Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Abbeville dentistry. Dr. Burden performed my extraction. He explained the procedure and asked me if I had any questions. The entire team was excellent, everything went smooth. I received a lot of great information.

Fantastic experience: I dreaded finding a new dentist due to insurance changes, but Abbeville relieved my concerns. I called and was able to get in quickly. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr Garcia was wonderful and would highly recommend. The hygienists are also top notch. They took care of my insurance billing with no issue. Would recommend Abbeville (Washington St.) if you are looking for a dentist.

Positive experience: Wanted to get teeth cleaned using my insurance. They wanted me to pay for some dental xrays they say was not covered. My insurance shows all xrays covered. Had to find another dentist.

Negative experience: There quick to quote you thousands of dollars when your in dire need of an emergency and make you wait by sending you to a specialist so they can do this very same thing that they did to you at the first place. I waited for almost 2 months with pain in my teeth. Pain spread to all the gums in the surrounding area and to my ear. They didn't even send antibiotics for me. I called January 5th of 2026 to have them pull up my tooth that I couldn't bear it anymore. Mind you I already suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and I'm always in pain. They wouldn't get me in till Thursday which is the 8th. I even have a recording of them because I record my calls. Telling me that they had canceled my Thursday appointment and they were sending messages to my wife saying why am I going to have my tooth pulled when I can have a root canal. Because I can't afford thousands of dollars and I need the tooth gone by 2 months ago. I had called them to cancel because I went to Aspen to get it pulled. They did it the same day. And they were booked but they still made time for me. I paid $480. If I would have showed up and not had my tooth pulled these people would have taken advantage of me and I would have acted like a fool. With that pain for all these months. And then you wonder why people go crazy.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been Abbeville Dentistry patients for years. From the moment we walk in and leave, we are always pleased. From the receptionist, dental assistants, hygienist and the dentist, The staff here are all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable at what they are doing. Negative experience: Terrible place of business. I have a young child in a ton of pain and they decide to call me an hour before her emergency procedure to let us know that the current doctor isn’t covered under her insurance and the other doctors just left for the day. Never apologized and was never explained when they booked the appointment. Not to mention it took the lady 5 different times to get the name correct and still took down the wrong email after repeating it back to me.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth infection and was in a lot of pain. My dentist, whom I've been going to for 30 years, refused to get me in, so I was forced to find somewhere else to go. I happened upon this office, and I'm grateful for the change. They got me right in that day, treated the infection and then got me in for the needed procedure in less than a week. Next time though, I'll insist on the laughing gas! The procedure was difficult and the drill slipped, OUCH!!! Everyone there, from the front desk to the dentist, were professional, helpful, and prices were reasonable.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for over 11 years. The personnel have always been friendly and welcoming. The only issue is that their blood pressure machine is way off (needs calibration?) and I have normal blood pressure and it always shows like I’ve ready to have a stroke or heart arrack. I have had to go to my Dr. to get cleared for any dental work, very frustrating!!

Fantastic experience: Been going here for about 7 years. I have had no problems. Everything is done in a professional manner. I will miss Christian Adea. Love everything about him. Very sweet and easy to get along with and does an awesome job.

Positive experience: I really like this dentist everything’s pretty chill and easy. The only thing is, depending on who answers the phone, your experience can be totally different. One receptionist is super on it helpful, answers all your questions, no problem knows exactly what is going on.The other one never knows what’s going on and usually puts you on hold for a while comes back and still doesn’t have much information on what you asked always replies in “uuumm”. It’s happened a few times. Still a solid spot overall, just kinda a hit or miss when you call.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place. I was passing through and needed an emergency extraction. Everyone was attentive and empathetic and they got me in 1st appointment the next morning. Doctor was phenomenal and made sure I felt nothing. If I ever move to Amarillo, this will be the dentist I will go to. Thank you all!

Negative experience: New dentists, all the time. Can not keep dentist or staff. Your scheduled appointments if early are always late because of meetings or something delaying them. They will tell you one price and your actual charge will be over a thousand, insurance or not. They lie to you about reasons your appointment is canceled and lie about the stuff needed being there. Will never go back to this place!

Fantastic experience: I would love to thank the kind staff, Dr. Tejani, Stephanie, Ana plus the kind receptionist. I highly recommend this place! The staff is awesome and the Dr. Answered all my questions and helpful at finding the best plan for me. The assistant was so kind to bring me a blanket and bottle of water while I waited no time to see the doctor. Please do youself the favor and go get your dental work here. I know how it feels going to see a new dentist and not know what your walking into, but you will walk into warm, professional and good environment.

Fantastic experience: Every time I have had an appointment I got right in because they seem to run very efficiently. Dr. Tejani is quick and painless and the staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: The people there are nice but they are young so their dentistry skills are fair. You can tell they have book smarts but are not that experienced. I had a filling done. The anesthetic shot I received about took me out of my chair, so painful. The pain went away quickly but oh my goodness. The filling procedure was fairly painful too because they kept shoving my tongue down my throat with the little mirror tool and I was choking. I had to actaully push the assistants arm because I couldn't breathe. Also, my jaws and head were extremely sore afterwards. However, I think the filling was done a lot better than last year. I think it will hold this time. I think if the team stays together a while they will get better with practice. Update: Great news the Technician cleaning my teeth was super nice and very concerned about not hurting me. She was super good with the cleaning and flossing, very gentle. The second hygienist who did the polishing still needs practice. However she did listen as I explained to her that Fluoride treatments are not good for people with thyroid issues, especially low thyroid. I think that was a good learning experience. I'm kind of surprised they don't teach that in dental hygienist school because they work with fluoride. I did not see the dentist this visit. But all in all a much better experience. There was no filling replacement this time either. Update: My crown fell off. So I called Abbeville right away, got in the next morning at 8 a.m. I got there and had to sign LOTS of paperwork which started me to become a little suspicious. It's the type of paperwork that allows them to bill insurance, preform treatment, you know the kind that's full of words you don't read. They just say, sign, here, here, here, etc. I go back and I tell the girl the crown is in great shape, so is my tooth, no pain. Usually the dentist cleans you up, then cleans the crown, adds glue and Voilà, fixed. The dentist says I must x-ray, then there's a good chance the crown will need to be replaced because it won't seat right. I'm like, what?! No, we won't be doing all that. I got up and left. I then went to another dentist who did exactly as I described above and didn't charge me a thing. My crown is fine. My tooth is fine. I have no idea how much Abbeville was going to stick me for. I'm glad I didn't stay to find out. I will NOT be going back. I hope I can get my xrays to send to my new dentist.

I was taken care of Dr. Tejani (and his wonderful assistant who’s name unfortunately escapes me); they were nothing short of knowledgeable, thorough and kind. Would recommend all around.
