Negative experience: We used to go to this place until they changed dentist. We loved it when Dr Kerr was there. The new dentist Dr. Hooman's provided incorrect diagnosis. This seemed pretty sketchy because all of a sudden there were these major issues of concern. So we went and got a second opinion. Turns out he was just trying to make to scam us with extra procedures. Big red flag. No longer a trustworthy establishment to us.

Fantastic experience: The staff was amazing with our 18 month old and with us as first time parents bringing their child to the dentist. The waiting area is built for kids and keeps them entertained while you wait for your appointment. The dental hygienist did a phenomenal job making the experience fun and engaging for our daughter. She did amazing at her first dentist appointment and the hygienist was a huge contributing factor in that. Meanwhile, they were equally great with us as parents. We had an issue with our insurance and they took the time to walk us through and explain everything. They answered all our questions thoroughly and never rushed us or made us feel like we were asking dumb questions. Overall, this was a great experience for the family and I'm grateful our daughter enjoyed her first experience at the dentist!

Fantastic experience: As a parent, finding a dentist your child actually enjoys is rare but Seuss Pediatrics made it happen! My 2 year old loved their fun, kid friendly office and adorable decorations. Andrew, the office manager, made insurance a breeze and took all the stress away. Tay and Bella were so gentle and sweet, treating my little one with so much care. And Dr. Hooman was incredible patient, kind, and even sang songs that made my son giggle through his visit! We left with big smiles and happy hearts. I’m so grateful we found this office and will definitely keep coming back!

Negative experience: I’ve been a loyal patient at this dental office for nearly six years, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. My daughter’s appointment time was changed without anyone checking with me first, then changed back after I reached out — which felt disorganized and unprofessional. During her x-rays, I was asked to stand behind the lead wall while my daughter wasn’t given a lead vest, which didn’t sit right with me. The cleaning that followed lasted only a few minutes and was done by an assistant rather than a hygienist. When I brought up my concerns, they were dismissed instead of addressed thoughtfully. It truly felt rushed and below the level of care we’ve come to expect over the years. Unfortunately, the office just hasn’t been the same since Dr. Kerr left the practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here since I was six. I am 18 now and just so happy to still come. Every visit has been a joy and I love the staff. They have kept my mouth very healthy and taught me how to care for my teeth and how to brush. I wish I never have to change dentist when the time comes I'll be sad.I appreciate all of their hard work .

Negative experience: terrible experience, front office unprofessional and demeaning!! Doctor took no time to explain and the assistant rushed me and my child out quickly. Definitely not the type of office you want to go to if you want genuine care, these folks only want your money.

My daughter is now 18 and still gets anxious but she loves their personalities and she feels at ease with both of them. They REALLY care about your child. They are especially good with the tiniest ones... I have never heard a single cry and I still sit in the back with my daughter! Yay is a young mom who also has a soft heart and a gentle spirit. This is the best office to trust with your child!! And they have a really cool working train in the waiting area!

Negative experience: What could’ve been a continued relationship built on trust ended in a lack of transparency and poor communication. At first, I said the office was amazing. But looking back, it wasn’t the office it was solely Tay (which i hope is the correct name). Without her, our experience would’ve been very different. She is truly the heart of that office. The rest of the team was just… okay. Nothing bad, just not memorable. Unfortunately, My child was injured under their care, and no one told me or her father—who was present at the appointment. A visible injury to her lip was ignored. It wasn’t mentioned or acknowledged, until after we followed up, asking WHY. Still lacking accountability & explanation. Mommas- Dig deep for your babies & always advocate!! Never settle.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with the dentist. She did 4 extractions at once on my young son and now his bite is incorrect even after his teeth grew. Very disappointing and barbaric. She was very rude and disrespectful when I expressed my concerns of the 4 extractions at once. I would never recommend this business to anyone!

The front desk is amazing as well. Even when we moved we would travel here. I’m glad we moved back and they even made note of it. They remember their patients! When my son was a baby and I had insurance issues with my company. Dr. Kerr and her team worked with me and were the nicest. Can’t stop raving about this dentist! Go here! It’s great!

Positive experience: I will say if I only had my daughter's experience to review they would be getting 5 stars. My daughter is 3 and super cooperative so the visit was very smooth and easy for her. My son was extremely uncomfortable and I didn't want him forced to open his mouth or anything. I was very disappointed they pushed him to do something he wasn't comfortable with, without asking me. He is very fearful of dental treatment and I feel it may have made it worse. This office can also be very noisy which is fine for some kids but not for my son. We found a much smaller office elsewhere that he did wonderful at because it was quiet and they didn't push him past his limits.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kerr and her team have always been attentive and awesome in taking care of our teeth needs. The office is decorated in fun colors, with familiar characters displayed throughout. You also get a token to get a little toy after your teeth cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kerr's pediatric dentistry is amazing! Their hygienists are fun and sociable and take great care of you. There is a lot of entertainment while waiting (the wait time is about 15 minutes). Dr. Kerr is very knowledgeable and nice and talks you through every step.

Negative experience: Just came from the appointment… Front desk lady’s very very unprofessional they not even know what they charge and what doctor it’s doing. Point fingers on other co-worker which been doing the scheduling few days ago. Be very careful if deciding to bring your child to that office. Promoting confusion to be able to do what they want. That plan what they promote it’s a SCAM nobody follows what they offer on that plan. Never again …
