Fantastic experience: After the wonderful Bart Thompson retired, he directed his patients to Dr. Reem Kidess. We ADORED Dr. Thompson and his staff and were initially hesitant to work with a new group. Well, let me tell you how unbelievably pleased we have been with the personal care from Dr. Kidess and her staff. We have been very happy and very loyal patients. Jessica is soft spoken, kind, and most importantly so knowledgeable with all the nuances of dental insurance. Tracy is efficient, incredibly personable and very detail oriented. Dr. Kidess sets the standards of her practice incredibly high - and all of her staff are top notch! Dr. Kidess has gone above and beyond for me in more than one occasion. She has an uncanny ability to explain everything in layman's terms. She is an empath in the sense she wants her patients to feel as comfortable as possible - will take liberty with numbing and so attentive to patient's that are a little weary in the chair. She has re-arranged her schedule on more than one occasion to fit in a dental emergency. She took an early morning call on a holiday. She got me into the endodontist on a Christmas break. Can you see the pattern here? I can not say enough! For those that have ever had a dental issue - you know what a big deal this is. So appreciate this practice!

Fantastic experience: My dentist and staff did a great recheck on my dentures. I came in in pain and left 2 days later with no problems. I told them about the problems I was having and the dentist did some work on my dentures and put them back in. Part of the soreness was still there. He told me to give it a little time. 2 days later I put my dentures in with no adjusting or problems. Thank Dr. Rhoades and staff for excellent work. I’m chewing to the moon and back!!!!!!

Head and shoulders better experience than previous dental practice. We now recommend her to everyone we know. Importantly, we don’t use dental insurance and find her fees to be very reasonable, paying out of pocket; far more reasonable than the previous practice we used.
