Fantastic experience: We appreciate Dr. Anna! She helped develop a plan for my 12 yr old who was experiencing a lot of anxiety during her treatment. Instead of forcing anything, she stopped and gave her breaks, then she and I had a mid-appointment conference. I told her more detail about the anxiety and her history and she was very understanding. She put it in the notes and gave us options for treatment that were reasonable. She told my child “It’s not your fault that you feel anxious.” An adult who treats kids as whole people, not as problems! We will be seeing Dr. Anna again.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk into the office, until you leave, you are treated like family! The front office associates were nice, the hygienists were amazing, and the dentist was also amazing! They take great care of your kiddos!!

Negative experience: I called to see if my daughter could be seen there, and the girl just hung up on me when I told her what insurance we have.

Fantastic experience: We were referred to Harmony by a friend and we had a GREAT first experience. Our son just turned 1 so this was his first ever dentist visit. Before Dr. Anna came into the exam room, the assistant (didn't get her name) walked us through the process. She told us that if we (mom and dad) get nervous or want them to stop at any time, just say something because they want us all to feel comfortable. She acknowledged this visit can be scary for littles and they can take it slow. Dr. Anna was welcoming and enthusiastic to see us. She was so great with our son, checked his teeth and did a quick brush, and that was it! Such a fast visit but so thorough. Everyone, incuding the front desk staff, were so friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend this dentistry!

So we were told by friends about Harmony and how great they are So we made an appointment, They are amazing, so kind and patient My granddaughter is exited for next appointment. The whole staff is amazing, I would highly recommend Harmony!!

Negative experience: We came here for the first time in April. My son is 8 and we were hoping to find someone close to home. He had tooth pain in March and April was as soon as we could get in. The tooth pain subsided (thankfully) by his April appointment. We get there, the dentist looked in his mouth, for maybe all of 5 minutes, was very rough, and frankly not very kind for being a PEDIATRIC dentist. She told me son in an annoying tone “I can’t look at your teeth if you’re breathing through your mouth. So you need to stop.”.. mind you, my son has allergies. He was stuffed up. She seemed rushed, but especially rushed to tell us all the things wrong with his teeth. Told us we needed 8 silver caps, 4 BABY TEETH extracted, and 5 cavities filled. She was quick to tell us he needed to be put under anesthesia for this procedure, which was scary to hear. That’s a LOT of dental work for an 8 year old. Reluctantly, we made the appointment, she said it was urgent, but we couldn’t get in until September. I paid the $100 deposit to hold our appointment day, and I received the bill…. $4200 and subject to change “depending on if they find anything else in there”… I was able to get into another Sandy Office and get a second opinion, I brought the page-and-a-half long “dental plan” to show the doctor, and he crossed out everything except two cavities and one extraction. As I suspected, there’s no reason for 98% of the things that were on that list. This place just seems a little money hungry in my opinion. Not a very genuine place.

Negative experience: I started taking my 3 children here when we moved to Sandy 6 years ago. I chose a pediatric dentist in hopes that they would have a positive experience with Dentists. I took them in every 6 months for regular cleanings. My youngest has sucked her thumb her whole life and there are some issues with her teeth due to that and we were working on a treatment plan for that. Other than that, every time I took my children in I was told that everything was good and their teeth looked great. So, I assumed that our brushing routine was working. That changed last August when I was informed that all three of my children had multiple cavities each. I asked how that was possible when 6 months ago, at their last cleaning, I was told everything was fine. I was then informed that, "oh, well we have it in our notes that there have been spots we were watching". I sat back with my kids at every appointment and was never ONCE told that there were spots being watched prior to that appointment. I was never once told there was anything wrong with their teeth as far as cavities go for almost 6 years, every 6 months, NOTHING until last August. I decided to take them to my dentist where my children are having to experience getting cavities filled, and I'm now having to pay to fill all of the cavities. A situation that I assumed I was preventing with regular dental care because I assumed that I would be told if we needed to make adjustments in their dental routine by their dentist. There was a pretty high turnover rate with the Dentists there, but I assumed they would communicate anything they saw that needed attention regardless. I was so wrong, and I am so frustrated with this situation I dont usually leave negative reviews, but this is a big deal, and I wanted to warn others.

