Fantastic experience: I was most comfortable with Adriana, my dental hygienist today. I usually get very nervous and my BP is high when I get to a dentist’s office; she was very cordial and amiable. I liked how she taught me how to brush properly, how she attended to me, asking every few minutes if I was doing ok, something no one had ever done. Thank you for a relaxed environment especially the music which I so much enjoyed.

Negative experience: I arrived without pain and I left with severe pain for 3 weeks! They never gave me anything for pain except to take over the counter medicine. It's horrible! Don't go here. You will be begging for pain med and you won't get any.

Negative experience: The staff is lovely and welcoming, aside from the man that attends the front desk, I felt there was some judgement and micro aggressions from him towards my appearance resulting from the accident that brought me to this dentistry in the first place and it makes my visits very difficult to sit through.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place. Very prompt in service and completion of work. In one day my mother’s repair was done for her upper denture that broke after sustaining a bad fall. I will highly recommend this place to any one in need of denture care. She’s too shy I can’t post her photo. As soon as I took her repaired denture to her she places it on and was very satisfied. Thank you so much greatly appreciate your work done in a timely manner. My mom will have a Happy Birthday despite of her recovering in hospital thank you Allen and Lab technician.

Negative experience: Waste of 2 hours. Before making appointment I Called and asked if they removed molars as that was the problem on my 74 year old disabled relative. They said yes and scheduled appointment. After getting there and 2 hours of waiting and getting tests done and redone since they were not don’t properly the first time. The female dentist walked in without even presenting herself to my elderly aunt or myself and stated she wanted to do a deep clean and a root canal my relative declined as she only wanted her molar removed which is what I stated prior to making appointment. I was let know by the female dentist that they do not do that turned to the assistant and stated to just give them a referral and walked out !! She was very rude and left the room without explaining why !! It so hard to move my disabled relative to and from appointments as she can’t walk and is in a wheelchair. Very unprofessional of the dentist. Staff was friendly and helpful

Negative experience: The waits are long, my appointment was scheduled for 4 and I was admitted at 4:45 even after showing up 40 minutes beforehand. The dentists and hygienists are fairly nice, but the man at the front desk was rude in escorting me out of the room. Not knowing that they were closing soon and they needed to clean, I tried to close the door to the room where I had my teeth cleaned and the front receptionist told me to leave it open. So as im opening the door, he tells me “no leave it like that it’s fine we need to go” and puts his hand on my shoulder trying to force me to leave in a rush? We then proceed to rush out into the waiting area.Not a very good experience, and the management seriously needs to consider who they’re hiring considering that this isn’t the receptionist’s first negative review.
