Fantastic experience: From my initial phone call, to the return and follow up call, the staff was patient, listened and understood my needs regarding my child. Dr Ray was absolutly professional, very skilled and accomodating, along with Jillian. I was profoundly touched by how generous Dr Ray is with his time and his gift. I highly recommend this office. And I am so thankful to have found a place that is so understanding of different needs.

Fantastic experience: This was my daughter’s (8) first time getting work done. She needed a few sealants and a cavity filled. Dr. Amy was absolutely amazing! She walked my daughter through everything she was doing, step by step. My daughter was so relaxed and calm throughout the entire visit- no tears, no screaming, literally not a peep from her. And this is a kid who typically hyperventilates at the doctor when it’s time for vaccinations. She actually has no idea that she even got a “shot” today- in her gums! I can’t say enough positive things about the visit today and Dr. Amy!

Fantastic experience: They are the best, ❤3 of my kids go there and we had Dr. Zach. he is wonderful, My kids were a little afraid to go to the dentist and they made it so good that my kids enjoy going now. They are good with sending text messages for reminders for busy parents that might forget and they have a small screen TV so the children can watch while they're laying back in the chair!! I am so happy I found a children's dentist to take my kids to I wouldn't go anywhere else

Fantastic experience: Dr. Zach was phenomenal! I watched him make my eight year old he so comfortable, and he did it with ease. She had no idea what was actually going on almost the whole visit. It was like I was watching a show, he had her engaged and giggling. He really found his calling.

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old seen Dr. Lucas and he was very good at explaining things to her and checking in to make sure she was doing okay. She had a tooth pulled and usually cries when she has to get the numbing shot and she didn't move a muscle this time. I was very impressed.

Fantastic experience: I've always had extremely good experiences here, I have been bringing my kids here for the past 9 years. It all started when my 3 year old chipped a tooth and I couldn't find a dentist to work on such a young child, I found this office and I have been driving over 40 minutes to get there ever since. Every single employee there has always treated me with respect, compassion and understanding. I have a son who is on the autism spectrum and is terrified every single time we go and they are so good with him!

Fantastic experience: Exceeded my expectations! Had a wonderful waiting room filled with toys for any age. The entire staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. The dentist was beyond patient and kind with my 3 year old, who is terrified of being in any office setting. The assistants kept her distracted with bluey glasses and making her laugh. They all included her in talking about her teeth and what was happening. She was actually happy being there! Gave high fives to a few staff members which is unusual for her lol overall I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 every time! This is the only pediatric dentist I’ll ever take my daughter to. She was very nervous and scared about getting her teeth worked on, but Dr. Zach was absolutely amazing. He knew exactly what to say to calm her down and explained everything in a way that made her feel safe and comfortable throughout the process. He was incredibly patient and never rushed. The front desk staff is just as wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. We’ve never been disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I have three kids that are patients here, 5yo, 6yo, and 12yo. They work with our 6yo autistic daughter to meet her where she is at. That means an exam sitting up, upside, or backwards. They managed to rebuild my son's front tooth from epoxy when he broke it in half in neighborhood football. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. They provide exceptional care- consistently.

The dentist explained every step to my son and asked every few minutes if he was ok and if he needed any water to drink. The dentist was funny and talkative and made the whole experience almost fun. Both my son and I left with smiles on our faces.

Both the dentist and dental assistant explained the procedure in an age appropriate manor that made my 5 year old the most comfortable she’s ever been at a dental visit. Fantastic experience: Both our Children (9 &12)are patients at Ann Arbor Pediatric Dentistry. Just the other day my Son had to have a Broken front tooth repaired, this was from a fall a few years ago. They took care of him back then and now after another accident with fighting a Wall... a chip had to be fixed and reinstalled. I don't usually write reviews but, Dr. Amy did the repair work and was just astounding! She calmly explained every step to my 9 year old son, letting him know everything before she proceeded, she took care in every touch and every step making sure he was ready and that there were no surprises. Her level of care and professionalism was outstanding, I just had to write something and give credit to an exceptional dental practice. If your looking for a dental practice to take care of your most precious kids, you will not find better than Dr Amy! -John

Fantastic experience: We highly recommend Ann Arbor Pediatric Dentistry! Two of our children have received treatment there and our experience has been exceptional. From the front desk staff, to the hygienists, and Drs. Ray and Lucas, we received the best care. They take their time explaining procedures and treatment, give great care and advice, and are very accomodating. Going to the dentist can be scary for kids (and adults too!), but Ann Arbor Pediatric Dentistry is a step above the rest.

