Fantastic experience: I have to give a shout out to the team at Complete Dental Care. I've been going there for years and have worked with multiple dental hygienists, and the quality has always been top notch. Dr. Perets knows his stuff and is very good at sharing details and giving options. I don't feel like I'm being pushed into procedures. You can trust them with your teeth :)

Fantastic experience: I went in to get a crown. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. Liz made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Dr. Perets explained each step of the process and did wonderful work. The office was clean and inviting. Being able to get a same day crown done was such an advantage for me. Very grateful for this office.

Negative experience: Don’t get a root canal done here unless you want to pay another 4000 to get it fixed properly.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate the professional way the folks at Complete Dental Care treat their patients. Dr. Perets is a very knowledgable dentist who takes time to teach and help me understand what is going on and what is needed in my dental care. The hygienists are kind and very efficient. I never feel "judged" and I always leave with a smile on my face!

Negative experience: Called the front office, and my wife was told our insurance would cover care at this facility. Went there to receive care, and I was told I would need to pay the full amount upfront with my insurance reimbursing me for the care later. I got my explanation of benefits from my insurance in the mail, and none of the services were covered. I’d be hesitant to patron this business given how they misrepresent what services are going to be covered by insurance unless you like paying over four hundred dollars out of pocket for a general dental appointment. Honestly the entire interaction with them felt like a scam.

Fantastic experience: Love the staff here! The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. Emily is a sweetheart and incredibly patient if you have anxiety at the dentist. She won’t rush you and will tell you what she is about to do before she does it. If you need a break she doesn’t rush you. I went to the same dentist my whole life and so after I moved at 30 years old I was so nervous to find a new one. But they exceeded my expectations and I’m very grateful. ❤️ Thanks for being a kind, caring, and judgement free zone complete dental!

BEST dentist and hygienist in sioux falls...UPDATE: I had 3 feelings done and wow it's was super easy the dentist himself was amazing. No pain no stress.. just amazing UPDATE just had 2 wisdom teeth removed yesterday 10-14-2024 and wow it went amazing I had myself all worked up for NOTHING. This is seriously the best dentist office EVER. UPDATE 11/7/2024 i had another cleaning done and once again it was amazing, Fast and 100% painless.. the best dentist office in town

The whole team here has been absolutely wonderful and compassionate even with my anxiety and have set up a plan to get my teeth back in the best shape possible, and it's been a relief to have such a caring team work with me to get my smile back.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Perets for several years. He's a professional, friendly, easy-going doctor. Most of my visits are standard checkups but I've also had work done. I'm extremely satisfied with everything they do. He always takes the time to answer all of my questions at the end of a visit. When calling or showing up for an appointment the receptionist and other staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Also, the dental hygienist Katie is great. I would recommend Complete Dental Care if you're looking for a great dentist with a great staff!

Fantastic experience: They are honest with patients on your dental health. They also listen to patient concerns, I stopped going to a dental office for 10+ years before finally going back and choosing this office, they actually listen to the patient instead of dismissing their concerns like the dentist where I grew up.

Fantastic experience: Had to get a full deep clean. It is done in 2 different sessions. If you think that's silly let me tell you, it is necessary as your mouth does get sore even when it's numb. I did my right side first then the left. They did amazing and didn't make me feel silly for not having the best oral health and made the process very easy. If you have a fear of being judged when at the dentist then this is the place to come! Very much a judgement free zone. Also I was welcomed with them knowing my first name as soon as I came in the door. Everyone did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. This is my official place to come for dental care. ❤️

She gets to know me on a personal level. She explains what she is doing extremely well while I'm in the chair. I can't believe I'm saying it, but I enjoy my six month check up each time.
