Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at Aspen Dental! From the second I walked in, everyone was so warm and welcoming. They put me at ease and answered all my questions without rushing me.The dentist and assistants were very kind and thorough, breaking everything down so it was actually easy to understand. Plus, the office was clean and organized. The whole visit went way smoother than I expected.If you get nervous about the dentist (like me!), you need to come here. They made a stressful trip a total breeze, and I left feeling really taken care of. 100% recommend!

Negative experience: I went there to get my front tooth filled because the filling fell out, they not only DID NOT fill it but wanted me to pay 10,000.00 for work that I didn't want at that time. And just tried to pressure me. I DON'T RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE GO THERE.

Negative experience: Very disorganized, doctor didn’t want to deal with patient and help with a solution for issues that would take literally 5 minutes. Wanted to charge me $70 dollars to buff a splintered tooth. Highway Robbery!!!!!!

Negative experience: I was there for 2 and a half hours they didn't even clean my teeth nor did they do anything that needed to be done didn't even give me anything for the pain that I have had for over the last week I will not be going back here and I do not recommend them!!

Negative experience: Had dentures made uppers and lowers in jan 2026 still having adjustments on lower denture in march they make my lower jaw pushed out and fall out several times a day..using a. Half a tube of pollygrip a day and my pronouncitions is still not right 3 months later?

Fantastic experience: We left our first appointment feeling and were so happy we went in . We were worried about how much it would cost with no insurance. Well with Jennifer’s help we are now able to get my husband teeth completely healthy. I would encourage someone with no insurance to go in . Also the first appt was $29 . I wish we would have went sooner. Everyone was amazing !!

Negative experience: I’m writing this review to warn others of the predatory practices of aspen dental and DR. Wang, They charged me 2,700 to do one cleaning and two fillings, x-rays and an exam. I feel like that is a steep price. Ever since getting the filling my tooth has been hurting, every time I tried to call I could never talk to a real person, so I decided to stop in today since I was in pain and I wanted them to take a look at it. They wanted to charge me $127 to look at a filling that they did that is failing. I had it done in June, a filling should not fail in that short of a time span. The receptionists were rude, no one wants to take accountability, I feel if someone does a bad job and a patient is in pain they should right their mistakes free of charge. I would not recommend this place to anyone, they lure and exploit the poor.

Fantastic experience: First things first, I would give way more than five stars if I could but It all started with a broken tooth that was causing severe pain. My old dentist was not available but Aspen Dental was and I could get a same day appointment. From the moment I walked into Aspen Dental I was greeted with kindness and genuine concern. Usually your first visit is your consultation and your x-rays but this group went Way Beyond what they normally do. They went ahead and did a full work up to allow me to keep my original teeth and to be able to afford it with their dental plan and my insurance. They also went ahead scanned my teeth for the 3D scan and Sarah stayed 2 hours extra to do a deep clean and set me up to have my tooth extracted the next day. I came in and they got me all worked up numbed tooth extracted and I have all my appointments set up for the same month to be able to have a series of procedures done. I would like to send a special thanks to these AMAZING LADIES...... Dr Wang, Cat, Angie, Sarah, Jennifer, Tiaral, Dirlynn, Kayla and Jerrika

Positive experience: This is the 2nd time I've had Aspen make my dentures. My 1st experience was really bad- this was at the Aspen down Airport by 65- now the experience I had at this Aspen - shillinger rd- was so so so much better. The tech knew what they were doing this time. Am I still having a lil problem with the lowers, but seems that is always a problem. Overall the bottom plate looks great. It does also fit better then the old 1. I'm quite happy this go around. I will b having them do my upper plate when it comes time. Tk u to all the fine folks that helped give me this smile

Negative experience: The worst experience I ever had in my entire life! They seem and act sweet but only care about getting money out of people! They be trying sell you toothbrush and fake cancer exams just to get money out of people! and on top of that they are slow with all the stuff they have running up and down!!! Tell me why I was in the room sleeping waiting for service when you have all this stuff members running up and down wasting energy and time??? If you want good service and efficiency and not wasted time don’t go here! I swear I don’t know even write reviews but I had to let others know and save them disappointment!

Negative experience: Went a couple weeks ago. They tried to add things to my bill that I never agreed to. Was told a followup appointment was already paid for, so I scheduled it. Then they told me it would $160 PLUS I owed a balance from the last time that they never told me about while I was there? Called in to discuss what the charge was and the receptionist was argumentative and hung up. 0/10 do not reccommend. No matter how affordable you think it will be, they will try to pull one over on you.

Negative experience: I called this location several times about a bill was told everytime someone would call back never received one phone call I had to call everytime! It was about a $1156 dollar bill that a third party billing made the mistake, but they assured me someone was going to call me back never did so I called back today and got attitude about me calling! Anyway they finally waived the bill but never apologized for anything! The only person there I like is the dentist she had pulled a tooth previously! I needed more work done but they did not even care! I had told the person previously I needed another tooth pulled but the person I talked today didn’t care wanted off the phone asap! Office staff don’t care! The dentist will lose patients because of the office staff! I would recommend the dentist but not the office staff! The need training in customer service!

Fantastic experience: First time visiting. The space is very beautiful. They have technology I’ve never seen at my previous dental office. Check in was fast filled out my questions as I went to the back with Brittany. She was very friendly and professional! Heading to finalize payment and insurance I was accompanied by Tiara Jenkins she is literally the best! She made me feel at home and so comfortable as if we met before. I love this place already I’m telling my whole family they need to come here and I’m not exaggerating!