Fantastic experience: We don't have enough good things to say about Ann Arbor Pediatric Dentistry. My son hates having his teeth touched and has level 1 autism with a PDA profile (a nervous system disability), and some sensory sensitivities. Dr Aimee did a phenomenal job with making my son feel comfortable by letting him decide between sitting on my lap or the chair, showing him all the tools that would be used, and letting him be a "helper" by holding the tools and taking turns using them with her. She also had a screen that my son could watch his favorite show on while he was getting his teeth cleaned. My son was in and out in about 15 minutes. He got his teeth brushed, flossed, counted, checked for cavities, cleaned, and a fluoride treatment done all in that amount of time. He also was given a prize for being a good patient, and he walked out of the dentist office with a smile. We highly recommend them to anyone, but especially families with disabilities. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks Ann Arbor Pediatric Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience with Dr. Aimee Picard! My son is very nervous about going to the dentist and always hesitant when it comes to anyone checking inside his mouth. After trying two other dentists, we decided to give Dr. Picard a try—and I’m so glad we did. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and kind with him. She took the time to make him feel comfortable and never rushed the process. He needed a cavity filled, and she handled it with such care that he actually left smiling. I can’t say enough nice things about her—she’s truly amazing with kids and gave us the positive dental experience we had been hoping for!

Positive experience: Not a bad place but fair warning had to reschedule an appointment that was in May and they only would let me book for coming January...I am sure they are protecting themselves and their business (sad healthcare is such) but wowz sorry won't see ya next year.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience with our 4 year old daughter. They made us feel really comfortable and were super patient and thorough. Our daughter never once cried and sat in the chair all by herself with no issues. Would most definitely recommend and glad we found them.

Fantastic experience: We never have any issues with AA Ped Dentistry. The staff is always helpful and the dental team is professional and always answer all our questions.

Positive experience: In the past I have given a 4 or 5 star rating. The hygienists and doctors are great. However I am only giving a 3 star because it has become increasingly difficult to schedule my kids for their six month appointments. In the last 2 years when we schedule the next appointment at checkout it turns into either an eight to nine month appointment. I am to the point of either considering doing one once per year or switching to a new dentist. This is very frustrating. Wish I could give 2 1/2 stars for scheduling.

Fantastic experience: The entire dental staff made our family comfortable from our first appointment to our most recent well-visit exam. The dentists are very friendly, funny, and made our children proud to be a part of the "no-cavity club"!

Fantastic experience: We came here from a referral and they did not disappoint at all. The moment you walk in, very kid friendly, the receptionist was so nice and friendly, she definitely was the sweetest. We didn't have a long wait, we were seen probably within 8 to 10 minutes of coming in. Both doctor Amie and the assistant were very friendly. She explained everything that she was doing to my 7 year old child. She was so understanding to his needs and told him every step she was doing to calm his nerves. When she was done with everything she gave him a prize. Of course I had 2 of my younger children with me and as we were checking out, the receptionist gave a little toy for my other 2 children that weren't seen. Overall, my experience with Ann Arbor Pediatrics was 5/5! Will definitely continue coming here for any of my children's dental needs.

I am grateful for the compassionate, inclusive, patient expertise they provide in their office and am so glad they care for all of my children. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: There's a reason this place is booked for months in advance. I've been to 3 dentist offices in the past week with my 5 year old. I was told she needed a molar pulled by one and needed to be on antibiotics and a baby root canal by the second. Dr Lucas saved the tooth without antibiotics or a root canal, and also was able to put a filling in another that I was told would also need a crown. I cannot tell you how satisfied I am with this office and the work they do. I highly recommend them and can't see myself going anywhere else in the future for all my pediatric dentist needs.

Everyone at the front desk, the assistants, and all three dentists we've seen have been fabulous. Very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. But most importantly- my son feels comfortable and at ease in their care.

Fantastic experience: We have had a wonderful experience with Ann Arbor Pediatric Dentistry. My boys had had very bad experiences with dentists before we went there. Every time we go, they mention how much they like it and how much better it is than their past experiences. As a therapist, I'd say this is a great place for kids with trauma, dental and otherwise. I am grateful they changed my kids feelings about the dentist. My oldest is graduating and he will miss it!

