Fantastic experience: The team is very knowledgeable when it comes to airway assessment in children, as well as tongue/lip tie treatment. They are so patient and give thorough education. You can tell they so passionate about what they do, and truly care about the well being of your family.

Fantastic experience: Staff are always welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I was promptly attended to by the dental assistant. Dr. Stacy attended to me promptly, diagnosing, accurately, the issue with my tooth. I was then treated appropriately and promptly.

Fantastic experience: Best Dental Care Clinic I have ever been to. The Dentists are so nice. My hygienist was so warm & fuzzy & did a great job cleaning my teeth. The receptionists who greeted me were very friendly. Clinic is so clean! I made my 6 month checkup & I WILL be back.

Fantastic experience: Mom has suffered a stroke and is paralyzed on her right side. Amanda was amazing in making Mom feel comfortable ( to the point of blankets to keep warm and help support her)after she was situated in the chair. She made Mom feel like every other patient and not a problem or different because of her handicap. The team continues to excel and I would recommend highly! Thank you to the full team!

Fantastic experience: I had a great day today. I was completely comfortable with everyone. If anyone was looking for a Denist I would recommend East Ridge Dental! And I don't like going to Denist. But they really helped me understand what was going on with my teeth and health. I had appointment at 10:30 for cleaning and that went great but I was having problems with a couple of my teeth. And they got me in the same day and got my teeth fixed really appreciate how understand ing they are. Thank you again

Fantastic experience: The Dr's and staff are so accommodating. I broke a tooth on Sunday and had the crown in on Tuesday! They were able to make the crown in the office and it was perfect. I'm so appreciative of all the dentists and staff.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was started promptly on time. The dental assistant did a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth, did X-rays and had the dentist come in for his exam. Everyone was very professional!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this office. They won’t inform you if their dentists are no longer in network. In the past, when a doctor’s office was dropping insurance, I have received a letter in the mail informing me of the change. This office did not do this and allowed me to continue making appointments and never informed me there dentists no longer take our insurance. Beware if you continue to go here.

Fantastic experience: I took my son here for his very first dentist appointment and grace and the female dentist were great with my son. This place is very good with children and making it not scary for them. Again just all over great people here. I will continue to recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Amanda and Dr. Stacy were amazing when they removed a crown on an upper molar, removed a cavity, made a new crown, attached it perfectly with no need for modification at all. This was done in 2 hours with a break included to make the crown. Wonderful people, who obviously are skilled at their jobs. I dont care for dental procedures, but they made it a better experience with their skill and personalities. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I went back there a year later. Simply because everybody was so friendly. Once again the front desk people were extremely cordial and friendly and again. I gotta give a big shot out to Amber. The dental assistant she is phenomenal. And is a credit to have an individual like her work for you. Dentist was kind and nice as always. I don't like going to Dallas but if I gotta go to one, this is the 1 that I go to.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ron Reckling has been our family dentist for 10 years now. We’ve had 2 orthodontic treatments- 1 teen with traditional braces, and one adult with Invisalign, and both came out beautifully. My husband has visits religiously every 3 months for cleanings and now we got to introduce our 2 1/2 yr old as a new patient. The staff was excellent with her in office and she loved the play room. They were calm and patient and the little one did great, even allowed using the tools to brush her teeth! Thanks to Bridgette, Paige, hygienist Amanda and Dr Ron Reckling for the best care team!

Fantastic experience: Dr Stacy and the staff are amazing! I had to get numbed for a procedure and there was zero pain. It was a little cold in the office and my hygenist (sry cant remember her name) offered me a soft, cozy and clean blanket while i had my procedure done. I would give 10 stars if i could, but 5 will do! Keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: I was greeted right when I arrived and was asked for my insurance card and the person at the desk immediately addressed the coverage for my procedures. Everyone was fun to visit with and all were helpful. I most often left my previous dentist with my mouth hurting somewhere. Grace was very careful and explained what she was doing. I am not saying I will lovey next visit BUT I will not dread it as much.

Fantastic experience: The staff was amazing! I felt like I had been going to them for years even though it was my first time there. 5+ stars!!

Negative experience: We had our teeth cleaned like we do every summer, but when we checked in no one mentioned they were now out of network for our insurance. We received a big bill and they explained now that they were out of network for us.

Fantastic experience: Reserve Navy Senior Chief coming off of active duty. Major dental administrative issues from being deployed to a 3rd world country. East ridge has fought hard to keep fighting Tri Care to take care of me, above and beyond. Highest recommendation for all your dental needs!!!

Negative experience: Disappointed with this practice. Treatment plan included 3 cavities with orthodontics needed but refused to refer out, recommended their in house invisalign. Received second opinion at a different practice where no cavities were found and orthodontics may not be needed at this time, but did give referral in case we wanted to pursue.

