Fantastic experience: The facility itself is clean to include the restroom. The front desk associate was kind, professional, and immediately acknowledged my presence upon arrival. Each staff member that I encountered practice amazing customer service. The doctor took his time to evaluate me properly. Highly recommend as you are not just a number towards their patients count.

I highly recommend this office to take care of your child’s needs. The prices are also very competitive. When I was a child my parents brought me here and now I’ve taken my daughters here. Hopefully, they’re still in business when my grandkids are around ‍.

They are genuinely considerate and work with you. They are compassionate and understanding. Vanessa, the office manager, is very nice and engaging as well as Griselda and Miguel! Happy staff = Happy patients! Additionally, I want to mention how convenient the extended hours have been for me. Having the flexibility to schedule appointments during times that work best for me & my family has made a significant difference in my overall experience. It is evident that they prioritize patient convenience and satisfaction. They even provide an on-call cell number should any questions/concerns arise outside office hours!

From the minute you walk in, you are greeted by Meriel. I enjoyed how they took their safety precautions with this whole pandemic but even before, everything was always super clean. My teeth look and feel amazing!! Of course, this wouldn’t have been possible without Dr. Hernandez who did a fantastic job fixing my teeth and the friendly staff. Every staff member that worked there always made conversation which made me feel comfortable. Miguel especially has been there through the whole process, he’s very informative with everything and will make a couple jokes here and there. I looked forward to every appointment I had because every session was always something different which was exciting. If you are looking for an orthodontist place, make sure you choose Advanced Orthodontics at Laredo, you won’t be disappointed!