Fantastic experience: Top notch place for a preschooler who is scared of dentist! They were reassuring, kind, and quick (yet thorough). By the second visit, my son was comfortable with the dentist being in his mouth and was just along for the ride. It is well worth the 25 minute drive for us.

Negative experience: A2: Awful, entitled front desk staff. Unprofessional and hostile. Not an environment I would bring a child to. Chelsea: Solid, professional, friendly, clean. Fantastic interactions with my child who was a patient for several years. The only downside is that they are not orthodontists as well. Do not bother with going to the Ann Arbor location. The Chelsea location is totally different environment and a good place to go. Save your energy for positive things and go to the Chelsea location.

Fantastic experience: We are very happy with the attention and care that this dentistry provides. All staff are excellent. We have tried other locations in the past and this is the first location I can tell my 5 year old son feels comfortable during a visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Aimee was amazing. My 5 year old had a pretty urgent and somewhat intense dental procedure done today. A cavity and broken tooth was causing her pain that required two crowns. First, the office assured me they would get her in as soon as they could, and they did. Secondly, the procedure took about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Dr. Aimee explained every move she was making to my daughter so that she felt comfortable and calm. Every tool, sound, movements, were explained in detail before they happened. Most of the time spent was because of the extra care and attention she was making sure my daughter had, to make this an overall pleasant experience. This is not a typical dentist, pediatrics is certainly their specialty. This procedure should have been ALOT for my 5 year old, but it was a breeze with zero issue, zero anxiety or panic. All because Dr. Aimee’s personalized care. She was watching at all times just to check for any changes in body language or fear setting in (thankfully there wasn’t). Amazing experience. I was referred here for specialty dental work, but it is now my kids regular dentist, even though it’s an hour away. Thank you AA pediatric dental! Will not be going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: By far the best dental office we have ever used. My 3year old has a rough time with dental offices and we were referred here. We then ended up switching our other children here as well. It’s a 45 min drive and by far worth it!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had a very positive experience coming here. Everyone has been very kind, the office is always clean, and they do a fabulous job of explaining things to not just me but my kids as well. One of the dentists went as far as giving a full narration of the cavity filling process to my inquisitive middle child. It may sound like a small thing, but 2 of my kids have had dental work done with VERY negative experiences in the past (different office), to the point they were petrified to get even a cleaning. I am so thankful to all of the wonderful staff who have cared for my family and made them feel safe again!

Fantastic experience: We have loved our experiences with Ann Arbor Pediatric Dentistry. I have 2 kids who go there, one who was fairly anxious about going to the dentist. They worked with us and and my child is over their anxiety. I cannot say enough good things about both offices. Update to say that they have handled a dental trauma emergency with stellar service that shows devotion to their patients and their work. They saved teeth that we otherwise might have lost and that we avoided spending a lot of time, trouble, pain, and money because of their good work. I am grateful for these folks.

Fantastic experience: We live in Findlay Ohio, and we are so disappointed and had very bad experiences with the pediatric dentists, here also in Tiffin. Our friend told us about Ann Arbor pediatric dentistry, First the staff is super friendly over the phone, when we got there, everyone is so nice, we didn't have to wait, Dr. Aimee came out personally and took us in, that is very impressive, Dr. Aimee is very professional, patient and very good with kid, she explained everything to us also showed our son every steps that she was going to do to his teeth, And this is our First visit , and Dr. Aimee was able to fixed our son cavities! She is the best pediatric dentist! I truly hope, other pediatric dentists can be as professional and knowledgeable and most importantly Ethical as Dr. Amiee, if not, please just be the general dentist.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely AMAZING! From the moment you walk in there is such a cute waiting area for the kiddos and you are greeted warmly. All of the staff I dealt with were all so incredibly kind. My two young daughters had to have fillings, with them being so young I was anxious. If you have younger children that need work done THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I am 45/1hour away but it was so worth the drive! Seriously! They were so patient , and kind and told my daughter (2 yo) all the things to help her be so brave and confident while she was unsure and anxious. He was literally the best, along with his Dental Assistant! They both Made her feel as comfortable as possible giving her little prizes for doing so well! My other daughter had a different dentist, but just as great of an experience! Seriously, they are AMAZING. I wouldn’t dream of ever taking my kiddos anywhere else in the future!! I extremely highly recommend them! They deserve raises they are so stinking awesome! Thank you for all you do, creating positive Experiences with the dentist is such a good thing for young minds, as the habit of clean teeth starts so early and so many have anxiety of the dentist. All my 4 kids love the dentist and are never afraid of going because the staff is well trained to serve children and make them comfortable. Just recently we tried a different office because it’s closer to our house and it was such a disappointment. Back to Ann Arbor Pediatrics Dentistry we went. And lesson learned, never leaving this office again!

