Fantastic experience: My dentist pulled a tooth in May 2025 and things went from bad to worse! I needed help right away and Gresham Dental Group agreed to see me that day. The dentist had to do several hours of work on my mouth to try and get my pain under control! Then they saw me the next day and again after the weekend. I am still in pain but these dentists went the extra mile for me and agreed to have me switch to them as my dentists! I am very happy with everyone at this dental clinic! Glad i found them! Months later I am still happy with this clinic! Everyone is very helpful! Fast forward to Jan. 26, 2026 and again they had to take care of an emergency left over from the other dentist ( my prior dentist) in May 2025. Five stars doesn’t come close to saying how wonderful these guys are along with their entire staff!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a long time client here (my kids - now grown adults also grew up knowing and loving this dentist office) “Aly” is the most thorough and gentle hygienist I’ve ever experienced and is so sweet and always treats me like I’m a family friend❤️ Dr Westover renewed my faith in dentistry a long time ago with safe and secure, painless treatments and my teeth function and look fantastic for what we started with initially. The whole work group is patient and kind and the clinic is super up to date, fancy and super clean.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ely is great! He listens to you and really try’s to find and fix the problem. I had a problem tooth that kept getting a deep infection and when we decided that it was probably best to extract the tooth, he reduced the price due to some work that was done on that tooth pryer. Staff is always great and it works for me.

Fantastic experience: Gresham Dental Group is the best. I have been going there for a few years and receive nothing but positive work from cleaning to crowns. I recently needed some cavity work that was impeded by an existing crown. Dr. Westover not only did the work required but only charged me for his time? I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort during the process. He has great communication skills so you know what is going to happen? Kudos to Gresham Dental Group.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been having trouble with an upper molar for several months. I had my dentist (at our usual dental group) check it and he said it was OK. On 7/30/25 another dentist said it should be looked at. On 8/14/25 my dentist said the crown should be removed and the tooth examined. The soonest they could do it was 10/26/25. As the discomfort/pain increased I decided to go outside my dental group and be seen by Dr. Westover at Gresham Dental for a second opinion. Based on the x-ray and his exam, he saw an abscess in the problem tooth and wrote a prescription for Amoxicillin for 7 days. He recommended a root canal be done after the 7 day antibiotic treatment. I went ahead and scheduled to have the root canal with Dr Westover even though he was not part of my dental insurance plan. On 09/24/25 he did the root canal, on 10/14/25 he did a CT scan and exam to see how it was doing. I am scheduled to go back soon to finish up with his treatments. Because I had no insurance with them, the office staff worked with me to make the payments easier. Overall, everyone there was understanding and helpful. Dr Westover was encouraging, patient and very thorough and I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: **Updated** - Still 5 stars. Had my third appt. and first "real" dental care with them. Everyone was super aware of my needs and very attentive. No notes. Preliminary appointment to establish care, both doctor Yelisey Gurzhuy and his assistant were very knowledgable in the use of new dental technology, professional, gentle and caring. I've set up appointments for a cleaning and the "real" work that needs to be done, all complicated by my other, competing, medical conditions.

Fantastic experience: Gresham Dental always makes me feel welcome and appreciated! They are truly the best! Dr Eli and hygienist Allie are top notch professionals. Allie always remembers little details about us, I enjoy catching up at each visit. And Dr Eli instills trust even when faced with surprise dental news. Fantastic experience: Dr. Westover is the best doctor ever he’s been my doc for 20 some years. He has managed to put my periodontal disease in control. And I’ve had a dental implant done and I’m really exciting to go through the process. I was a little nervous at first but Dr. Westover assured me that the process would be good for me and he explained every step and went the extra mile so that I would understand it, that’s so great about Dr Westover. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Gresham Dental Group since 1980. I have never had a bad experience. The staff have always gone over and above with their selfless caring spirits. They have always willingly worked with me financially by allowing reasonable monthly payments. This week I had an appointment for a routine cleaning with films. There was an issue with my two front teeth with a loose composite filling and a small decay. Because of a gap in the schedule, I was able to be treated right away without waiting for a return appointment. I was deeply thankful. Also, over the years when cancer struck myself and my husband, the staff sent cards offering their love and all signed their names with added greetings. I will be forever grateful for the valued personal touches of this dental office. ❤️

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience again and the hygienist did a thorough job. I enjoy our conversations too as she makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. I met the new dentist and it was a good experience as well. The front desk personnel always are pleasant and welcoming.But my left upper gum was broken and sore and did not heal for 2 weeks causing irritation and headache. Felt like infection. Don't know what happened??

