Fantastic experience: As soon as I walked in I was greeted. Lynn was the one that took me to the exam room. Very pleasant conversation with a smile. She got my information, took a xray and after that I met Dr. Palmer who was sooo sweet with a kind, pleasant demeanour. I will be keeping her for my dentist.

Negative experience: I have been a patient with Elizabeth Palmer for many years, consider myself a great patient! This office has declined since it changed names. (Southern Roots). I called on a Thursday at 12:30 with a front cap that had come off, asked if there was anyway I could come in to have it glued back on, was told NO, I explained that I had an event that I had to go to on Saturday and really needed help, I asked Ashley if she would please ask Dr Palmer and she said no we are booked! I asked if she could suggest something I could go buy to get me through the weekend and she say No she didn’t know of anything! I found a new dentist! I also noticed the dead plant on the table in the lobby!

Negative experience: I want to start off by saying I was a regular patient of hers for years, but my last experience with them left me shocked, upset , disappointed and just angry afterwards. After I had a filling done I developed the mother of Abbesses and she would not see me. I had literally not been able to wear my retainer because it felt like my teeth would pop. If my teeth even touched it hurt enough for me to want to cry. I was assured when I had started as a patient that there would always be someone who would see me, as there is someone on call even on weekends. When I asked about who was on call (even though it was not end of day) I was informed that she was in fact the one on call. She still did not see me. This went on for about for several days before I called her again. They told me they wouldn’t do anything. I finally out of desperation called my endodontist, they had me send them a picture and told me I needed to come immediately. It had gotten so huge and they they were as shocked as I was at how I was treated. I’ve never had an abscess before and I hope I never do, but if it happens I would never want to to be treated like this again.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is professional, friendly. They work with each patient to schedule them a time that works best for the patient and the office. Dr Palmer Hill is very knowledgeable, understanding, and she explains every process of each procedure. In my opinion, my Maxofacial doc couldn't have made a better choice of referral for me.

Negative experience: I have been a client of this dentist for several years - I was very dissatisfied with one of the crowns that was replaced - my front tooth -does not match the others - obviously a different color than all the other front crowns in my mouth! Also - before leaving this office - after treatment - never got to see this tooth in my mouth with a mirror before leaving- so I wasn’t aware of such a color difference until returning home! Neighbors & family noticed I had a new grey front tooth in my mouth & asked “What happened to your front tooth”?

Negative experience: Do not go there! I was a customer of nearly 15 years and fired this dentist. Rude staff who think you work for them. Rude receptionist calls your phone and tries to order you in to changing your appointment time. This place used to be nice, now it is just a bunch of rude people.

Fantastic experience: My partner got a toothache on our Thanksgiving vacation. Dr. Palmer Hill was super busy, but was able to get him in due to a cancellation. She was professional, warm, and nonjudgemental about him not having seen a dentist in a few years due to poor past experiences. Thank you, doctor, for hopefully the first of many good experiences for him!

Negative experience: 4 pm appt ...dentist cancelled my appt on my way to the appt @ 3:45pm...who does that? probably stop any procedure halfway through it! #runtheotherway

Fantastic experience: I needed to find a new dentist recently due to an insurance change. I chose Dr Palmer because her office is close to my house. I'm so glad I found her! The entire office is so friendly and they also offer early/late appointments, very convenient!

She has helped me improve the health of my gums and teeth and overcome some threats to potential teeth loss. She is kind, professional, and has a lovely sense of humor. My hygienist is excellent. She is personable and does a wonderful job. I can give them both my highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate that they were on time and took me right in to examine and clean my teeth. Also, they give away a goody bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss. Great dentist office and staff. Recently Dr. Palmer made a crown for one of my molars. I was there less than two hours and my crown was finished in one visit! In addition, last week I had some cosmetic work done. I was comfortable, and Dr. Palmer and her assistant were fast and professional. I am very pleased with the results! Recently I had some sensitivity with a tooth. They got me In less than a week and took an X-ray to check it out. I appreciate them seeing me.

My hygienist Laura was awesome; it was the most fun I’ve ever had at the dentist - no joke! Negative experience: Apparently they can't submit claims correctly which causes a big mess with insurance and you end up with more charges than what they quoted you. Also disrespectful of patient's time, I shouldn't have to wait for 15-20 minutes past my appointment time because they are running behind. Time to look for another dentist.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved back to Mobile and desperately needed a new dentist. My sister recommended Ms. palmers office to me, I can’t thank her enough for it. The past few years I’ve had some pretty negative experiences with a dentist in Pensacola. Ms. Palmer plus her staff are kind and patient, I’m so glad they were recommended to me. They even had a very cozy area where my insurance/ coverage was gone over with me, I was able to understand how and what would be covered. It was only my first visit but I would recommend this office to anyone looking or interested in a dentist. 10/10 in my book<3

One of the reasons I go to Dr. Elizabeth Palmer-Hill’s office is not just because of the great staff members but I just love how they work around my busy schedule, I work in Pascagoula, so it’s great that they work with me and give me early appointments at my request. If you don’t have a Dentist or you are looking for one, I believe you need to give Dr. Palmer-Hills dentist practice a try.

Fantastic experience: Looking for an honest, reputable dentist? I recommend Dr. Palmer-Hill in Mobile, AL. I've been a patient for years and years. The whole staff is professional, courteous and they always explain everything about a procedure before it's done. When you have an appointment, you can rest assured that you will be taken in at that time. If you have insurance, they go to bat for you with the insurance company. However, now Dr. Palmer-Hill is offering her own "in-house" insurance, so I will definitely be cancelling the other company!

Dr. Palmer-Hill and her staff assured me that everything would be ok and they were ABSOLUTELY correct. I felt no pain at all. I didn’t even know that the tooth was out until she told me. Fantastic experience: I have terrible dental anxiety (panic attacks thinking of going) and I had such a positive experience. Lindsay and Dr. Palmer- Hill were so nice and professional and didn’t make me feel bad about not going to the dentist in too long. I was able to get through the cleaning without any gas, and overall it was a great experience. I spent so much time looking at reviews online and I’m glad I came here- it is an office full of women and that made me very comfortable as well.

Negative experience: I declined a procedure I see as unnecessary and they declined me as a patient. Being flexible to the patients choice of care should be an option. Patients shouldn’t be turned away because they are uncomfortable with 1 procedure and make the choice for their health to decline it.

Fantastic experience: Exceeded my expectations. Excellent work on my new crowns which are made in office at each visit. From gum care to fitting, all is handled professionally. Your care is a priority to everyone from Meagan at the front to Lori cleaning teeth to Dr. Palmer and her assistants. It is all as comfortable as can be at the Dentist. I'm a Disabled Marine Veteran and they accommodate my service dog and me with ease. Highly Recommend.

I thought the dentist Dr. Elizabeth was the most relaxed dentist Ive ever seen working on my teeth. She's very sweet and friendly. This second appointment was actually a stand-in because Mrs. Elizabeth had an injury. His name was Joe. He did a great job as well. I scheduled my cleaning. I have no complaints.