Fantastic experience: East Ridge Dental is a great dental office. From being greeted as I walked in the door, to the many have a nice day and Merry Christmas from everyone I was in contact with. Abbie has been wonderful every visit, which this has been 3 visits. She is informative and very good at her job. She is friendly and engaging with conversation.

Fantastic experience: My mother and sister recommended East Ridge Dental to me. My rear tooth was hurting and got to the point of being unbearable, so I called and made an appointment. They got me in very quickly. The office is very clean and inviting. The ladies at the front desk greeted me and made me feel welcome. My wait wasn't long before I was called back. They did a professional job with their check up and found 1 cavity and a cracked back tooth. They recommended a filling and a crown. I made my appointment for the next week and they did a wonderful job with the filling and the crown. They know what they are doing and the price was fair and their scheduling was very convenient. Fantastic experience: Everyone is just so wonderful to be around. Love my hygienist Autumn, I can barely feel that she is even poking around in my mouth Very pleased with choosing East Ridge Dental I cannot describe how wonderful East Ridge Dental is. After another appointment yesterday, I again walked out smiling! Having additional dental work in the near future and I am shocked at how inexpensive it is...the receptionists rock, they are nice and informative and answered all questions I had about up coming visits. Fantastic experience: I am always greeted by name by the receptionist. Only waited a couple minutes in the waiting room. My hygienist was very pleasant and cleaned my teeth thoroughly and gently. Dr Reckling came in as soon as the hygienist was finished and did his check. I was finished with my appointment in about 45 minutes.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the door and saw the friendly face of the receptionist to the moment I left, it was a wonderful experience. My dental hygienist, Amanda, was very nice and made me feel at ease right away. And my dentist, Dr Stacie (sorry if I am spelling it wrong) was just as nice. They were very professional but yet made me feel so comfortable and I could tell I was in good hands. She explained everything to me so I knew exactly what needed to be done. What an awesome place…and that’s coming from someone who is a total scaredy cat when it comes to going to the dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: Considering how little there was left of the broken tooth, extraction was pretty straight forward. Little pain, mostly from the nerve block injection but it took nearly 30 minutes to yank the stubborn little devil out! Very little bleed and minor post extraction pain.

Fantastic experience: I had my 4 month old baby girl at my appointment with me today. Before I was even halfway done, she started to get fussy. The staff was SO GREAT! The office manager offered to carry her around while they finished up with me and she even got her to stop crying! We have always been taken great care of dental wise but today it was so much more!

Fantastic experience: I typically don't write reviews - but had to recognize the awesome experience I had once again at East Ridge Dental. It all started with the help from Paige and Bridgette who patiently worked with me to find a time/day to schedule my appointment. They were very helpful. Next, I was fortunte to have Amy and Abby as my Hygienists on back to back days - they were absolutely awesome. They were both very knowledgable, gentle, efficient, professional, and just NICE! From start to finish the front office administrator Paige, my hygienist Erica and Dr. Stacy all made me feel so comfortable and at ease with their friendliness and humor throughout my whole experience with them despite the fact that it’s been years since I’ve been able to go to the dentist. They gave me honest and informed options as far as restorative care that was recommended after my cleaning and nothing felt forced which I appreciate. Couldn’t have asked for better from this lovely group of ladies here!

Fantastic experience: Again I was eating my breakfast when I broke a tooth off and I called EastRidge dental and they got me in that afternoon to make sure the tooth was not causing me any pain and then immediately scheduled me in for next morning as I have to have antibiotics prior to any dental work because of my heart. Everyone is so friendly and they always remember me like a good friend.

I'm also 21 weeks pregnant and they made sure to make my experience as comfortable as possible and give the best service. Definitely going to keep going here and highly recommend them as well!

Fantastic experience: This might have been the best experience I've ever had at a dentist!! I broke a tooth eating peanuts Monday night and was able to get an appointment for 12:30pm the next day! They were able to repair the tooth without needing any sedative and I was in and out in approximately 25 minutes with no pain and no numbness!! Thanks for taking care of me!!

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth and was having a difficult time getting help to say the least. These folks got me in immediately and made my tooth livable. They are putting a crown on in two days. They are nice, polite and have a great sense of humor. Most of all, they delivered and that is what matters most. I think I found my new dental home! The crown procedure went fantastic, they even gave me a cleaning while the crown was being made. It actually cost less than expected. They did not have to build up the tooth and were honest about it. If you feel you are getting sales job at your current dentist, come see these folks. The cleaning was so gentle that I had to wake up to get my mouth! drained!

My situation has been "brewing" since June...my previous dentist dropped the ball and left me hanging. Fantastic experience: It was a good experience. Small cavity so I said don’t use Novacaine and she said ok. She said if you feel any pain please lift your hand to let me know. The tech helping was the best. The woman who cleaned my teeth a couple of weeks ago was very good also!