Fantastic experience: My daughter goes to both locations (Gresham and Sandy) and has had wonderful experiences. Staff is friendly, informative and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Reading some of the bad reviews is disheartening and makes you wonder what type of vibe the customers come in with to get such “bad service”Customer service is a tough job and you can’t win over all the Karen’s of the world. If you were annoyed immediately everytime why would you keep going back?! Seems odd. Keep it up Harmony Pediatric Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going here with my two children for a few years, since they were each 18 months old. Never had a bad experience, the dentists have excellent bedside manner and make it fun and not scary. One daughter actually asks me to go to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I love this place! The entire staff there is very friendly, attentive and prompt. We’ve taken our 8 year old daughter there 3 times now and each time was great! The dentists are very thorough with their exams and suggestions. They don’t rush. My daughter has a yellow spot on one of her front lower teeth and the dentist suggested painting the sealant on that tooth in addition to the molars. I feel that due to the dentists’ knowledge and caring outlook, their patients receive above and beyond care.

Fantastic experience: We love this dentist for our kids. We used to go to another one, but they were so mean and impatient with our kids (who obviously fear the dentist). This location always makes us feel welcome, they are so patient and good with the kids. It's a 30 min drive from us but definitely worth it.

Fantastic experience: My kids and I love Harmony Pediatric Dentistry. The entire staff is so patient and kind with children. They do a great job of explaining the entire process in a way my kids understand, and help calm any nerves they may be feeling. Having a practice tailored to what helps kids feel comfortable has made a huge difference in my kids’ ownership of their dental health. We always have a great experience at each cleaning or any other dental procedures my kids need.

I take my 5 daughters here, ages 2-10, and they all love it and look forward to their appointments. My 2 year old just had 2 crowns put on today and she did great! The doctor was very quick, efficient, and patient with my daughter. The happy energy from the whole staff made it a great experience. Highly recommend! :)

Explained everything to her before they did work. I could see my daughter was comfortable and chatting away with eveyone.

I've never had an issue with being afraid of the dentist, but I know that it can be a big fear for kids and I feel like this office does a good job of being friendly, kind and welcoming to make it a nice experience.

Fantastic experience: This office was a pleasure to go to when most dental offices treat you like you are stupid. They were kind and considerate of my young children’s special needs. Never talked down to me or were rude. I appreciated the dentist being thorough and that he explained things well. The assistants went over the top to help my kiddos out and were very aware. The front desk receptionist is polite and very productive. She was multi tasking like a champ and just so sweet. Thankful we found this office!

Negative experience: The dentist is amazing, but know that they estimate your bill at the time of visit and will tell you that you owe nothing and then get a whopping bill in the mail for what you owe.

Harmony Pediatric Dentistry provides great service and they do everything they can to make the experience fun for the kids. They are very patient and understanding with young children, and they provide great dental care :-)

Fantastic experience: This is such an awesome kids’ dentist. Everyone is so kind and patient, and the kids get so many cool bonuses: fun flavors of toothpaste (cookie dough, y’all!), their own personal TV and headsets, prizes to choose after the appointment…And if a little one ends up with a cavity, they offer laughing gas to help ease the process (my son really appreciated that, and me too!) My kids love this place, and so do I.

They took great care of my daughter during her First dental visit and took the time to explain everything in detail to me. The front desk staff (Molly who was there at the time) was amazing as well. Everyone in the office took the time to get my daughter taken care of and will recommend them to all my friends with children looking for a dentist. They make your kids feel extremely comfortable as well as the parent. Great people and great staff!! If I could give a million stars I would!!!
