Fantastic experience: I got braces as a teenager in Wisconsin. Now, in my twenties I noticed one of my lower front teeth shifted. I came to Dr. Brigham’s office and received exceptional care! They gave me a plastic retainer to wear full-time and after a few visits my tooth aligned perfectly with the rest of my teeth. They also gave me a lower permanent retainer and a plastic retainer to wear at night and have had no issues whatsoever! I am very satisfied with the results. I met with Dr. Brigham and Dr. Ly and they were so kind and efficient. It was also so fun talking to the assistants they are all so kind, caring, and professional. I would highly recommend having your service done here. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Dr. Brigham for 3 years or so, since my daughter started her expander. She went into Invisalign after that and the experience was very positive. We were able to utilize insurance and the remaining balance they were flexible with and allowed us to split the remaining over whatever amount of months would be comfortable for our income. This was super helpful! My son started soon after my daughter’s account was paid off and he didn’t need an expander- so he went straight into Invisalign. We have been coming every 6 weeks and have always had positive interactions with the staff. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic experience: Hi, I am an adult patient. While my treatment is early (1 month in), it's been a great experience. Nicolette has been very fast at responding and has provided super helpful responses when necessary. Joanna put the buttons and hooks in and did a wonderful job explaining everything in real-time. I appreciate her communication style. The staff has also been great about working with my busy schedule which I've greatly appreciated. Finally, Dr. Brigham so far has been excellent too. Overall, I recommend this place for your ortho treatments, and I'll aim to post a follow up review at the end of the treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brigham is hands down the best orthodontist in Arizona. I went to him almost 40 years ago for braces, I put my kids through braces/Invisalign with him and then my husband did Invisalign too. He is compassionate and extremely competent. He really cares about his patients. I also highly recommend Dr. Ly, she is awesome and so personable. All of their staff are very skilled and know what they are doing.

Fantastic experience: This review is like a year overdue (I know, Jo.) But, Dr. Brigham is a fantastic orthodontist and such a personable man. He is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Ive never felt more comfortable having dental work done than with him. Dr. Lee is 10/10. Fixes and cleans your nasty teeth so effortlessly and makes it such an easy process. Super personable and easy to chat with. Jo and Nicolette (sorry to the other girls but somehow I’ve always had these two) are some of the most thoughtful and knowledge team members Dr. Brigham has on staff. Fantastic experience: I see Dr. Lee here for my general dentistry but Dr. Brigham sees me each time to check my bite. The whole office is friendly and professional. Dr. Brigham has been my boyfriend's orthodontist and has been the best I've seen, very thorough and understanding to my boyfriend's situation. Fantastic experience: I had a crazy case of cricked teeth that required 6 years of braces, palette expanders, composite resin, etc. I he took my case and made my teeth look beautiful. The first orthodontist I went to had no idea what to do with me, but Brigham did and made a game plan almost instantly. This was a few years ago now but I felt I needed to write this review because I always get compliments on my smile now :)

Negative experience: Used to be great, but I suffer major TMJ. Brigham knew I grind my teeth every night, yet made me a thin Invisalign retainer. I chewed through that right away, and he said it would cost $700 to make a new one. Who has $700 to spend all the time, after paying so much money on Invisalign? He should have created a more sturdy option after knowing my sleep grinding problems (My current TMJ doc made me a very thick device). I feel he’s just too busy to really have focused on my actual issues. I informed his assistants of how there is no way I can afford a new retainer, because I grind my teeth, I’ll just chew through the new one right away. They said that is their only option for me, other than starting a $7k Invisalign treatment all over again, since my teeth will move without the retainer. I let them know I’m very unhappy. Their response was, “Doesn’t matter, we have plenty of 5 star reviews.” (Humble yourselves) Anyway, when I was a fresh client, I felt very taken care of, but after a while, I felt like cattle. There were just too many people to help for them to care about me as their patient, or even as a person anymore. I see another specialist, even after years of treatment with Brigham, but at least they made me a device with thick material, so it takes a long time for me to chew through it.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brigham and his staff are phenomenal. This place has the most amazing positive energy and Dr. Brigham is so generous with 0% financing and making options so accessible to families. We had a negative experience with the polar bear ortho and I was waiting to find our place. THIS IS OUR PLACE!!! Come check them out, you will not regret it!

