Negative experience: The new tooth that was put in just the other day keeps falling out!! I woke up not having my tooth and found it in bed!!! I think the person working on me did not apply some kind of material to hold it in place! The tooth is very clean, no sign of any kind of a temporary adhesive was used!! What should I do!? I had to buy some kind of dental adhesive, Fixodent ultra to see if that will work

Negative experience: The only thing I did not like was that the saliva sucking tube the heigine kept putting it on my tongue like sucking it. My tongue hurts now because of this. I also had water all over me she had to use gazas to clean water coming all over. She did a good job in cleaning my teeth but this is the first time this has happened to me. I have been going to this dentist for over ten years but to be honest it did cross my mind to look for another dentist.

Negative experience: This dental office is ridiculous! I'd give zero stars if I could. I was seen in March 2025 after being told they are in network with my insurance. They told me to come in, despite me telling them I needed to wait until April because it hadn't been six months from my last visit. They told me it would be covered. A week later I'm told I owe almost $300 (for a CLEANING!!) I have really good insurance and have never owned anything for a cleaning. When I called, the woman who submits the claims literally argued with me and told me she knows what she is doing because she's been doing this for so long. Then I went back in September for a cleaning and then a cavity fill the next day. At no point did the 'office manager' tell me the dentist I'd be seeing was out of network with my insurance! Now I have another bill of almost $300!! My insurance company clearly stated the dental office is responsible for letting the patient know if the dentist is out of network. My husband also had an issue with this office and the same woman argued with him and told him they have thousands of patients and she can't be expected to research and call every patient back. What I will not be paying this bill nor will they ever see me again as a patient. Instead they will get a call from my attorney if they try to collect this from me in any way.

Negative experience: My husband and I have been patients for years. Never a problem. I even started taking my 8 year old. My husband got in a car accident this morning before his appointment and they are still charging him 80 dollars to reschedule. He was able to go today but not right away. They still want 80 dollars. That is ridiculous. They are willing to lose established patients over their dumb fee.

Negative experience: First off the Doctor and the Hygienist are wonderful. For the most part, the front staff in person were very nice and attentive as well. I had to schedule some fillings for the following week and that appointment was for today. I was unable to get off work (4pm appointment) and called around 11am to reschedule. 1st call went through and no answer. I called again and no answer but this time I left a voicemail stating my situation and asked to be rescheduled if possible. I then called a third time (I would say about 30 minute intervals between each call) and someone answered the line. This had to be around 12:30 or 1pm. It was a lady and I introduced myself and let her know of my situation and she replied “I heard your voicemail and rescheduled you already” she gave me my new appointment date and told me since you canceled or rescheduled same day you have to pay $80. I responded with oh if that is the case I will leave early from work - this of course would get me in some trouble but not worth losing $80. She responded with “it’s too late for that I already rescheduled you”. I said okay and we ended the call. Now this left a nasty taste in my mouth. So, I went ahead and called again to cancel all my appointments. The lady answered again and when I told her this she smugly responded “oh sure that won’t be no problem - thank you” and proceeded to hang up. Now I’m not sure about anyone else but that is no way to do business. I was nothing but respectful and nice but that got me to be treated poorly at this establishment. I will be finding another place to due my business. And another note I understand the need to charge for a cancelation, no show or even a reschedule but within the hour (not 5+ hours) - and $80 is steep. But I guess $80 is worth losing a client. If you do decide to proceed with your dental services here - please be weary. Not everyone has the best intentions for you. Extremely disappointed and I highly recommend you get your dental services elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: The very best Dental experience with a very professional staff. The Hygienist, is very good and gentle and does not cause any pain. The Dentist is wonderful and I must agree that the Dentist is not pushy. The Ladies in the front rare very helpful and go out of their way to assist their clients.

Negative experience: I am in shock on how polite and friendly all the staff here is. It was an amazing experience, something I didn’t have with my former dentist office, which is why I switched. They truly offer very genuine care for the patient, very respectful and kind. I unfortunately am going through a rough time and forgot my appointment and immediately when called about missing my appointment their immediate response is “how will you be paying the $80 for missing your appointment?”. The lack of compassion really changed my perspective on this place, really you are only interested in money. I’m very disappointed, and will not be going back to this place.

Negative experience: Very upset went in with a terrible pain on a tooth , they Ignored it totally put thru a whole bunch of pain kept saying that their protocol was to first do a deep cleaning with cost over a 1000.00 and top of that I would have to wait until April the 2nd, Went to Reynosa and got a Root Canal for 500 Dollars , and problem solve by the way I check their prices online for a Root Canal Sabal Dental charges 3800 - 5000 . Never ever going back their again.

The dentist was compassionate yet direct in addressing my fears, and they went out of their way to accommodate me throughout my treatments. Even though dental phobias can feel irrational, they never made me feel uncomfortable about it. Pain management was another area where they excelled, explaining all of my options in a clear and thoughtful way. The procedures were practically pain-free, and the dentist took the time to make sure I understood my care. This is the first dental office that has been both organized and efficient, which made completing my treatment so much smoother. I highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you have anxiety or concerns about dental work!
