Negative experience: I was recommended to this dentist by a family member and i originally thought it would work out for what I was needing, cause i just wanted to have a couple things done and I was upfront about what I wanted done which was a partial crown that came off fixed and a my teeth cleaned and that I don’t live in California so I wouldn’t be a returning client cause I’m only here for about 1 month, I was told shouldn’t be a problem. I went to my appointment and they did x rays of my entire mouth which is not out of the norm, but then they proceeded do 3D scans of my entire mouth pictures of my teeth, my face and I have never had this done at any other dentist office. I said i didn’t think was necessary to the dental assistant because I wasn’t going to, she then told me that this what they do and this is when I started to get upset. Then the dentist came in and she proceeded to make a plan for fixing much more than I wanted to get done, Which is not what I asked for but at this point I was still willing to consider using them. After all of this I was told that it was 350$ just to have this done and this didn’t make me very happy considering I had just spent 2 hours there and it seems like their focus is upselling me on things i wasn’t trying to have done. Since they are out of network and i wasn’t told this until I was there for my appointment, i decided to find a in network dentist and cancel my appointment. I informed them of my decision and let them know if I changed my mind I would reach out, I found an in network dentist and was setting everything up and my insurance is kind of weird and called this office to ask if they might be able send me the information they have about my insurance to me, originally I was told yes no problem and then I got a call back from their other secretary who informed me they can’t do that cause it violates hipaa and then she said she could explain it to me but she’s busy so she wasn’t going to do that. I’m fairly confident this is what happens when they realize you won’t be using them and how it was handled was incredibly unprofessional. I then asked them to send the x-rays to the other dentist in network because I didn’t think they would send them to me and I gave them their email. I checked my email later and realized they directly emailed them to me, which was weird that I can’t get insurance information but they can email me x-rays. Either way this is by far one of the worst dental experiences I’ve had and basically spent 350$ for x-rays. I personally can’t recommend them from the experience I had

She immediately recognized anatomical issues that were causing me to experience sleep apnea. I immediately started on a journey to grow my palate, which gave me more room. This has relieved all of my sleep apnea and related health symptoms. She’s been nothing short of amazing. Staff has been wonderful as well. After going to the same dentist for 15 years, this has been one of the best choices for my health I have made.

Fantastic experience: Today, Once again the hygienist and dentist treated me with utmost care and concern as I have multiple health issues that make it difficult to undergo dental work and had had to skip 2 cleanings due to being stranded out of state with a very sick husband. So my mouth was not in the best shape today. Thankful I have a dentist I can trust. I first came to her because I heard she was able to treat my jaw pain and disfunction. That problem was fixed and is still doing really well.

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with an uneven bite after over an hour of measuring the bite and reducing the high spots my bite is know back to normal. It was a tedious progress of repeating the filing and measuring. I am back to normal. I can’t thank her enough for listening to me and meticulously working on the bite till she achieved the end results. She is an amazing Dentist!!