Fantastic experience: I recently got my teeth cleaned and whitening. Everything done by Dr. Ly ~ who was fantastic. She had great bedside manners and made me (a new patient) felt so comfortable. Most importantly, I now have clean, shiny, sparkling teeth.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brigham is amazing - I didn’t think Invisalign was an option for me but not only have I been able to but it’s also been way faster and extremely well done. I talk to other people about Invisalign and their experience with it is much slower, less personalized and financing it requires minimum payments and interest (which Dr. Brigham’s office doesn’t require)! Dr. B and his staff are extremely friendly and professional. I have no anxiety when I go here and I’m so grateful for what’s been possible here after all that my teeth have been through and not being able to take care of it all in childhood!

Fantastic experience: Dr Brigham is smart, caring, genuine and just so amazing. I received Invisalign treatment at the Scottsdale office and I live out of state. Even though I live out of state the process was so easy and my teeth look so perfect. Everyone in the office is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I always looked forward to my appointments because everyone made me feel so comfortable, they make you feel like they are part of your family. Dr Ly is incredible as well. My Invisalign treatment is finished but I still go back to Dr. Ly for other dental care because she is so smart, caring and genuine as well. Fantastic experience: Dr. Brigham and the whole staff are just amazing! I have discovered orthodontics later in life and had some anxiety about the whole process. I couldn’t have come to a better place. Dr. Brigham is completely authentic and genuine in his care and concern for you and is diligent in ensuring you get the best possible outcome. The office is always busy (good sign) but is ran so efficiently you hardly notice. Dr. Lee is incredibly kind and puts you at ease right away. I wish I knew the names of the rest of the staff but please pass on my thanks- they make it easy and always have a word of encouragement or fun story to make the appointments pleasant. Most importantly they are awesome at what they do! I’m not finished with my treatment yet but I already see such a positive improvement and I’m so glad I chose this office!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Brigham since I was an infant and I have never had a better experience than this place. From any age I have felt welcomed and safe, especially when seeing an orthodontist so young seems to be scary at first. I had to basically restructure all of my teeth so the process was a lot for a young child. The staff of this office made this as painless and worthwhile as possible and Im so grateful for this practice! Highly recommend!

The whole experience has been comfortable and easy and I would totally recommend going to him for even the smallest tweaks you want done to your teeth. Fantastic experience: I never had braces as a kid and definitely did not want them as an adult. I came to Brigham Orthodontics because my entire family has had treatment with them and I knew he was a top Invisalign provider. When he told me I was able to have Invisalign I was so excited! I have been able to switch my aligners every 4 days because of Propel. Dr Brigham and his staff are extremely professional and always make me feel comfortable-Jo is my favorite assistant of them all. I also see Dr. Ly in the same office for all my dental needs. There is no other ortho/dental office in the world that will make you feel as welcome as they do.

Fantastic experience: When on vacation in Scottsdale, our 13 year-old son had a bracket come off his back tooth, leaving a wire exposed. We called the closest orthodontist we could find in a Google search - Brigham Orthodontics. We called and explained our "emergency" to the staff. Despite the fact that they were just about to close, they told us to come in an they would help us. We called for an Uber ride, and 30 minutes later we arrived. The staff greeted us at door with a smile and were ready to see our son. 10 minutes later, the exposed protruding wire was cut with instructions on how to not make it worse until we got home and could see our Orthodontist. They even gave him a few packs of Wax which he left at home. Honestly, the ENTIRE STAFF who was present could not have been any nicer. They understood our predicament and made a complicated situation much easier for us. When we went to pay for the time and services rendered, they would not take anything from us. We tried again, and they again refused! So, we are writing a review of our experience in case anyone out there is trying to look for a new orthodontist, perhaps this will give you insight to the type of people you will encounter at Brigham Orthodontics. Thank you so much for helping us on our vacation, Brigham Orthodontic Staff.

Fantastic experience: Dr Brigham and his staff have been very helpful and kind throughout the braces process for my son. He’s been coming here for about 5 months. Everyone is very kind and explains everything they are doing. They have always been able to get us in ASAP of my son feels any poking from the wires. I really liked the fact that they get very detailed X-rays (special ones) at the beginning and end (when we get there). Much different than when I was a kid!

