Prophylaxis was very comfortable and thorough in a clean environment and adequate X-rays. Exam by doctor was very personable, professional and addressed all my questions. Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dental office I’ve ever visited. Having moved across different states before settling in Laredo a few years ago, I found Dr. Davenport through Google Maps and scheduled my appointments for cleanings and treatment. I’m so glad I did! Dr. Davenport and his wife are both incredibly kind and professional, and my hygienists are always super nice as well. The administrative staff who sit in the open front office are especially sweet and always ready to help. Ever since we moved to Laredo, my whole family has been coming here, and we couldn’t be happier.

I have the worse anxiety when it comes to dentist and they’re patience and kindness helped me get through my appointments plus changed my mind on going back. His support staff are excellent health care professionals and offer great customer service. Never had any issues. Been a patient since 2019 and I'll never go with another dentist.

My dental hygienist Miguel was so kind patient and educated me on my teeth and next steps! Matt Davenport was so nice and very intelligent! I love this place and actually excited to come to the dentist now!

Fantastic experience: I am overwhelmingly impressed with Davenport Dental. I was very anxious pulling into the parking lot, but I was immediately greeted with a smile and put at ease with the warm, welcoming, professional demeanor of the staff. Everybody from Anahi, Norma, Dr. Matt, the hygienist etc. provided me with such a high level of care, compassion, understanding and reassurance. I have found my place for dental work, and they have my highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time going here, and i can honestly say everyone was so great. The whole staff is very nice and they explain everything in detail before they start to work on you. The dental assistant anahi was very helpful with me, she helped me feel calm and comfortable. The dentist was SUPER patient as well and made you feel as safe as possible, she even made space for me that same day for an emergency wisdom tooth procedure. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. 10/10 wonderful service.

Positive experience: I’m very happy with Dr Matt at Davenport Dental. His work is very good and I’ve never had any problems or issues with his work. However I was there yesterday for a filling that broke off. Dr Matt said I would get a crown the following Monday which was the earliest appointment available. He ordered the dental assistant to put a temporary filling which she did but it fell off the minute I sat up so she replaced it but fell off when I was checking out. The assistant came and told me to come back at 2:00 to try and re-do the filling. It was barely 12:15. My question is why not finish the work right then and there? I live in the Mines Rd area so it was kind of inconvenient to leave and come back at 2:00. I had no choice but to come back then. Dr Matt did the temporary filling which is still on thankfully. I Will be back on Monday 6/30 so Dr Matt can work on the crown.

Negative experience: In the business of wasting people's time and insurance benefits. Won't complete a routine cleaning during a routine appointment, will instead quote you for a deeper clean, not 100% covered by insurance like a routine clean. Something we confirmed wasn't needed after getting a second opinion elsewhere. After specifically telling Julie I was no longer interested in scheduling services, she tried to schedule them with my spouse. Terrible business practices.

Fantastic experience: I had not had a cleaning in years so I was intimated in going and when I went, it was so welcoming and kind. Trisha tended to me and she was a 10/10! She was very thorough throughout the whole consultation and cleaning, she would answer any little question I had and would even show me what she was referring to on the screen so I could better understand! Overall, best experience I’ve had with a dental office and would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Davenport Dental was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. I had a broken crown that my usual dentist office wouldn’t address permanently (this was the third break) nor as promptly as I needed them to. Davenport examined me the following day (Friday) and then scheduled the procedure for Monday. Went in on Monday and walked out with a new porcelain crown installed. Very professional staff. Everyone was nice. They communicated with me very well. Dentist was very skilled. The technology they use is top notch. Needless to say I’m making Davenport Dental my new home dental office.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has had anxiety going to the dentist, I was fearful on going but after going and meeting the staff and the dentist they were informative, funny and provided a calm experience. Being 5 months pregnant I was nervous about having a root canal but they made me feel at ease.
