Fantastic experience: I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly “Hello, glad you’re here today, Ms. Bradley” when I arrived at Midtown Dental Studio of Mobile. I had a seat and waited to be called back by the hygienist. The hygienist explained everything in detail and reassured me that everything looked okay after taking my X-rays. The cleaning went very well, and I also received a fluoride treatment. The dentist came in afterward and said everything looks good. He explained that we just need to take care of a few more things before I receive my partials. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I will definitely recommend my family and friends to Midtown Dental Studio of Mobile for all of their dental needs.

Fantastic experience: They are my heroes!!! A week before Christmas the front tooth on my partial just broke off. I was without a front tooth. I have to meet and greet people of the community for my job. That wasn't even the worst of it. In four days I was leaving for Arkansas to meet my boyfriend's family for the VERY FIRST TIME!! Dr. Lucas and Kaci (I hope I spelled her name right) worked diligently and came up with a temporary fix until I get back from trip. This is absolutely HUGE!!!! Thanks Again guys for being so great!!!!1

Negative experience: The most roughest place I ever been. Ashely was very rough! Cut my damn gums and the dentist don’t help you with NUN! Will never be back

My hygienist, Heather, has been cleaning my teeth since my first visit and now cares for my son. She is patient and gentle when cleaning. She is wonderful!

Negative experience: I had a lot of dental work done at this office, and almost all of it had to be redone over the course of just one year. Most upsetting of all, two crowns (so far) were placed with the wrong size, one needed to be redone, the other had too much space -became infected and caused me to lose the entire tooth a year later. I was told by a specialist that the tooth could have been saved if the crown had been done correctly. It’s incredibly frustrating to know this was avoidable. Truly unprofessional work—I would not recommend this office to anyone.
