Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best Dental practice I have ever been to! The Dr Sam saved me! I had a filling three months ago with another Dentist and was having horrible nerve pain. The original Dentist blamed me saying I was brushing too hard, grinding, etc. Dr Sam checked and determined it was a leaky filling and redid it. I am now pain free as it took awhile for the nerve to calm down. I am forever grateful. The Dr's and staff are professional and kind. Shannon the office manager is wonderful. Highly recommended. Trustworthy and talented!

The clinic itself is beautifully designed, with modern, fully-equipped dental rooms and comfortable chairs—even the x-ray machines are in-room, which makes everything more convenient. CT scans are also offered on-site if needed. I especially loved the big windows with serene views of the treetops—it really helped me relax during my visit. Shannon was transparent in explaining the payment options and charges upfront—no surprises, just clear communication. Natalie did a super job of scheduling my appointments and following up on any lab work. I highly recommend this clinic when looking for top-quality cosmetic dental care, the services are well priced, efficient and genuine. My end result is awesome! Fantastic experience: What a refreshing experience I've had as a new patient with Dr Peyman, Dr Sam, and Dr Sam. When their website said "Friendly & Caring Staff Providing Exceptional Care" they mean it and I can attest to that. The doctors and staff were "all" so accommodating to my needs that I only wish I had discovered them sooner. And as I don't have dental insurance I was also pleasantly surprised at their reasonable prices. By the time my first visit was over I felt more like a valued friend than just a patient.

Fantastic experience: Stop scrolling. And start booking. Recently. I fell. And unfortunately I fell hard. I panicked. I spit something hard out— my teeth! That’s when Dr Peyman called me in that next day for X-rays to be sure I didn’t crack my jaw and examine my mouth to see what truly happened in there. My smile was nothing short of glorious. But it was the initiative they made to reach out and think of me that left me feeling like I meant something to someone. So, don’t panic too much because no “emergency” seems to be too big for the folks around here. Shannon and Natalie really spearhead the front office and let me tell you. If you have a panic 911 emergency situation, the calm, cool, collectiveness of Shannon is just what you need. She’s a jack of all trades. A mom— truly when you need to be reminded to take your dang meds with food or to go pick something up at the pharmacy because her heart is that of gold. She will let you rant out all your bad days. Natalie is really good on the rants too. And the laughs. I love being greeted by Natalie and saying bye to her— because, as the last face I see— I always know I’m going to leave with both her contagious and infectious smile. Val and Jasmine are the assistants and when I say I’ve been to tons of dentists— these girls outshine any office I’ve been to. Dr Peyman and Dr. Sam let me tell you. It may be a twin thing. It might not. But whatever the equation they have going on, it’s sure working. And boy do they make it work. But you’ll see the two doctors. They work like clockwork. And if your crown doesn’t fit completely and absolutely to the tee, you best bet the lab is getting it back. Everything here is top quality. No Mickey Mouse work. And I love that I can talk to them openly about things and ask questions if I have them. They’re approachable…. Too. And their office is super tidy and clean. All around 100/100

Negative experience: If you’re considering this dental office, I urge you to think twice. My recent visit here was one of the most disappointing and uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had. While the receptionist was absolutely wonderful—kind, warm, and welcoming—the rest of the visit was an absolute nightmare. What should have been a quick 20-minute appointment turned into an exhausting 2-hour ordeal due to their clear lack of staffing. I was there with my 14-month-old baby, who understandably became restless and uncomfortable during this long wait. Despite trying to be patient and accommodating, what followed was completely unacceptable. One of the twin dentists started my appointment and was very kind and professional. However, when his twin brother stepped in, the entire tone shifted. This second dentist was rude, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. He entered the room abruptly, told his brother to “get out of the office” in front of me and my baby, and proceeded to handle my appointment in the most condescending manner imaginable. He didn’t take the time to explain anything properly, threw a Colgate dental kit and toothbrush into my hand, and barely mumbled a diagnosis of my X-rays before rushing out. It felt like I was being dismissed, not treated as a valued patient. Worse yet, this disagreement between the twins played out right in front of me and my child, showcasing a shocking lack of professionalism and care. This office appears more focused on rushing through patients for profit than on providing quality care. I left feeling humiliated and mistreated. If you value professionalism, respect, and a calm environment, I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I went to Newbury Park dental yesterday for a consultation for a dental implant. I was greeted by a friendly front office staff and within a few minutes I was taken to an exam room. Everything was explained and an X-ray was taken. I met dentist Sam and his brother Pey. The implant is done by Pey . Pey was very knowledgeable and explained how he would proceed with my implant. The office is offering a discount of $1,000. Which is greatly appreciated. I will have wait a few months for my extraction to heal and have my implant done in December.

Fantastic experience: broke a tooth ! my dentist is in Texas... called and Newbury Dental Group ...they took me -- at closing time!! to assess situation then were able to get me in early next day for a complete fix... no need to fly back to Texas and now i have a trusted dentist here in CA/ ----- it gets better... i returned to Newbury Dental Group about a month later.....the service is exemplary, Dr. Peyman is amazing !! my teeth look better than ever....plus he gives gentle guidance for at home care...!! Fantastic experience: Had a dental emergency and managed to get a next morning appointment with Dr Peyman. He offered me immediate pain relief which was desperately needed! He suggested a root canal. By the following day, I just needed the tooth removed. I phoned and they got me in, same day and removed the problem tooth. Incredible service. They have awesome bedside manner too which is a big relief for someone who ordinarily doesn’t like dental visits!