Fantastic experience: We started with Dr. Brigham 13 years ago. He took amazing care of our daughter with her need for braces! He was very encouraging of her and her youth theatre life, and helped her achieve her star studded smile! He and his whole staff were so fantastic that when it was time for me to finally cave and take care of a baby tooth I still had, and I needed to do Invisalign to work thru the process of bringing down the permanent tooth, there's NO ONE else I would have ever even considered going to! Fantastic experience: Our family has been coming to Dr Brigham for 15 years. My brother had his braces first and because our experience was so great my sister was next. After a potentially facial disfiguring accident and several surgeries my brother needed braces again. Although this could have posed as a huge challenge, Dr Brigham restored his smile to its previous perfection. Both of their smiles were gorgeous and their teeth have not budged so when it was time for my own children to get braces there was no question who I would take them to. I drive from Peoria to Scottsdale with no hesitation because I know that their attention to detail, dental craftsmanship, and professionalism goes unmatched. Fantastic experience: I normally don’t write too many reviews but I have to say Dr. Brigham and his staff are the best. My daughter has been going to see him for this past year. She needed to have an appliance and braces put on. The experience so far has been top notch. Dr. Brigham is very knowledgeable and his staff is constantly on top of any issues that may arise. Dr. Brigham even gave us his cell number for emergencies. We did have one issue that came up that we had a question about. It was a weekend when I texted him and he responded almost immediately. Fantastic experience: I decided to start on my invisalign journey a few months ago and I was nervous because tge last time that I had tried it was way pricey and the doctor that I had tried to go to just wasn't very inviting! It was also a time period where we weren't sure about COVID still but I walked in to the office and not only did I feel safe I also felt like they were just a family which I love! Dr. Brigham is so nice and funny! I've loved being able to meet everyone in the office and just how flexible they are with appointments, I am able to come in as early as 8am and they also sometimes have Saturday appointments which is super convenient with the fact that I work 9-6 Monday-Friday. I would definitely suggest you come to Brigham for any orthodontic needs!

They showed her what she needs to do at home in detail. Now she is doing everything by herself and is showing great progress! Fantastic experience: After a lot of research on orthodontists and Invisalign I decided to start treatment with Dr. Brigham. I am 7 weeks into my treatment and it has been the best decision I’ve ever made. The staff is so friendly and personal and Dr Brigham goes out of his way to make sure I am doing good with my treatment plan. He recommended Propel with Invisalign and I am now changing out my trays every 4-6 days! My teeth are moving so quickly! If your searching for ortho, call and give them a try.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Brigham Orthodontics. I had a bad experience with braces with another provider as an adult about five years ago that really set off my TMJ. I really wanted to straighten my teeth but was so afraid of going through all of the jaw pain again. I went for a consult with Dr. Brigham five months ago and have been in Invisalign for the past five months and my smile is back to perfect. Everybody in his office is incredibly friendly and passionate about what they do. Dr. Brigham is a perfectionist and makes sure that everything is just right. He remembered that I was moving and I needed to be on an expedited schedule and he still had my teeth looking great on the accelerated timeline. Dr. Ly is also a pleasure to work with. I'm so sad that I'm moving and won't be able to keep coming to Brigham Orthodontics for all of my smile needs. The staff really does treat everybody like family.

Fantastic experience: It's a bit interesting how my family "found" Dr. Brigham's office. My husband's work moved us from the Midwest to Arizona. My sister, who lives in the Midwest, had a co-worker whose extended family was from Arizona. Through 3 degrees of separation, we were given Dr. Brigham's name and a glowing recommendation. My oldest was in braces already, so we needed to find an orthodontist asap after the move. Dr. Brigham and his staff were amazing, even going so far as submitting 3 letters to our dental insurer, so that our oldest could have continuing orthodontic coverage for treatment already in progress. I was so impressed with the office, that I started treatment for my other 2 younger children, as well as adult treatment for myself to address some shifting issues with my smile. You will immediately feel comfortable and treated well at either location. Although extremely technically proficient, I think of Dr. Brigham as more of an artist. He's a perfectionist, and his patients' results definitely show that!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr.Brigham for about 10 years now, I had a case that other orthodontists told me they weren’t comfortable trying to adjust my teeth or that I had wear head gear in order to get the smile I wanted. But I went to Dr.Brigham because he was the ortho my friends went to (the friends with great teeth) and he told me he could get my teeth to be perfect with the use of Invisalign’s and propel, which other orthos weren’t even offering yet. My teeth were almost perfect within 4/5 years which is significantly better than the 7 I was told by others. I say 10 years now, because if my retainer comes loose, I decide I want a tooth to be slightly different or even just the general health of my smile, I can call and they get me in and Dr. Brigham (Gary) is always there to talk with me and see what my options are and he and his staff go above and beyond what they have to, just because they want to. I’ve had family members call Dr.Brigham for second opinions since they’re out of state, and he always answers their questions. 12/10 would recommend, even just for a consult!
