Fantastic experience: New to the area and was having an issue with a tooth. I searched several dental offices and then found Falls Dental, checking their website and I knew this was the place for me. I called on Friday and Kristen at the front desk was so friendly and caring, she was able to set an appointment for me the next week, excellent customer service. The office is beautiful and welcoming. Leah was great with getting my info, x-rays - she was so friendly, caring and had excellent customer service. Dr. Frankman has to be the kindest, friendliest and most caring dentist I have ever met, he took the time to talk with me, explain, answer questions and thanked me for being a new patient. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and caring as well. This was the best experience at a dental office and trust me I have had my share of dental visits with other dentist. Also went for a follow up cleaning visit with Hollie- who was the absolute best!! Above and beyond service provided. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs. I appreciate you all and so glad I found your office.

My hygienist today even remembered a conversation we had over a month ago while my son was having his teeth cleaned and asked how things were- so thoughtful! Both Dr. Holly and Dr. Mike are professional and skilled and have very likable personalities. We feel lucky to be seen by them at this clinic.

They have also worked to accommodate me in cases of dental urgency (absessed tooth, loose crown), all resolved with same or next day service or if needed, referrals. I had been a previous patient at Dakota Dental. I was not impressed with them! They pushed procedures that I didn't need! Falls Dental never pushed any type of extra procedures. If your looking for a new Dental office, this is the one to go to.

Fantastic experience: Been a patient for a few years and liked it. But today I really needed them. Had a tooth pain and from phone call to completed tooth repair it was 3 hours. They got me in right away and were so kind. This is the place for your family.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Falls Dental for at least 10 years and would not consider going anywhere else. I’ve had simple cleanings done and I’ve had more complex dental work. The hygienists and the dentists are all so knowledgeable and skilled and I’ve always appreciated how kind and gentle they are. They really listen to your concerns and do a great job of explaining what’s going on with your teeth. I’ve never felt pressured to have any dental work done until it was truly necessary. Everyone there is always friendly and warm and it’s a very comfortable space. I have referred many people there over the years and they all agree it’s the best place to go in town.

My mother has had the same hygienist for years and loved one another! We all cried together as I told them she has pancreatic cancer! She was the light that walked through that door every 3 months!

For the first time in my life i’m confident in my smile and I feel like I can make positive changes to improve my mouth health. They looked up the insurance information while I was back for my cleaning and advised me when I was leaving that they submitted the insurance paperwork for me - Dental hygienist did a superb job of cleaning my teeth and X-rays. Very personable. She also educated me on the status of my teeth and was cognizant of my time for my appointment as I informed her of needing to get back to work soon. - Dr. Hollie was also friendly, knowledgeable and personable! She commented positively on my previous dentist and was thankful for the records that were shared. Very professional! - The dentist office was very clean, inviting and friendly.
