Fantastic experience: I recently had dental implant surgery at Beacon. Dr. Leiblick's surgical skills are superb, the procedure went very smoothly, and even more remarkably, I didn't experience any unusual pain. By the second day after surgery, I was completely pain-free and recovering very well. Their team is extremely professional and efficient, and I feel very fortunate to have received such an excellent treatment from them.

Fantastic experience: My whole experience was great at Beacons. My procedure: I had to have a tooth removed, but because I had bone loss they had to graft in a cadaver bone to build up my jaw. After waiting a few months to let the bone graft I came back in for my implant. In less than 24 hours my pain was almost gone and the soreness was barely there. Dr. Rehrer was amazing…he took his time to explain everything to me and put me on the right plan to have the best results. His entire staff was friendly and competent and treated me great. 10/10 would recommend.

Negative experience: I called to get details on a bite corrective surgery? As I’ve been looking around the past few days and this was by far the most awkward interaction I’ve had from any place I’ve reached out to regarding it. Both of the staff were super confused and said they don’t offer that service at all at any location even though it’s like clearly on their website. Overall the energy on the phone call was super bizarre weird vibes between both women enough for me to feel the need to leave a review anyway

Fantastic experience: I had three teeth extracted yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with my service. I had originally gone to another oral surgeon where I felt very unpleased with their service and couldn’t even begin to describe the level of difference between the two. I am an autistic adult with high levels of anxiety which makes it difficult to sedate me and even more difficult to keep me fully sedated. I have had to be sedated for multiple procedures in my life and this was by far the smoothest experience in this regard I have ever had. I even received a call from the surgeon himself last night to make sure I was feeling better. I cannot recommend this office more highly based on either professionalism or their true care for their patients. If I ever need more care of this fashion you can be fully assured this is the clinic I pick. Do yourself a favor and come here to the providers who truly care about you and your smile.

Fantastic experience: I, like most patient's, was a little apprehensive of the procedure due to a previous experience. I explained the problem and the staff and Dr. Rehrer listened and were very responsive to make sure that I was comfortable. The tooth was extracted quickly, gently and with NO pain. All the staff were very friendly. Dr. Rehrer actually called me at 9:45 that night to make sure I was doing OK. That was a first for me. I would recommend Dr. Rehrer and his staff with no reservation.

Negative experience: My 23-year-old son recently had a consultation at this office regarding the removal of two impacted wisdom teeth. At no point prior to or during the consultation was he informed that they were out of network with Delta Dental, one of the largest dental insurance providers. It wasn’t until the end of the appointment that he was presented with a $600 bill for the consultation and informed that the procedure would require over $2,600 out of pocket. Having worked in the dental field for over 10 years, I was very surprised and disappointed that the out-of-network status and expected out-of-pocket costs were not clearly explained in advance. Financial transparency is extremely important, especially for a college student working part-time and paying for his own care. Patients should be given the opportunity to fully understand their insurance coverage and financial responsibility before services are rendered. I contacted the office and requested a call back from the doctor/owner to discuss whether this may be a training or communication issue that could be improved to prevent similar situations for other patients. Unfortunately, it has now been two weeks, and I am still waiting for that call. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication and billing transparency for future patients.

Fantastic experience: Visiting an oral surgeon is not usually something a person wants to do, but since it was recommended that I do, I was extremely surprised! The consultation with Dr. Lieblick was very relaxed and informative. The actual procedure (teeth extraction) went very well and was performed and completed in a relatively short amount of time and with very little discomfort . I cannot express my gratitude and complete appreciation to the Dr. and his staff for making this visit very agreeable and reassuring . Fantastic experience: At 25 years old, no broken bones no stitches. I was so nervous. Went to beacon to get all 4 wisdom teeth taken out. They were very nice, made sure I was comfortable. Fell asleep fast and woke up within 45 minutes. It was fast and very efficient. Going here for sure next time I need dental done. Dr. Lieblick was awesome!

Fantastic experience: I was dreading the extraction and had put it off. Dr. Lieblik performed the extraction and placed the implant in about 10 minutes. The pain was very minimal and it’s healing up perfectly. I would recommend Beacon Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons wholeheartedly.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience, very professional and caring! You can trust them to take great care of you for your dental surgery needs. I opted for the anesthesia to have my molar removed, but not for the implant placement since lots of people don’t do anesthesia for them. In retrospect, I would’ve had anesthesia for both, The actual implant placement part was pretty difficult in my case. But that is not on them, that was my decision. I even got a follow up call from Dr. Rehrer the evening after my surgery. Incredible follow up!

Fantastic experience: Compassion concern and attention were given from the minute I entered the office. I was kept well informed of every step they were taking in my care. It was amazing. The follow up was superb as I got calls first from the doctor and then from others, checking on me, including a check in a week after the procedure. Negative experience: I’m genuinely grateful for the care I received at Beacon and felt confident having them remove my wisdom teeth. The team was professional, and the procedure itself went smoothly. At the time, I was very thankful for the experience. That said, I do want to share some important things to consider. A friend of mine had the exact same procedure with a different oral surgeon in Portland and paid over $1,000 less than I did. That alone was frustrating, but to make matters worse, I received an additional bill months later for $99 that my insurance didn’t cover. When I called to ask about it, it wasn’t until I mentioned being referred to their office—and not receiving any referral discount—that they agreed to waive the charge. It left me wondering why it wasn’t waived in the first place and felt like something I had to push for. Another point to note: during my initial consultation, I was told they could remove all four wisdom teeth in under seven minutes. While I understand they are efficient and experienced—and I did heal very well afterward—that statement felt a little unsettling. It made me wonder how rushed the process might feel for some patients, especially those who may be more anxious about the procedure. Overall, while I appreciated the clinical care and outcome, the billing practices and some aspects of communication gave me pause. I would encourage others to shop around and ask detailed questions—not just about the procedure, but about the full cost and process—from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience getting my Dental Implants. Everyone on the staff was pleasant and helpful. The procedure was not very painful and did not take too long. I was given very good instructions on what to expect and how to take care of my Implants after I got home. I had very little bleeding or swelling and have not had to take pain medication other than ibuprofen.
