Negative experience: First impression was amazing! Dr. Nick helped me feel at ease and we came up with a game plan that I feel great about! EDIT: Two years later and the staff is actually really rude once they feel comfortable with you. They mispronounce my name as a micro aggression and this was the txt they sent me most recently. Mind you I paid cash in full for my invisilines so they don’t care anymore. I will be switching once I get my last trays

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of fear when it comes to the dentist due to a bad experience in the past. I’ve tried a few dentists since and never felt like I would find the right place that will help me with all the work I need and from the moment I called this entire experience has been incredible. Every single person you interact with is wonderful. Highly recommend!

The entire staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable, and they truly show they care for their patients through every interaction. Beyond the excellent service, the office space itself is beautifully designed and creates a very relaxed atmosphere. It is such a welcoming environment that I actually look forward to going to the dentist, which is a rare thing to say. If you are looking for a professional team that combines expertise with a personal touch, I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist! Everyone who works here is great! Very accommodating, professional, and proficient at what they do; from the dentists all the way to reception.

Negative experience: Went a few times for x rays and cleaning. Then they sprung a huge bill (more than cleanings have ever costed me) and told me the insurance that I got isn't acceptable. The only reason I got that insurance was because they indicate taking it on healthcare.gov (see screenshot attached). When I asked them if I can pay this bill towards the $500 yearly plan since I was obviously provided incorrect or inaccurate information, they wouldn't. So I'm supposed to pay over $800 for some annual cleaning, after paying for insurance just to get insurance to come here? Terrible experience. They wouldn't take ownership for what is reported online as well, such as the false insurance information that screwed me. Terrible practice, unwilling to work with me on a problem when I did everything I could to get set up right. AVOID.

Fantastic experience: My daughter chipped her tooth on her first day back to college and Dr DiPilla’s office came to the rescue. They squeezed her in the next morning and did a magnificent job. Her smile is as good as new and she told me the entire experience from start to finish was a 20 out of 10! Could not recommend them more!

Fantastic experience: Walk in, they know your name the second you walk in. Very neat and professional, and they always ask if you want water to drink, room temperature or cold. They definitely offer the best customer service for your dental services.

Fantastic experience: My favorite Dentist and Dental office. Extremely professional, efficient, clean. They are so kind and welcoming. I feel like I’ve known them forever. I love that the office is in a high rise, great views of Downtown and Canada. It’s very sophisticated. I love that they offer water and dark chocolate (chef kiss).

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic experience. I can’t believe I’m saying this about a teeth cleaning. Everybody was so kind and knowledge from the admin team to Shelby my very patient and determined hygienist to Dr. DiPilla. I haven’t had a cleaning in a very long time due to some bad experiences and some anxiousness. This team put me at ease and took great care of me and my teeth.

Fantastic experience: New office is outstanding! Well staffed and cheerful employees. Went in for a cleaning. Leslie did a great job and in a timely manner. Dr. DiPilla is a great dentist, person and has created a great place to go to the dentist. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a dentist. Can't go wrong!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. DiPilla’s new office supersedes my expectations! The design, function, ambience and amenities are modern and very cool. Just one thing that has not changed. That is Dr. DiPilla’s meticulous attention to detail and upgraded patient experience. Every time.

Negative experience: Not worth the money. Just aesthetics over actual care. I spent $2,800 out of pocket (after insurance) for two crowns here. Unfortunately, the experience was a nightmare. My bottom crown kept popping out, and the alignment was so off I couldn’t even chew on the right side ,it was extremely sensitive. I was also treated rudely by the woman who handles payments, which only added to the frustration. While Dr. Tile herself is very sweet, she clearly didn’t pay attention to the details in my case. My crown wasn’t sealed properly, and I later found out from a new dentist that both crowns had to be completely replaced. On top of that, the upper crown was already cracked. It was a costly mistake, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality dental work.

