Fantastic experience: Staff was very nice. And Dr Maxwell was nice and gentle. He was also patient and answered my questions.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. The doctor was wonderful, but the woman at the front desk (I think her name starts with D) truly stood out. She helped me with my insurance and referrals and did it all with such kindness and warmth. She made what could’ve been a stressful visit feel easy. She was the sweetest .

Fantastic experience: Dr Max is most awesome. He is very kind and caring. Alex was my dental assistant, she was so kind as well. We talked about all kinds of things that we had in common. Mainly things to watch on TV. It went a long way to help me calm down. I have had really bad experiences with dentists in the past. She was also really kind about my service dog, remembering her name and giving her room to do her job. Alex needs a raise for sure. Keely does too!! Before I could come there was issues with paperwork that were insane and Keely worked really hard to get that all in and I was able to finally come in. Thank you Dr Max, Alex, and Keely for all you have done and checking up on me afterwards and everything. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Had Great service here and truly felt like they cared. Even with have to shift stuff around due to financing they were so accommodating. Most places are not very help when teeth are hurting and your pregnant but walked me though what needed to be done so i can get teeth fixed ASAP. Maria was tech she helped so much and listen to all my concerns Kelsie was amazing in walking me though all i would need to get my teeth worked on, as soon as possible due to pain. After going to several different dentist in town so far this has been the best one

Fantastic experience: My visit here was very much needed and the experience overall was fantastic. From stepping in the doors being greeted by Keeli to my exam and my cleaning. Everyone was excited and enthusiastic to answer questions and give advise on how to maintain better oral hygiene. Even leaving Keeli gave me great pleasure for coming in and wished me a wonderful day afterwards.

Fantastic experience: Called the 45th location today because I was wanting to get scheduled for a tooth ache , but my insurance was out of network . Keeli was very helpful in finding another office that was in network and even went out of her way to call that office and get an appointment scheduled for me. It was such an easy experience that if my insurance ever becomes in network with Abbeville I would be so happy to move care to that office . Highly recommend this office to anyone !

Fantastic experience: Beautiful and clean clinic. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. That was the easiest and least painful mouth numbing I’ve ever experienced. They were extremely patient with my anxiety from my past bad dental experiences and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I was even provided a blanket when I was cold. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Scheduling for braces is incredibly frustrating. Both of my boys were requested to come back in 4 to 6 weeks but since they are only in Amarillo one day every 2 to 4 weeks. Next appointment is of course 2 and a half months out and only on a Tuesday morning.

Negative experience: I go there for my monthly adjustments for my braces. Usually the ladies who change out the wires and elastics are very kind, but my most recent experience today was not pleasant. The lady who brought me to the back didn’t even tell me her name. She didn’t say one word to me even when she left to grab the orthodontist. Usually when they start to twist the wires they warn you that there’s going to be some pressure but this lady didn’t say a word. She wasn’t gentle either. When it came time to choose the color for the elastics she just shoved the case in my face. I felt like such a burden being there.

Positive experience: Good work, but my appointment at 8:30 am was delayed.

Positive experience: Monica at the front desk is so sweet. She makes you feel important unlike the hygienist I saw. She didn't like the fact that I disagreed with her recommendation. She moved my face to suit her, was rough in cleaning my teeth and wasn't nice at all. I hope she doesn't last long.

Fantastic experience: Another awesome visit! Dr. Patel is friendly and very thorough during my routine exams. If there's a cavity to be found, she'll find it! Vanessa is always a delight and leaves my teeth sparkling! She does her best to try and not drown me! Monica walked me through the "cavity defense", so we can start tackling some some of my more serious issues. Poor Maria had the daunting task of taking Xrays in my tiny mouth, and she did great!

Negative experience: Office staff was nice and helpful but Do not go here!!! I broke a tooth that I needed to be extracted. Dr. Shreeja Patel did the extraction she struggled the whole time of pulling she used my good tooth to pry against and you heard the crack 3 weeks passed and I scheduled a post-op I proceeded to tell them I was still in pain and now I have pain in a tooth that was perfectly fine Dr Patel continued to tell me I was healing and they needed to charge me almost $300 to get a exam to see what was wrong I got my tooth pulled on Aug 26th 2024 it is October 10th 2024 and I pulled two shards of tooth from a poor extraction they do not care about patients they just want to charge you more every time you go. Beware if you go cause you might leave with more problems than what you went in for something that would have took 2 minutes to look at is not worth there precious time now I will be out more money to fix a tooth that was great before the visit

Negative experience: The staff is very friendly and helpful. They work with you and explain everything. I’m having to edit this review as I went there to get my wisdom teeth removed. One of them required surgical removal. While at the oral surgeon’s office, they explained that there was a piece of root that was left behind by Abbeville….i am now looking for a new dentist.

She patiently explained the various insurance options that were available to me and answered all of my questions in a friendly and professional manner. I also appreciated that she did not rush me out, but instead took the time to ensure that I fully understood the policies before making a decision. Furthermore, I had a busy schedule, and Monica was able to work around my availability and schedule an appointment for my son Jace at a convenient time. Fantastic experience: I recently had an experience in the office and over the phone with Brecken. I called because I wanted some pricing options different from an office I had just left. She reviewed some pricing alternatives with me, talked me through some other information, and validated my feelings. It was great to feel like someone in the office really cared about my financial concerns and at the same time wanted me to have the best quality service while not trying to financially burden me. She helped me to make an appointment and a couple weeks later when I came into the office, she remembered our phone call and showed me more side-by-side information before seeing the doctor and helped to set me up with a great care-plan moving forward. She was ultra helpful and oh so sweet. She performed zero dentistry services on me, but I can tell you that she is a big part of why I will be returning to Abbeville on 45th for future dental work. Fantastic experience: As soon as I walked in the door I felt welcomed. Brecken who was up at the front was awesome and thoroughly went over my insurance plan and what to expect when I went back. Brecken also came back and helped me afterwards and did an awesome job, she serves a raise because she is what any office would want to have right as you walk in, especially a dentist office where one is tropically nervous. Dr Patel and the two assistant's also did a superb job in explaining everything and the lady who did an awesome job placing the x-rays in the right place because in the past at other dentist offices I have not been able to complete the X-ray portion due to having a bad gag-reflex.