I had my dental implant done a year ago and until now Dr. Westover never fails to find the time to squeeze me in to his busy schedule just to attend and listen to my needs and concerns. I was very nervous for a root canal that I needed, but Dr. Eli made sure I was comfortable, answered all my questions thoroughly, and just gave me a positive experience at the dentist. Fantastic experience: My mom has always had a fear of dental clinics and from bad experiences, had pretty much given up on dental health until she was seen here today by The Gresham Dental Group. She came back raving about the place and how kind the staff was to her. Even though I was not there today, I appreciate the staff looking out for my mom and addressing all of her concerns. Not to mention, it helped tremendously that there were Spanish-speaking staff available, which is her primary language.

Fantastic experience: My husband has been a patient of Dr Westover for over 30 years, but I'd had a dentist elsewhere, and the timing never worked to switch over. Well, the stars aligned, my tooth broke, I needed an extraction and Dr Westover's wonderful staff worked me into his schedule. Okay, so I could have done without the tooth breaking and needing an implant. However, the extraction went great, Dr Westover was fantastic, he explained more than I wanted to know, and eventually I'll have a full set of teeth again. In the meantime I had a weird circumstance with an abscess on the roof of my mouth (I *know*!!! who ever heard of such a thing!?) They fit me in in a heartbeat, cleaned it up and got me back on my way without blinking an eye. He's my husband's hero, and I can understand why. Thanks Trent!!

Positive experience: Very nice clean friendly place. Only put 4 stars because the person taking x ray picture wasn't gental and it kind of scrapers my mouth. Everytime the tech staff moved the equipment would bump into my mouth and cause it move.

Fantastic experience: The work of a good dentist is extremely focused. Working in tight spaces with extremely tight parameters. My dentist replaced two crowns and two fillings today. He did have to redo the impressions three times before it was acceptable for a lab to produce the crowns, but because of this the final crown will fit better which is the ultimate goal. Thank you to the dentist and his assistant. The permanent crowns were set today. Perfect fit. I am also pleased that these crowns are zirconia, which is a biocompatible ceramic/porcelain material. No infused metals. A cleaning and x-rays today. All good 2/27/2025 - biannual maintenance. Trying to keep my teeth healthy for a lifetime. Gresham Dental Group is helping me with that goal. Positive experience: I am terrified of going to the dentist - I don't know why exactly. I don't like anyone poking around in my mouth I guess. I get very anxious and my blood pressure soars. However! This was not the case at my appt yesterday. Assistant Ashley was very kind and patient, very pleasant energy, I felt very comfortable. Then Dr. Eli came in - he too was kind and had a good energy as well, he listened to my concerns and was very patient. I can't believe this, but I am looking forward to my next appt - want my smile back!!

Fantastic experience: Gresham Dental Group is the best dental office that I’ve ever been to! From the front office staff who are so friendly and helpful. They have been able to move my appointments up on several occasions, ensuring that I received care as soon as possible. They look over my insurance benefits and come up with a plan of what treatments can be completed in the year, so that I don’t have a lot of out of pocket expense. The dental assistants are always super caring and the Dentist is great! He always makes sure that I’m not experiencing any discomfort and he explains what he is doing, which helps calm my mind. Fantastic experience: I went for my Widsom teeth removal. 4 extractions and I was nervous about the sedation. The entire team communicated very well every step of the way and made me extremely comfortable. I'm one day post procedure with minimal pain and almost no swelling. Dr. Westover and his team are incredible at what they do. Every part of this experience has been better than I could have ever imagined!

Negative experience: I am a hs student. I have got off of a long day at school and my dad from a long day of work. We walk in both tired and extremely busy. This place calls in trying to change our appointment times, and we flexed around js for it. We come in when we get to the desk we apparently had to "confirm" it last minute. They canceled our appointment. Then the front desk lady gets all rude and tells us that our email is busy when it BTW isn't at all. The dentist is really good, but the lady in the front made me want to never come back. Please try to do your job as it is only customer service lady. And dentists there thank you for being so kind and I feel very comfortable when I last went in to get my teeth cleaned.

I had my teeth clean by Kristen today and saw Dr. Westover for a short exam and I’ll be going back this afternoon to have some bonding material put on my retainer. Thanks for taking care of me!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Gresham Dental Group. All the staff there were very professional and nice. Dr Eli took time to go over and beyond from start to finish. Everything from explaining the process along the way so I knew what was happening the whole time, as well as following up after and keeping me informed on treatment plan so I was aware of what was going on. Fantastic experience: Usually going to the dentist is not the most pleasant outing but having a dentist as Dr. Westover and his staff attending to your dental needs, it’s a wonderful pleasing experience. All his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional not to mention Dr. Westover is personable and a perfectionist when it comes to your dental work. My wife and I have been patients of his for over 15 years.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hardin and Debbie were so patient and kind with my 5 year old who usually does great at the dentist but this day he was not in the best mood. They were still able to work with him to make him as comfortable as possible and Dr. Hardin was able to do so much work! Will stay with Dr. Hardin for life!