Fantastic experience: So it’s been awhile since my last cleaning as a new patient with an honest review I can tell you ! I will be back and the experience was nice! The staff is really friendly and nice! Nothing feels rushed at all! It’s always a good sign with the office is smiling and laughing. A good work environment leads to a good experience! My cleaning went well and my teeth feel great ! I had to have a breakdown about one of my teeth and Dr.Nick took his time , made me feel comfortable and helped me understand the images and my options ! Even though I went in for a free consultation, Dr. DiPilla took his time to listen and understand what I was looking for. He was straightforward about what he could do for me and what he couldn't. Fantastic experience: Great Place and Location! Everyone knows what they are doing. They are expensive but it’s worth it because they are honest about helping you. I tried another dentist in Bloomfield which really lacked in integrity. Tried to scare me about my gums and said I needed to spend $5000 to treat. Dr Dipilla checked everything out and they didn’t see anything alarming. If you like convieience and class act people working on your mouth I’d recommend going here.

Fantastic experience: DiPilla gave me my DREAM smile! For all my life I wanted a nice smile. I never had braces as a kid and had some wonky teeth so I worked with DiPilla to do Invisalign and get a few veneers. The process took only about a year and a half and I KID you not…I get compliments from strangers on how beautiful my teeth and smile are. It such confidence booster! Not to mention, I completely feel like family when I go to DiPilla!! Shout out to Dr. Nick and Dr. Kayla and Monique and Kristen… just a few who treat me so well. Just adore all of you :)

Fantastic experience: I enjoy my trips to the dentist. No really. The team at Dipilla Dental, both locations, are warm, friendly and professional. They give gentle care and a very personable. Positive experience: I wish I could give a good review as I have been going to Dipilla for 5+ years. The hygienists are fantastic while the rest just want your money. I had never had a cavity in my life then every other visit I had a new one. I needed a new retainer a couple years ago and they tried to charge me for a bit guard (an extra couple hundred dollars) stating that's what I needed but that was never part of the discussion at my previous appointment. Now I am being charged 50 dollars for having to move an appointment. Supposedly they have a 3 strike rule for missing/changing appointments. The other changed appointments in question-- 2019 and 2020, 3+ years ago!! After explaining my situation and saying I just wanted to change my appointment I was met with some of the rudest customer service I've had. Telling me during the holiday season it's rude for me to expect them to change it and not charge me, talk about holiday spirit!! Following that lovely interaction I was talking with friends that also go to Dipilla they've never been charged and have changed their appointments more than 3 times over the last few years as well. I will not be going back and do not recommend them. *Update: The regional manager did call me and explained I should not have been charged for attempting to move an appointment. Changing my review from 1 to 3 stars for that reason.

Fantastic experience: This is a first class office who is focused on your complete satisfaction and well-being. From a pulled wisdom tooth, to Invisalign, to a crown replacement last month, I’ve had great experiences with minimal pain. Needed a slight adjustment on my biting balance from my new crown and they did not hesitate to try and fit me in the same day. Although I wasn’t available, I was scheduled for the next day. The adjustment and my follow up questions took less than 20 minutes from the time I walked in the door. My thanks and gratitude to Dr. Nick and Dr. Kayla for 6 years of exemplary service and re-creating a beautiful smile.

Fantastic experience: I checked with my dental insurance to verify that services would be covered before going to them. It worked out great, as a visit could be done before work or on a lunch break. Great service with the hygienist and dentist. They do quality work and ensure the patient is comfortable. The crowns they create are made by a 3rd party lab, are durable and haven't cracked in the years that I had them. I like that they don't charge extra for the cancer screening.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service and billing department. I went in for a cleaning in which I was pressured into getting my wisdom teeth removed afterwards due to pricing in the incoming year. After speaking to the billing department I was given an estimate of $170. I had to Uber to the location on the day of the appointment. Once I arrived to the location, I was told my total would be $411, I left the appointment because I could not afford that amount at the moment. With no regards of my financial situation billing returned my call 4days later to tell me that I was unprofessional for leaving the appointment. I would never return to this place. What a nightmare. Outside of billing and customer service the dentist and dental assistants were actually pleasant. I had my wisdom teeth removed and a cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I generally have a great visit to Dr. DiPilla's. On my most recent visit, I met a new doctor and new hygienist who were just as lovely as the current staff. This visit was even better because they did not find any issues in my teeth, lol.

Fantastic experience: As a very anxious dental patient, I was nervous visiting DiPilla Dentistry for the first time. But quickly after I arrived, the whole staff and Dr. Nick made me feel at ease. Dr. Nick spent a lot of time with me, walking through my treatment plan and making me feel confident and relaxed. Dare I say I enjoyed my experience at the dentist! Would highly recommend.
