Fantastic experience: I haven't had much pain since my root canal. I'm very glad I went to Wiswall Endodontics. They were very nice.

Fantastic experience: Leading up to my root canal appointment, I was in a lot of pain and had a lot of anxiety about it. The team was incredible at addressing my fears and making me feel comfortable. The procedure felt really quick and I'm forever thankful to no longer have the pain!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Andrew was extremely thorough and so kind during my root canal. He clearly puts a lot of thought into patient comfort and checked on me often throughout the procedure. That level of care really stood out. His assistant (I wish I had caught her name!) was equally wonderful, supportive, calming, and attentive. Root canals aren’t exactly something anyone looks forward to, but this team made the experience as positive as it could possibly be. If I ever need another major dental procedure, I’d choose Dr. Andrew again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at Wiswall and I was in need of a root canal to save my tooth which had been giving me grief for several months. From the moment I walked in the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Andrew explained the entire process even double checked that we had the correct tooth by doing x-rays and doing some testing. After explaining and numbing my mouth area he proceeded and made sure I was comfortable with his actions. We had a small rough patch in the drilling which he quickly alleviated and talked me through it. In a matter of seconds all was good. The procedure took less than I had envisioned and overall I was very happy with the outcome. It is now 4 days later and I am so happy that he could fix my tooth. All staff worked very well together and made my experience there a very pleasant one. I will be going back there with any dental work from now on. Thanks to Andrew and staff. Great job.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wiswall and the team did an excellent job with my root canal. They explained whatever questions I had and gave great aftercare instructions. Dr. Wiswall has the most up-to-date equipment on the market today. The whole procedure was 30-40 minutes. Headphones, a weighted blanket and choice of TV channels are a great help too.

Fantastic experience: Literally the BEST place to get root canals done! I have had 3 root canals done with Dr. Wiswall and would highly recommend him and his team! They are all very kind, helpful, and courteous from the receptionists to the techs/hygienists and the doctor himself. He is also great about helping out if a problem arises and truly wants to help you feel better and get relief ASAP! Dr. Wiswall is also amazing about ensuring your comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Again, truly couldn't recommend a better endodontist!

Negative experience: My husband was a patient of theirs 3 x due to their inability to complete a root canal without nerve damage. Numerous antibiotics and urgent care visits for months because of the infections one after another in the area that was worked on. Now the tooth next to the original location is dead. As a nurse I am disappointed and certainly would not regard this location as top choice for a root canal. My husband is a very healthy man and to see his suffering was painful.

Negative experience: I was told by this office that my insurance would cover certain procedures. However, they did not verify the insurance benefits beforehand, and I was later billed for a significant amount. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was met with resistance, and staff repeatedly insisted it was my fault. I expected transparency and professionalism regarding billing and insurance, and unfortunately, that was not provided. I cannot recommend this office based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Wiswall and Amber today, October 23, for a root canal. While getting a root canal isn’t fun, they made it as comfortable as could be. They had difficulty getting my roots expanded so had to work a bit longer than normal. They explained things well and apologized for the extra time it took. The atmosphere while in the dental chair is quite relaxing with these two. Thank you for this experience.

I’ve heard plenty of horror stories, but this was painless, smooth, and even came with good conversation. Great bedside manner too. Fantastic experience: Let me tell you…..This is the best experience I have ever had getting my teeth done. I am such a baby when it comes to my teeth. The staff was friendly, knowledgeably, funny, and caring. They made me feel comfortable and not nervous to get a root canal done. The building was beautiful, clean, and organized. I honestly loved the whole aesthetic! It gave me a homie/lodge type vibe. There was a pond in the back of the building. It was pretty and a fun subject to talk about. I was welcomed and asked if I had any questions about the process or billing. The technology is amazing. Quick assessment of my toothache and options for treatment were presented clearly.
