at a higher price then when I had them do the “work”! What no coupon! I am outraged and take my mouth health elsewhere! Dana then said it’s my fault their work didn’t hold up UGHHH! iPISSED ON CUSTOMER!

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of anxiety regarding dental work due to other dental offices I’ve been to along with having a lot of sensitivity due to grinding and gum recession so cleanings are stressful for me. Today was my second cleaning with Prestige and I had to have one cavity filled after my first cleaning and all 3 of my experiences have been exceptional. I had different hygienists each time, Tabitha the first time and Kendra this time with Dr. Cozzens as my dentist and they have all given me such great care. The hygienists were both extremely gentle and careful in making sure they didn’t hit any sensitive spots and Dr. Cozzens did great on my filling and is very friendly when I see him during cleanings. I recommend them 100%. I appreciate them so much and am glad I found them.

Fantastic experience: Three different dentists I went to told me it was time for dentures. I didn't want to do that because I had already sunk the equivalent of a Corvette in my mouth and I wasn't ready to give up. I didn't feel comfortable at the first dentist and I'm fairly certain the second one was trying to game the insurance company. I felt totally confident in Prestige from booking the first appointment, through extraction and final fitting of traditional dentures. I don't know how the front desk always seems so friendly and cheerful. The best experience though, is letting Danny Roybal design my new smile. It looks so natural that no one would know I wasn't born with these bad boys. I just got them today and I'm already eating normally. Because of anatomy issues there were concerns about fit and suction. Danny totally resolved all issues and I left a little concerned. Six hours later I"ve already had lunch out and just made a dinner reservation. Got a few compliments already too! Thank you Prestige and thank you Danny Roybal.

Fantastic experience: Wow they are phenomenal at Prestige from every person I met to the Doc! It was so great on my initial consultation went so well, that I was able to go back in 30 mins later to get started on my tooth. This was so great because I didn’t have to take off an additional day to come in and get this done. The Doc and technician’s professionalism was so awesome and they made me feel comfortable in a bit so comfortable situation. Thank you for making my two visits phenomenal! See yall in 2 weeks!

Negative experience: Dentist was extremely strange. They didn't listen to anything I had to say about my own teeth. Was only interested in selling me a 300 dollar nightguard which of course insurance doesn't pay. And gave me Flexeril for a bad tooth. Which I did not fill. Do NOT recommend this place. Waste of time.

Negative experience: Just had all my teeth removed. Would have been super if the dentist actually discussed the treatment plan ahead of time. This way as the patient I could decide if it is acceptable. Post removal is included in that! Had to beg for 6 painkillers for a entire mouth of tooth removal is Ludacris, inhumane, humiliating, and certainly not the agreed after care. What you just did to my mental health by leaving me in excruciating pain. Not to mention you scheduled me for 3 hours most of the time numb mouth just sitting and waiting for you to come back in. You kept leaving to work on others causing me to need more numbing agents, again painfulYes Highly disappointed and will be seeking further treatment elsewhere. It is the patients choice, not your place to divtate my treatment options! You took my choice away!! Did I mention I'll probably lawyer up, when you disregard a patients pain and treat them differently then any other normal dentist it a lawsuit. Treat people with the dignity and respect they deserve!

Third visit--These people are serious about your teeth's health. imagine going to the Dentist is pure joy. While working seriously on my teeth, I dosed off. Never in my life I heard anyone say that. Fantastic experience: I came to Prestige on a referral because where I was going before they were loading me down with too much numbing medicine and I’m very sensitive to the epinephrine that’s in most of it (I get panic attacks from it) … so I went to Prestige and they were very kind and understanding as well they made me very comfortable and relaxed and I’ve been several times since without any occurrences of anxiety or panic attacks. I prefer Prestige over any other place so much that I’m willing to take the two hour trip for every visit!

Fantastic experience: I have been afraid of going to the dentist for 56 years this was more or less the first dentist and I had to have every single tooth in my mouth removed they were wonderful I was afraid of not having a surgery where I would go under and these people have my hand more left the whole time and took care of me like you would not believe I would very much recommend that you use prestige dental only in Pueblo if the staff resist thank you so much for all your care
