Fantastic experience: Two thumbs up ! Our autistic speech delayed kiddo has never let a dentist into his mouth without a huge meltdown . Today he had a wonderful exam and cleaning and did so good ! This practice is full of staff that belong working with kids , they are wonderful 10/10 recommend and will be returning regularly !

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a pediatric dental near home and Gresham Pediatric Dentistry came up on my search. I'm glad I found them because my son loves going there. The staff are super friendly and Dr. Lee is so great with kids.

She explained every step and showed her every tool, which I believe made her feel safe. We left with her going on about how awesome it was! Definitely recommend them!

Negative experience: If I could do zero damn stars, I would but I'm sorry? Who the hell sits there and body shames an eight year old who's in pain and came to y'all for help? Or berates a mother who wanted to get her three year old a token for y'alls machine? Saying not to give things to kids who don't deserve it. You've had multiple people this year make severe complaints about your business. I'm pushing everyone to go to BBB and report you for abuse and neglect of your patients. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would, worst experience worst dentist. Told me in front of my 8 year old son that he is to tall and weighs more than anyone in this office. Will never recommend this office to anyone. They also told my 3 year old daughter she can’t have a token due to not doing anything to earn it as they don’t just give those to kids who didn’t do anything. Visit at your risk

Fantastic experience: Sweet staff. My 19 month old only cried during the teeth brushing (she normally does that anyway) and immediately stopped when they were done. At her regular pediatric appts she cries the entire time from start to finish so she definitely felt a bit more comfortable at this office!

Fantastic experience: Gresham Pediatric Dentistry inside and out is clean, neat, ordered, and beautiful of the showed up rooms. Especially, the teeth films for the teeth X-ray are soft, handy, not attached tools like other dental office usage. These soft teeth films don’t hurt the patients’ tongue when put in. Told that the soft teeth films are so expensive. The Vietnamese dental assistant is professional, gentle in the care while explaining her doing to the kid patient to calm her down and listen to. The specialist dentist Jiyoung Elizabeth Lee is professionally talented to have asked intelligent questions and correct diagnoses. Not only her perfect career but also her happiness, explanation to the procedure, and cheering to the kid patient. I’m so thankful to be assigned to this wonderful GPD. Janessa Wilder’ mother. The 2nd review: Janessa met the dental assistant and Dr. Jiyoung Lee for Janessa's teeth cleaning this Tues. The staff at GPD are kind, gentle, caring, explainable, and talkative during the kid's teeth care to calm and enhance the trust in relationship with kids. Dr. Lee learned the kids’ behaviors by direct communication with them and parents’ reports to experience and prepare the kids’ reactions in the teeth filling or extraction. After the dental assistant finished the teeth cleaning, Dr. Lee rechecked and thoroughly examined all teeth. Thank you, Dr. Lee for all your done. Janessa Wilder’s mother. The 3rd review: On August 6th, Janessa just had another tooth filling appointment with Dr. Jiyoung Lee. Dr. Lee is unbelievably amazing, professional, cheerful, patient, skillful, and talented in kids’ dental care. My daughter Janessa dislikes the hurt from the shot or numbness needles so Dr. Lee faces the challenge to fill Janessa ‘s cavity tooth since Janessa doesn’t want to receive the numbness needle. But amazingly, Dr. Lee overcame her fear to lurk her by cheering her some funny activities while doing the unbelievably successful tooth filling without the applied numbness. Undoubtedly, Janessa’s filled tooth finally is beautifully done and the unhurt entire procedure. Also Dr. Lee saves any unnecessary teeth X-ray to prevent further harmful laser from X-ray. Fantastic experience: We have had great experiences with my young (2 years) one coming here. They’re a very accommodating, patient, and understanding staff. They were slow and detailed their actions and it was the best dental experience I could have wished for!

Fantastic experience: We've gone to Dr. Lee for about 8 to 9 years now and both our girls love her! She is so good with the kiddos, and they love earning Tokens for good behavior and good Teeth Health! The staff is so friendly, and offers flexible appointment times!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has sensory issues and normally won't even let her pediatrician LOOK in her mouth. This office was amazing from the time we walked in until we left. The hygienist was AMAZING with her and was able to clean her teeth fairly easily and quickly. The dentist was equally amazing and my daughter left there happier than when she came in. Love this place!

I am a professional educator and it is so nice to see the staff engage with my boys in a friendly and kid appropriate way. Honestly, we drive further than I’d like and every time we go I remember why! They’re great!

