Fantastic experience: My visit was typically great. I'm sorry I don't know the Hygienest name but she was outstanding. I missed my last scheduled cleaning so she had alot to do. She took the time required to get me back into good shape. It was painless and pleasant. Crazy as it sounds, i look forward to going to Hawkins Dental!

Fantastic experience: Everything was done safely from check in, to taking my temperature to asking basic health questions. Amber explained to me temporary changes that being done to clean teeth ti keep me and the facility safe. Thank you. 10/08/2020 I appreciated that all of the pre-check in paperwork that I had to fill out was done on line before my visit. I was called on my cell phone that they were ready for me to come in after I arrived. I was met at the door by Amber who took my temperature and had me wash my hands for safety. I was taken to Amber’s room where I had my yearly x-rays taken. I was told that that they could now use the pressurized water again which made the cleaning easier. Dr. Duncan checked my x-rays. Amber as usual did an excellent job. She made two appointments for next year and escorted me to the door. Very comfortable visit. 05/12/21 I appreciate that the office called and emailed me to remind me of my appointment. As there is no waiting room now you wait in your car until called. Amber called me and met me at the front door and took my temperature and took me back to her room before my scheduled appointment time. As usual Amber did a great job cleaning my teeth and discovering my filling which had been fixed recently had fallen out. Amber took care of scheduling my next cleaning and scheduling time with Dr. Duncan to fix my filling fir free. I was treated great by everyone. Great staff who are very personable and care about there patients. Thanks. July 2022 I had a 7 Am appointment and was checked in as soon as I arrived. I had new dental hygienist because my former girl had taken another job. My new girl explained everything she was doing and continually asked me if I was doing ok. My cleaning was painless and done very well. Everytime I go to this office I’m treated bvery well and I feel well taken care of. I’d recommended this office to anyone who doesn’t have a dentist and need to see someone. They’ll take care of you. They have taken care of me for 10 years. Thanks guys. October 28, 2022 I had another appointment at 7am and I got in on time. I had a new dental hygienist but I think this one will be my permanent one. I really enjoyed her conversation. I was well taken care as usual. I enjoy this group. They are all nice. They all call you by your first name and treat you like they’ve known you forever. I would definitely recommend Dr Duncan and his staff. Thanks. 08/19/25 I had a 7am appointment and got in a little early. My dental hygienist remembers me and us always asking about how job, my trips, and summer has gone. She gave me a positive report on my teeth and my cleaning. Her dental advice has been truly helpful. Hawkins Dental group has treated me very well over the years even when my personal dentist had to take time off. There a good place and treat there patients well. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: I had my a teeth cleaned on Tuesday 8-12-25, Dr. Hawkins staff did a great job cleaning my teeth . I appreciate his staff working so hard to make sure my teeth are cleaned professionally 2 X a year. I am always given great advice and encouragement to continue doing my part in the months in between They strive for excellence at Hawkins dental. At 65 years of age I blessed to have such great dental care. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental experience and service.

Fantastic experience: My family has used Dr Hassinger since about 1993! He is an amazing Dentist! From preparing new dentures for my husband, to pulling every baby tooth of our youngest daughter (due to extremely long roots?), filling cavities & installing crowns; we couldn’t ask for better care. His Dental Hygienist are always superb as well. For the last 8-10 years Melinda has cleaned & brought concerns or issues to Doctors attention for discussion & resolution when necessary. Ladies on the desk are also very nice and helpful. Give them a try! I’m sure you will love them as much as we do.

Fantastic experience: I had a very painful tooth. Dr. Hassinger saw me within 30 minutes of my call even though he was booked up for the day. After xrays and an exam, he said the problem was too advanced and needed an oral surgeon. He immediately called LoneStar Dental Surgery and got me in that same day. He and his staff are amazingly caring people. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care. As expected the oral surgeon Dr Hassinger referred me to was amazing too. Talent recognizes talent!

Fantastic experience: They got me in the same day I called. Dr Hassinger was so very nice & made me feel very comfortable. He was concerned about what could be a problem so he made sure to check that first without going to extreme. When he found the problem wasn’t as had as he thought it might be, he explained exactly what would happen next. The only problem is that they are so busy, it’s going to be a week & a half before i can get it fixed. That’s great for them but not so much for me. They did put me on a call list in case of a cancellation. The entire staff were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Hawkin’s Dental.
