Fantastic experience: I've been going to Planet Dental on zapata hwy for years, and my experience is always excellent. Front dest and assistants are always friendly and professional. The office is clean, comfortable and always has amenities for the kids like coloring, have a movie playing or the playground. Dentist always makes check ups or treatments easy.

Positive experience: After my wisdom tooth extraction experience here for the first time i recommend for future people to ask dental planet for antibiotics for infection just incase a rare case like mine happens in the future. Eventhough the infection i got was caused by a Wisdom tooth extraction + a trip to the ER , The dentist was really patient and helpful! but mostly he was really patient with my situation after everything that happened i do recommend this place a place where " they went the extra mile to help me " .. ~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~ - Credit goes to both Manager and Dentist in helping my problem be solved.

He made sure they felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. The work was done efficiently and without any issues. I couldn’t have asked for a better dental experience for my kids. Negative experience: The staff deserves a 5 star but not the unprofessional “doctor!”! I went for a procedure and this “doctor” named Jojo I think he was mad or something because the whole time he was really unprofessional. He should leave his problems at home and not bring them to his job!!

Negative experience: While the staff was very friendly and helpful, I can’t say much for the dentist. I went in for an cleaning appointment the last week of December, 2024 and not only did I had to wait for a LONG time, the dentist came in took about one minute with my cleaning, the shortest cleaning I’ve ever had. Almost as if he was in a rush. During the exam he mentioned I had about 15 cavities, and of course the bill would be over $1K. I was a little confused as to why. As I always have a history of good oral hygiene. I went over to two other different dentists and they both confirmed I had NO CAVITIES and my teeth were in good health. So I have no idea where that came from, perhaps just wanting to get money out of my insurance. Regardless I did not like that experience!