He is brilliant (seriously, he is) and he takes time to explain everything you want to know. Fantastic experience: In just one visit to this office , the office its self was gorgeous, and the office girls were very sweet and helpful . They worked with me to find a plan that works with my budget and I so appreciated that . But the best part of it all is when your sitting the chair and you have these adorable looking identical twins on each side of me as my dentists. So I get two instead of one ! They were straight up with me and they were so nice and knowledgeable… I’m very happy with this facility !

He does excellent work and my recovery is quick with minimal discomfort along with LifeWave X-39 phototherapy patches. I trust Dr. Peyman and he’s been one of the best in the Conejo Valley. Fantastic experience: I had two gold crowns from a previous dentist. One came loose and the other fit so poorly that the tooth underneath was decaying. Dr. Sam replaced both using the latest and greatest technology, and you cannot tell that there’s a crown there. They look and feel exactly like my natural teeth. Extremely happy with everyone at Newbury Dental Group. Edit: Previous dentist crown #3 just popped off while flossing. Getting that one replaced with a ceramic crown as well.

Fantastic experience: Top notch work by top notch dentists! Honestly, the quality of work is superior! I found these guys by chance looking for a second opinion. I seeked a second opinion because the work my old dentist said I needed was mandatory and close to 6000.00 Most of the work was unnecessary and I was informed by Dr Sam it was just a way for them to make more money. Example is wording things completely different but the same work! My old dentist also told me I had no cavities which I had 4! They sincerely care about their patients and they take time to explain to you thoroughly what needs to be done. Never any pressure! Honestly, they are not cheapest but for the quality of work they're definitely worth it. If your looking for a second opinion or a new dentist give them a call you will be glad you did. Wish I would have found these guys years ago!

Dr. P is my usual dentist, but Dr. Sam has also periodically treated me and given me valuable oral hygiene advice (how a toothbush is not enough to clean the tongue — you need a scraper. He was right!). Jenifer, my hygienist, is wonderful. She is careful, attentive, and does an excellent job. Plus, she listens to my concerns, and is a very pleasent person, to boot! The crowns Dr. P has done for me are works of art. Overall, I can’t recommend the Newbury Dental Group more highly, and I would recommend them to a friend in need of dental care!

Fantastic experience: I had some silver crowns that I wanted to have replaced. I considered a number of offices but decided to have the work done at Newbury Dental Group. I'm really glad I did because they did an amazing job. They were able to get all my crowns replaced in just one appointment. I have had issues with other dentists in the past and tend to be a pretty nervous patient but they went out of their way to assure me and make me feel comfortable. It's clear this team really cares about the peoploe they treat and I'm so thankful that I found them. I plan to use them exclusively from now on.

Fantastic experience: Both my husband Bill and I have received excellent care from Dr Peyman. Bill went in to see if his lower denture and the implants could be fixed, although we were doubtful. Dr Peyman relined the denture and modified the implants. Bill was amazed at how good it was afterwards. He says it feels great and he can now eat better than he ever could! I also had excellent care and results when Dr. Peyman made a new upper denture for me. It looks and feels wonderful! I could not be happier.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I found this dental group!! I have had multiple issues the past several years with previous providers ranging from damaging my trigeminal nerve during a root canal subsequently getting a jaw infection from it to having a crown that fell out three times! Both of the brothers are meticulous and want to make sure you get the best most perfect care. They are both great however Dr. Peyman is my fav ;). I cannot recommend them highly enough. This is truly top of the line dental care.

Negative experience: I showed up at my appointment, only to be told my insurance would not cover the procedure. This happened before, too. You need to inform patients BEFORE they show up at an appointment whether and how much insurance will cover. Such PRIOR notification should be a standard protocol of office procedure. Had it not been for Jennifer's good judgment in working out a solution, I would’ve been VERY irritated.

Fantastic experience: The Twins are great and my experience was awesome with very little pain. It was quick and easy. Filling cavities are never fun but alt least it was quick and simple.

Fantastic experience: Best dental office I have ever gone to....and believe me I've been to many. Always gets you in if you have an emergency and gives you their full attention. Never had any pain during or after several complex procedures. Highly recommend this office! The dentists, assistants, and entire staff are so friendly and helpful. If you need a dentist this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: Both dentists were amazing, thorough and responsive to my questions. They also treated my husband for an emergency root canal and had it taken care of in days. I would recommend them for any of your dental concerns.

Positive experience: I like Jennifer but my teeth cleaning was very different this time. Rather than scraping plaque she used a water blaster which hurt my gums so I asked that she use the tools to remove plaque. She did at my request. I didn’t want x-rays but felt bullied into having them. I passed on the fluoride. Paid 290.00 for a disappointing visit. I’ve always liked Jennifer in the past. Seemed like shortcuts from the start.

Fantastic experience: Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite staff with a beautiful super clean office setting. The doctors are obviously passionate about their profession and take great pride in their work. They took their time and explained fully about the condition of my teeth as well as making sure I had all the options presented to me of how to proceed. So far this has been the best dental experience I've ever had.