Negative experience: I feel like the dentist to help my daughter when she was three years old wasn’t professionally informing me and should have informing me more detailed when she was going to get eight crowns done. She was originally was just supposed to get two and came out having eight crowns at age 3. I don’t think that’s right and now that I am more knowledged and I went to school for dental school now I know that wasn’t right I should have sued them now it’s been too long for me to find my evidence in the paperwork they had me sign. Don’t recommend to go here or I recommend for you to have knowledge because I didn’t and I wish I would’ve known more before the procedure was done

Fantastic experience: I really like this dentist office, Dr. Lee and all staff, I've met are awesome! Their anesthesiologist here for their pediatric patients is also awesome! Everyone here does everything to make my kids and myself feel comfortable, which isn't always the case. Unfortunately my son only went here for an GA appointment- but it would be my choice to have my kids come here regularly if I could. (My 5 year old son, also agreed this is his choice, it's his favorite dentist- and we've gone around trying to find a place he feels comfortable.) 10/10 in Every way!! Whether it's the child, the parent, or even a sibling along for the appointment these guys go way above and beyond to make it an excellent experience.

Positive experience: I’m changing my five stars to a three star because Dr. Lee is patient with children but because I am the parent refused for my child to get a silver tooth that he had in the past which caused him so much pain and gum kept getting Swollen . I was than told that he was being referred to a different dentist I tryed to keep him there but she suggested that it would be good for him to try a different dentist. Overall I think it was just because I didn’t want to proceed with doctor suggestion.of getting a another silver crown.

Fantastic experience: Let me tell you… I’m not scared of much besides forcing my headstrong, independent, middle three year old daughter into anything. I was sure she would sit in the chair, lock her jaw shut and give me a nasty face. I would’ve bet my lunch money for the week on it. We walked in the practice with siblings in tow, she sat down in the chair and the hygienist walked in. The hygienist was authentically kind and gentle, used fun vocabulary and detailed steps with my daughter, who actually gave not one, but multiple smiles during her cleaning. Whenever she became uneasy or unsure the hygienist stopped, reassured and encouraged and continued on. The dentist herself, same, genuinely kind and thorough. The office staff clearly enjoy their professions and their working environment. Needless to say, I’m floored. I made the next follow up appointment while still in office and was satisfied with the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee, and oddly enough, so does my scary three year old.

Fantastic experience: *We've been going to GDP for about a year now and love this practice! The care and patience they take with our kids is such a reassurance; especially to know they are always looking forward to the next appt. She gets down on their level to make them comfortable, and feel special. During the more involved appts., she's a pro at assuaging fears, and making the treatment a breeze. The office staff as whole have always been great at explaining recommended treatment. All in all, we feel lucky to have found GDP! We are new to this practice, but so far have had an amazing experience. The staff here has been incredibly helpful when sorting through some insurance issues. Everyone, including Dr. Lee, are very welcoming, communicative, and warm with myself and my kiddo; making a point to take treatment at a pace that won't leave him feeling anxious or worried about return visits. I couldn't be happier with our choice to come here and look forward to their rest of our family being patients here!

Every time I have ever had any concerns, worries or questions I have always been given such amazing advice and care. Fantastic experience: My son had his tooth pulled today. Dr. Lee is fantastic. He is getting over fear from a previous dentist clinic. Each visit with Dr. Lee he loses a little bit more of his fear. She is quick, patient and never gets upset at him when he is scared. She talks to him with confidence and a nice bit of distraction. My other child has had her since he was 4 and just graduated to an adult dentist. He wished he could have her forever.

Fantastic experience: Update: We have been coming to Gresham Pediatric Dentistry every 6 months and always have had a great experience with staff. They are patient with my nervous son. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist. I had a great experience taking my son here for his first dental appointment. He is not a fan of strangers right now, and they made it very gentle and quick for our visit. I felt the staff was very caring and professional. The office was very clean. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: They are always so sweet and so caring here! The whole staff from the office, to the assistants, to the dentist are all superb. Taking time to make my kiddos feel special and welcomed and safe, while also making sure us as the parents understand everything clearly. Fantastic experience: I was apprehensive going into our appointment since my general experience of children dentists tend to lean a little on the judgmental and pushy side. I was wonderfully relieved at the staff here, that was kind, caring, and understanding. Many things can play into dental health. It was refreshing to have overall health acknowledged, along with other factors, instead of just feeling like you are a terrible parent because of your children’s teeth. I look forward to bringing the rest of my young children here, knowing that I’m in a partnership to increase their dental health and not condescended to.

Fantastic experience: My 2.5 year old daughter recently had her first dental appointment and it was perfect. I was worried because she is very shy and doesn’t usually love loud things or new people. The dental assistant was so sweet and took her time introducing herself and her cleaning tools and when she walked out my daughter said “it’s fun at the dentist”! It made me so happy she was enjoying her time. The dentist too her time explaining things and was so sweet and gentle as well. We will definitely be keeping this dentist for as long as possible!

Fantastic experience: Attentive and compassionate with their patients. The atmosphere is very welcoming and bright, you feel like family and not just another file to chart. As a first time mom, they go above and beyond to make sure to explain everything they are doing and why. Accepts ohp, care oregon. They are very consistent with scheduling future appointments, and calling to remind you of them, as well as rescheduling with you if something comes up.

Positive experience: The hygienists was excellent very kind ,gentle and personable. The dentist didn't have much personality. But she was professional and really knows her stuff.My daughter has phobias with dental offices and is excited for her next appointment.
