Fantastic experience: I recently went in to get a root canal done with Dr. Bodroug and Patty assisted him, I felt very cared for and the staff was very kind, he explained everything to me and made sure I understood. Patty was very very kind and caring, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Quality Dental Care! I came in for a teeth cleaning a couple of days ago, and everything went perfectly. The hygienist who performed the cleaning was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and did an excellent job. Fantastic experience: I'm very skeptical of dentists, due to a few bad past experiences. I Find this Dr via Google reviews, close the home added bonus, got me in super fast a repaired my chipped front tooth flawlessly. I can not believe it, you would never know an hour ago I had a chipped tooth. You can not even tell it was filled, fixed or repaired. I'm feels and looks so natural. I can say I'm thrilled and actually booked my next routine appt before I left. Thank you so much.. ps he was great with the numbing process, which is my most dreaded part of going to the dentist.

Negative experience: Seriousl;y WORST experience ever!!! I have heard about Dental clinic's scams, this is the one of them. After laying down for 30 mins, doctor N. switchies between 4 patients and did xray, then run away. I had to wait 20 more mins for him to come over, he did not explain the X-ray, what needs to be done, what is the next step.....But when it comes to collecting the bills they are always ON TOP OF THAT. They treat you like a benjamin head

Positive experience: As a new patient, I found my exam & cleaning appointment seemed to take slightly longer than what I’m used to, however both the doctor & hygienist were very thorough, which I appreciated for someone who has genetically problematic teeth. Fantastic experience: I’m one who hated going to the dentist and would go years without going because of fear. Quality Dental, Dr. Bodroug and his staff have changed that for me. I now go in for all my regular check ups and any necessary dental work. They know my history and always have a blanket and neck pillow waiting for me to help me feel more comfortable. Dr. Bodroug and his staff are very professional and I highly recommend them to my friends and family!

Negative experience: My girlfriend went to the clinic, but they administered anesthesia without informing her and ignored her dental insurance.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and rough, he barely said anything to me or addressed me hardly at all during the procedure. Instead of communicating, he manhandled my head into place and was very rough. After giving me a shot he let me sit for over half an hour without checking on me or returning - we had to go seek him out to get started on our scheduled treatment. When he finally started, he would get his tools caught in my hair and made no attempt to move it out of the way, and would squeeze out and REUSE the cotton balls in my mouth, which is incredibly disgusting and unsanitary. On top of all of this deplorable service, the dentist NEVER ONCE warned me that after my operation I wasn't supposed to eat for 24hrs. Considering how important it is to eat, one would expect a professional to provide this information at literally any time so I could, you know, not be starved after an operation and prepare for fasting like that. Overall one of the worst dentist experiences in my life, I absolutely do not recommend this dentist.

Negative experience: I regret not seeking a second opinion prior to proceeding with their proposed treatment plan and referral to the TMJ doc.

Fantastic experience: I really liked this place. The receptionist was very nice and professional and friendly. The dental hygienist I think her name was Nicole. She did a very good job of cleaning my teeth and gums. She was nice and polite and very patient. Will be returning here.

Fantastic experience: I've been having the best experience with my hygienist Nicole for the last two years. She is very professional, attentive to details and caring. All the staff starting from the reception desk once you walk in and finishing your appointment will leave you with a great mood and smile!

Negative experience: Disappointed that this dental office would not consider an appointment for my mother because they had never heard of her insurance. Weren't interested in the phone number I provided for confirming dental benefits. The coverage is very good, paying 80%, but just have to assume they are as busy as they want to be.

Fantastic experience: On the first visit, they took photographs very carefully. The assistant was friendly and understanding. She answered all questions thoughtfully and with patience. The doctor spent a lot of time doing a visual examination and explaining the treatment. Helped determine treatment priorities. It's nice to be able to talk in your native language. I recommend it to anyone who has recently arrived in the country. Judging by the clients in the waiting room, Americans also respect this clinic.

Negative experience: Awful experience at this dental office. Came in for an emergency extraction, the numbing medication was shot into a nerve, made my face burn. I was worried sick of facial paralysis. When the numbing was finally completed, the dentist seemed to have forgotten about me, and right when it wore off he performed a surgical tooth extraction. That was pure torture. The pain was indescribable. I had tears raining down my face. Never coming back to this office, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone

Fantastic experience: I brought my son to get a second opinion on molar teeth extraction. We have received very professional explanation what and when we should be concerned and look for teeth treatment/extraction. Because it was just a doctor's consultation, we didn't have to pay for that visit. We were very happy.
