Fantastic experience: Leslie & Dr Z really took care of me like as if I was their family. I even had a cover on because I was cold and everything was explained to me before during and afterwards I felt very comfortable, and then Robert also came in and explained all the ways that I could pay for this and broke it down the whole experience today was beautiful. I would recommend them for everybody to come and see them, including Dr. Ghannem.

Fantastic experience: As someone who hasn’t been to any dentist in the last 6 years my visit and treatment at Campell Dental was absolutely phenomenal. From checking in and getting warmly greeted, to getting evaluated with patience and finally getting treatment to a long awaited issue their staff was nothing but compassionate and understanding to my issue aswell as situation. I highly recommend this facility, I was kindly walked in and step up and further assisted by Melissa, she was tremendous at making me feel welcomed and Dr.Z was super helpful and quick and he took his time but was still very efficient. Overall 10/10 I highly recommend.

Thank you Keisla and Anahi, both awesome dental assistants who kept checking on me throughout the visit, and Denise was very gentle, explained each step of the cleaning, and gave me helpful tips to improve my oral care at home. Negative experience: i was asked to see another dentist out of nowhere! I'd been a patient for awhile and when i tried to find 2 other dentist and they turned me away because they said they're affliated with campbell dentist! by the way, i got zero explanation. i will be filing a lawsuit

Fantastic experience: I love Briana she was like my soulmate while there lol kept me calm and all my doctor is doctor Ahmed he’s the best he’s literally prolly the best one in there. The whole team alone tho they are nice and my crown baby my crown feels amazing! Briana be doing it right the very first time cause I never need to go back and I’m greedy I eat a lot. Just follow your post op rules and you are good seriously.

They’ve offered me not only excellent care, but also encouragement and support during a very difficult time in my life. Their compassion is truly a gift from God, and I’m incredibly grateful for how well they’ve taken care of me. What touched me most is how they treated my 10-year-old daughter. They made her feel important and seen, which helped reassure her that I was in good hands—with a doctor who has both skill and sincerity in his heart. We will absolutely be back. Positive experience: I had a great experience at the dentist today! Before my appointment, I texted ahead of time to kindly let them know I did not want to receive routine x-rays unless something visible or concerning could be seen with the naked eye. I’m not in any pain, there’s nothing on watch, and I don’t believe I should be radiated every six months just because it’s standard policy. I’m grateful they took my request seriously and flagged my chart accordingly—now I’ll only receive x-rays once a year or every other year only if something is visibly present. That alone made me feel heard and respected! The dental hygienist, Natasha, was such a breath of fresh air! Funny enough, I only know one other Natasha—and her attitude stinks to high heaven—but this Natasha was the total opposite. She was kind, warm, and even complimented my outfit! When the dentist walked in, she joined in too and said I was perfectly coordinated. That sweet moment made me feel genuinely seen and welcomed. Natasha even asked if I had ever worn braces because it looked like God had saved my family a lot of money and blessed me with a perfect row of teeth. I did let her know that yes, I had used Invisalign. She even asked to see a picture, so I showed her the spacing I had before. But I emphatically responded—God truly did save me a lot of money and has blessed me! As I said that, I couldn’t help but think about the tree that recently fell behind my house exactly the way I had asked God to let it fall—and He came through. HALLELUJAH! HALLELUJAH! God keeps on showing up in the details. I also asked for fluoride-free toothpaste recommendations, and they were kind enough to print out a list of brands I could find in stores. I’m so thankful for the extra effort and thoughtful care. Thank you to the entire staff for your hospitality, understanding, kind words, and the way you made me feel seen and supported. It all meant more than you know!

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience with campbell dentists. I have been going here for over 28 years. DR Ghannam is a great Dr. He's Caring and makes sure his patients are comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpfull. I haven't ever had a bad experience. Sometimes the wait is long but it's a very busy office and they make sure to take care of the patients.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to Campbell dental since I was younger and I am now 25 and still coming here. When I say this is the best dentist place to come, I’m not lying. The staff is all around amazing and caring; the establishment is always clean. Just recently they’ve expanded their building and I was fortunate enough to see the new Ortho doctor(who is the sweetest and caring doc I’d ever met). Had my consultation and braces started right away. They were able to work with me on a payment plan that best fit me ( I cannot remember the guy name who helped me; which I apologize, but he actually came to the room I was in and sat down and broke things down for me and helped me get started on my braces payment journey. He’s the best) The results I’ve seen so far is astonishing!! The dental assistant that’s been working with me is Jasmine. Now she the most caring person I’ve ever met. She explains everything she is doing and that’s going to happen. I enjoy the small conversation we hold because I’m not going to lie going to the dentist still scares me. I never feel rushed when picking a color and sometimes I can’t decide on a color and she takes her time and helps me pick out colors that suits me best. In all, this dentist in my personal opinion is the best family dentist to come to. My children come here as well they’re as young as 15 months old; as well as my grandfather who is 85 years old and he swear by this dentist. So old and young, this is theeee BEST dentist ever.

Negative experience: At first, the office and staff seemed nice, but after my root canal on three teeth, it was a disaster. They did a very bad job, and I’ve been in pain ever since. The work wasn’t done right, and now I have to go somewhere else to fix it. This has been a frustrating and painful experience. I would not recommend this place at all.

Negative experience: Myself, my children and parents are patient's at this establishment. I had a very bad experience today. My minor child had an appt today for a cleaning. The dental assistant told me to get out of the room, which was a 1st for me. The manager said it was a new policy put into place. I guess it went into EFFECT AT THAT MOMENT. I was just there last week with my other child and had no problems sitting in the room during SEALANT & cleanings. I left out, came back in, and asked if could i speak to the doctor during the exam, i was then told the exam was performed already. So you guys are performing exams on minors without parents present? What if we have questions or concerns. Okay, they knew that was wrong so then at the end of the cleaning she come out and tell me you can come back now so i go back and they have a lady introduce herself as a "doctor". Here is what's so IRONIC my daughter and the other staff told me that Dr. Zana (apologies for incorrect spelling) already performed the exam. They tried to be fake at the end, asking me what questions i have, lol. It's too late at this point. Me and my entire family will be finding a more professional establishment. I really hate to do this because I never had an issue with them before, but if this is the direction the office is moving towards, then so be it. On a side note, here's a tip for you Campbell dental, STOP THINKING PEOPLE WHO ARE NON HISPANIC CANT SPEAK NOR UNDERSTAND ESPAÑOL!!! DEJA DE PENSAR QUE LAS PERSONAS NO HISPANAS NO PUEDEN HABLAR NI ENTENDER ESPAÑOL!!!

Negative experience: My daughter had an appointment for multiple fillings, but after waiting over an hour, only one was filled. Apparently, the doctor was running behind schedule, but we wasn’t informed about the delay or given any apology. When the doctor finally came in, they didn’t speak or make eye contact, just performed the procedure and left the room without a word. I understand things get busy, but the lack of communication and attention to patient care was frustrating.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time going to a dentist since I was a child.. I was very very nervous but the CSR's and the dental medical staff were very friendly. They all took thier time and explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions reguarding my plan of care. I will defenetly be returning
