Fantastic experience: Fast and friendly as always! I’ve been going here for some years and always pleased with the service and efficiency. Dr.Case is a sweetheart. She has a great personality, very detailed and will have your “grill” looking good. I appreciate the fact that the entire staff remains consistent. You kinda build a relationship with everyone. The ladies at the front desk know me and they are always pleasant.

They fitted me for a mouthguard, filled a couple cavities. Just happy to have finally found a good dentist in my area.

Negative experience: I’ve been rescheduled 4 times. I went today for my appt, only to just get referred to another specialist each and every time. I was told after coming in today On 8.15.2023 that I needed to schedule another appt for Wednesday 8.16.2023 for cleaning and X-rays from the dentist, then I proceeded to make the appt at the desk, I was informed I had to wait an entire month. 9.13.2023. Im starting to take this very personal. Seeing that there aren’t many people who look like me that are clients. So, I’m very disappointed with things. Especially after being referred to a specialist back in March that charged me $1500 to extract 3 teeth. So, I need to see what’s going on. They have potential, but this is third time that I’ve come, only to be told to go somewhere else or reschedule. I don’t have time or gas to waste on that. What was the PURPOSE of me coming in today!!!!?

Fantastic experience: 2025 Update: Another great and painless visit this year. My teeth look and feel great! It had been a few years since I last came here and the cleaning device they used I could barely even feel. I was impressed. Every patient is different. But if you are anxious about pain or discomfort, I recommend this office. They have the modern tools and equipment to make the cleaning as comfortable as possible. Park in the Atwater structure (the red one). Press the button for a ticket instead of paying right away. Take the ticket in the office and they can validate it for you on your way out. Amazing and super friendly staff. My visits are always painless and swift for my routine cleanings. I love my smile!

Positive experience: Pretty good service, but need glasses For eyes and should not have to pay a high price for treatment and get a temporary only to have to pay an additional 200 something for a permanent. Everything should be covered in the almost $1,000 cost.

Negative experience: Today, I tried to schedule an appointment with this location but after my interaction with the staff, I decided against it. Before I let you all know about my interaction, I will start by saying, if you do not love customer service, it's okay, it just means that it might not be the right thing for you. It's okay to find something that is. My first phone call interaction was with Lisette. Simply trying to schedule an appointment, Lisette was not pleasant at all. She talked "at" me instead of "to" me. Cutting me off as I was speaking and after my asking clarity on if she was saying "P" or "T", she began yelling in the phone stating that she was saying "PPO". Still remaining professional and not yelling myself, the conversation ended with an appointment scheduled. Lisette then calls back to explain to me an insurance issue. As I'm trying to verify ID information and ask questions, Lisette continues to cut me off as I'm talking, telling me that she doesn't handle insurances and that I need to call them. Clearly seeing that I'm getting nowhere with Lisette, I simply ask to speak with a supervisor. I was placed on hold and an office manager who refused to state her name, took over the call. Instead of greeting or saying hello or saying good morning, the office manager proceeds to re-explain what Lisette did previously. I simply tell the office manager that I didn't ask to speak with a supervisor to discuss the insurance issue, I was actually asking to speak with the supervisor to discuss my previous interaction that was not welcoming or kind at all. She goes on to tell me that, well I actually have been listening and I disagree, Lisette was professional, and I actually don't think we're a good fit for you so I will just cancel your appointment. I let the office manager know that she was actually giving me the same treatment as Lisette. I asked if I could speak with a supervisor and if I can have her name. She goes on to tell me that she is the office manager and that she doesn't want to give her name and that we're done here, then hangs up on me. I immediately call back, and the staff lets the phone ring and puts me hold (due to caller ID I'm sure) I hang up and call back again then the office manager answers and says she's going to put me on a brief hold. She then comes back, and I let her know that I was just speaking with her, and I ask for her name. She says again, you know what, I don't want to give it to you (this is always said when someone is doing something wrong over the phone). She proceeds to tell me, but I have a customer care number for you. I asked her why she didn't give me that number the first time instead of hanging up on me. She then goes on to tell me that she doesn't have time for unnecessary conversations, gives the number and then hangs up a second time. This whole interaction between Lisette and the nameless office manager was out of line, unnecessary and a complete bad look on the Great Expressions Dental name. As I remained calm, professional and kind to the both of them, I was immediately taken back by the fact that I have never experienced anything like this from anyone, let alone a business. As I continue to seek help in rectifying this situation and eventually getting it on the desk of Rod Place and Eric Magnussen, I would advise that others keep these interactions in mind as you're scheduling. It cost nothing to treat people how you want to be treated and I hope someone on staff at this location that oversees Lisette and the nameless office manager seek to make this right....and if the nameless office manager is the leader of this location, the Great Expressions Dental leadership team should strongly reconsider or allow this to be a coaching opportunity. Totally sad and unacceptable treatment. Reading reviews is so important and I wish I had done so before giving this location a call. I unfortunately rated this location very low.