Fantastic experience: My 6-year-old daughter had her first cavity treatment, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care she received. The dentist was incredible in how she worked with my daughter, explaining every step of the process in a way that was easy for her to understand. She even let my daughter feel what the treatment would be like—allowing her to poke her finger through the plastic cover and experience the sensation of the materials and tools that would be used. This hands-on approach made my daughter feel more at ease. Throughout the entire treatment, the dentist was attentive to my daughter’s comfort, making sure she was as relaxed as possible given the circumstances. As a mom, it was reassuring to see my child in such capable and compassionate care. It was a truly positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Our 2-year-old had a great first visit! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. She was a little nervous but they made her feel so comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Amiee has been truly amazing, we are so lucky to be part of Ann Arbor Pediatric Dentistry. The staff takes the time to walk our child through the process of what will happen and demonstrate on his hand or finger exactly what they will be doing to help ease any stress he may have. The front desk staff is so nice, welcoming and always willing to help find an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Update 2024: We are blown away by how incredible this practice is! We were distraught when my now 8-year-old broke most of his front permanent tooth off due to a fall from his bike. We were even told in the emergency room that it wouldn’t be possible to put back together. However, Dr. Kristin and team expertly and so kindly put the tooth back on! We and my kid are so incredibly grateful. All the staff was extremely helpful with amazing bedside manner. Couldn’t be happier with this practice every time we go. ***2020*** Dr. Minjoo was so personable, knowledgable, gentle and just lovely with my 4-year-old. It’s a big feat to make a trip to the dentist feel fun and educational at the same time, especially during the pandemic! We have had good experiences with all the providers here. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This practice is phenomenal! My young son has been seen by Dr. Ray, Dr. Lucas, and most recently, Dr. Zach. My little one can get quite anxious about the “what if” part of seeing the dentist, but it lessens with every visit. All of the staff are genuinely kind. They know how to connect with kids on their level, and they make an effort to do so. Best of all, they’re wonderful I’m grateful to everyone at Ann Arbor Pediatric Dentistry, and I highly recommend you check it out.

Fantastic experience: Best Pediatric Dentist my kids have ever been to, and I have had some bad experiences with a few different dental offices and seen some really unethical and unprofessional practices, but Ann Arbor Pediatric Dentistry has absolutely none of these issues. I was very satisfied and thankful for the treatment they provided to my sons and daughter. One of my sons is Autistic and was scared to death of the dentist, but the staff here helped him calm down and feel safe and was able to complete any treatment he needed where all the other dental professionals have failed. I would like to thank all of the staff at Ann Arbor Pediatric Dentistry, From the Palazzolo family.

Fantastic experience: We have been bringing our daughters to this dentist for about 6 years now. I drive 50 minutes because I don’t want my girls to go to another office- they are truly the best, with the sweetest, most gentle and kid-friendly dentists and receptionists I’ve come across. I’m so thankful for their fantastic expertise over the years and their understanding and gentle nature towards my sensitive little girls who don’t particularly enjoy having their mouths messed with!

Fantastic experience: We came for a tooth extraction for my 9 year old. The staff and doctor was very friendly and completely put her at ease. It was quick and over in no time. With no pain. It was a friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Amy is great with children. The hygienist was amazing and explained perfectly to my daughter why brushing is important. The staff is very patient and understanding.

Negative experience: This was a truly traumatic experience. I went here when I was 4. It has now been 8 years. I still struggle with some of the effects of this traumatic experience. It has possibly contributed to my now terrible mental health. I can still remember an excruciating detail. And every time I think about it, i cry. ( In all seriousness, though. If you have children, do not take them here. Though this review is written dramatically. It is still true. And I hope no one else has to go through what I did, though someone probably will. I wish I could say none of this happened and give a good review, but I just can't. That would be a lie.)

Fantastic experience: I was so incredibly pleased by my sons dental visit! My son has ASD and Dr. Lucas made our experience great! They were very accommodating to needs and talked me through our treatment plan and my options for him in the future. His assistant was very very helpful through the cleaning as well. After being turned down from multiple pediatric dentist in my area, I was so thankful I waited and found the RIGHT place for my sons needs and future dental needs. I’m so grateful there are practices like this for kids with special needs!
