Negative experience: If you have more complex dental needs go elsewhere. The dentist was presumptuous, passive aggressive and ill prepared. The numbing wore off and he was unable to remove the tooth completely.

Negative experience: The fact that Menta Dentistry hired a crook is telling. Dr. Gilberto Castillo in my opinion does not care about patients. Castillo advertised himself as a surgeon. He was alright as far as cleaning but he is definitely not a surgeon as far as I’m concerned. My experience with him at his office 2 years ago is still horrible to remember. When I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed he had to have someone there to do it for him and I received NO SEDATION. A dental surgeon removes molars/teeth himself but Dr. Castillo did not, which leads me to believe he is NOT A DENTAL SURGEON. If he is a real surgeon it’s a shame he let someone else do it. I can’t understand why let someone go through that? He brought another man in to extract my molars that day. The man extracting my teeth put a whole bunch of anesthesia (shots) in my mouth and if I felt some pain he would just inject my mouth some more. It was HORRIBLE and traumatizing! Let’s not even mention that I got charged more than 1000 dollars for this. Talk about not even caring for a patient just wanting money. They provided me with no phone number after extracting my Wisdom teeth (Friday). Therefore the whole weekend was torture due to me getting a dry socket and not knowing where to run or who could help me. I ended up going to clinics open in the weekend paying to be seen for pain medication. I found Dr. Britton who is a real surgeon and he gave me an appointment first thing Monday morning. He checked me and prescribed me medication. I would not recommend this dentist.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service, so expensive and left cuts and bleeding on the top of my daughter’s mouth, lady was always in a rush and had no patience with my daughter and that’s how she got cut never coming back! And don’t recommend at all!

Negative experience: We were sent to this place by planet dental for my daughters last visit to remove her braces I was told and became a bad memory for my daughter.they took my daughter to remove her braces and came out crying cause they want to take an after picture and Xray of her mouth that I was never told about cause I would of refused til another day cause my daughter has piercings on her face that without my consent made her go through some unnecessary pain. There ruthless and uncaring about there patient and just worried about their after xray which they should of said something to the parent!

Negative experience: Disappointing experience for elderly people. My grandmother recently had a dental appointment at this office, and unfortunately, her experience was far from satisfactory. Despite her difficulty walking and lack of transportation, she arrived for her appointment only to be informed that she needed to pay half of the treatment cost upfront, a detail that was not communicated beforehand. Despite explaining her situation and requesting alternatives like having the bill sent home for immediate payment, the staff refused to accommodate her, insisting she go back home to retrieve the money. This lack of consideration for elderly patients' mobility issues and communication about payment requirements is deeply disappointing. I encourage the office to improve their procedures and communication to provide a more compassionate and accommodating experience for all patients. However, the Dr is very professional and kind. Thank you for doing a great job.

Negative experience: Worst attitude and personally I would not recommends here, I went to have 1 tooth pulled but they want to pull 3 then they rejected me even when I was paying cash so I left. That same day I went to PLANET DENTAL and they pulled my 1 tooth with no problems or issue I payed them cash and left happy no more pain
