Fantastic experience: Been a regular recurring customer of Dr. Edenfield for years and I have no intentions on going anywhere else. His welcoming staff and him are very professional, laid back and wonderful at: customer service, answering any questions, scheduling or arranging appointments to fit my wife, our children some of whom are special needs and I dental needs. Reasonable priced and give calculations of cost as well as the necessary dental work plan overlay so you can plan ahead. I just had Ms.Katie, she is awesome as expected. 5 Stars isnt high enough.

Positive experience: The only complaint I have is that without fail, I have to wait to be seen. I arrive on time and I see those who arrived after me being called to the back. And I realize we aren't seeing the same dentist or my dentist may have run into unforseen complications with a patient, but it's still frustrating to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to my appointment as to show respect for the doctor's time only to wait another 5 to 15 minutes past appointment time.

My appointment was at 7am, and within a few minutes of the scheduled time, my hygienist met me in the lobby and began her work. She did an amazing job, was extremely pleasant during the appointment, and the end result was FANTASTIC. Dr. Edenfield met with me during the appointment, was friendly, and was casual in his approach which was very appreciated. He provided thorough details on the condition of my teeth, made recommendations, but wasn't a "hard sell" (something I was keen to, especially given the approach of my previous dentist). I'm sold! I made my next appointments, and look forward to the same type of experience in the future.

Fantastic experience: Have you ever laughed during a dentist appointment? I have! It was a simple checkup today, only a cleaning but it was way more than that. I had a thorough visit, conversation with my hygienist before my cleaning began. She listened to what I was sharing with her and she asked me good questions as well. My hygienist Kelly was super!!

Kelley Brown is my Hygienist and what a special individual, she is; so caring and soft spoken. Kelley really works hard to see that my teeth are in tiptop condition before I leave, every visit. I don't feel like a number when I visit this practice and this is why my wife and I have visited these fine folks as often as needed for the last 16 years. They are no doubt some of the best!

She said it would last a few days to a couple weeks and it popped off as soon as I ate three hours later.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only been a patient there for about a year and a half but yesterday one of my fillings came out and part of my tooth broke off. I called the office and they were able to squeeze me in the next afternoon but lo and behold, they had a cancellation early this morning. The staff got me in at 8am. Dr. Peoples and the dental assistant (forgive me I didn’t catch her name but she was amazing) hooked me UP! The filling has been replaced and my tooth fixed! You can’t even tell the tooth was broken. My heart is happy, my stress is relieved and my mouth feels great! Thanks to the WHOLE TEAM! You have made a real difference for this patient! -there aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am.

I need extensive dental work and they work well with my schedule and my budget constraints. My son went in to have a cavity filled.....first time ever.....and said "It didnt even hurt!"
