Fantastic experience: As someone who has a history of bad dentist visits, switching to Dental Care of Norwalk has been nothing short of amazing and professional! All the staff are welcoming, and make sure you’re informed about your care plan and procedures. At previous places my well-being felt overlooked but here they make it a point to prioritize both you, and the quality of their services. One of my favorite practices at this clinic is how they explain precisely what they are doing while working, and this makes the experience less stressful since they keep you aware. They facilitate such a comfortable and non-discriminatory environment, and I highly recommend visiting for your health as well!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been afraid of the dentist since I was a kid but this place was amazing, they took great care of me on my first visit. They took their time to explain my insurance, what procedures I needed, and the hygienist was also very patient with me despite how gross my teeth are lol. They also didn’t gossip/talk about personal stuff while digging inside my mouth like my previous experience so I appreciated the professionalism and focus. I don’t regret choosing Dental Office of Norwalk and would definitely recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Vasa and his staff are wonderful! I’ve recommended them multiple times. Prior to coming here I had avoided dentists for YEARS due to some terrible experiences I had many years ago. I had a strong toothache due to a root canal that was improperly done so I did a lot of research before deciding to go to this location. Dr. Vasa’s calm demeanor was very comforting. Though my tooth had to be extracted, I was pleased with the procedure. It was pain-free! I went back multiple times after that initial visit to get a lot of work done (root canals and crowns). Neglecting to go to the dentist for so many years due to the trauma I had experienced many years ago had its consequences. Dr. Vasa and his staff helped me overcome that. Now I continue to go but for my biannual cleaning. All the staff is professional and kind. They do a great job reminding you about upcoming appointments and even letting you know of any cancellations in case you’d prefer to come in sooner. I highly recommend Dental Care of Norwalk!

Fantastic experience: I must say that going to the dentist was the last thing for me due to a bad dental experience that I had at a young child. And 6 months ago I made an appointment with Dental Care of Norwalk and it has been the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER . The ladies at the front desk are so helpful , welcoming when you come in, helpful through the insurance paperwork and follow up appointments. The dentist and dental assistants here are amazing. There was never any judgement for not coming in earlier but gave me options on how to move forward in a encouraging way. They offer several payment options and payment plans so if you need a dentist this is the place to come.❤️

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this dentist. I have been going here for about a year now after I switched from another location and I don’t regret it one bit. The staff is so friendly, patient and answer all questions I’ve ever had. The communication here is top notch as well. They’ll remind you of your appointment through email and text as well as give you a call. Dr assistant was very friendly and gentle as well. I had a wisdom tooth extraction earlier today, and I want to say I was the most calmest I’ve ever been at the dentist - to my surprise too because I’m a very nervous and anxious person. Dr Vasa is super friendly and made sure I got the best treatment today, made sure I was comfortable and calm. He explains everything as he goes, and for me personally helps to calm me. I really appreciate that. Wisdom teeth extraction was painless, the local anesthesia worked very well and added laughing gas must’ve helped even more. All around great service and dentist!

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist with a passion, but this dentist office is by far the best one I have ever been too. They have treated me and my child with so much compassion and kindness and make you feel safe. The office has up to date equipment and is clean. They also have flexible payment options that help your wallet. I would recommend them 10/10. Dr. Patel is the sweetest also.

Fantastic experience: Awesome! Simply Awesome! Admin front desk are friendly, efficient and so knowledgeable in their field. They are Honest and very helpful. Anna is one amazing hygiene specialist. I have a sensitive tongue and she is the only dentist specialist that never touches my tongue no matter how long I take in our session. She is efficient and so delicate in her treatment that it’s always a pleasure to have my teeth cleaned by her. Never gaged even once. Jenn is a fantastic assistant, so efficient and fast she always leaves me with a relaxing feeling. I never had the pleasure of meeting the female doctor but Dr. Vasa is simply amazing. Very kind, understanding, efficient and professional. The whole place is one of my favorite doctors’ places. Fantastic experience: I have been patient of Dental Care of Norwalk for almost 4 years. As always my appointment, on June 4, was a very pleasant and positive experience!! This was my first appointment of the year. Exam, X-ray’s and dental hygiene appointment were completed on this day. All in a timely manner. On this appointment, I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Dr. Vasa’s wife. She was very thorough in her explanation of my X-ray’s and recommended treatment. Likewise, she actively listened to my questions and provided thorough responses. I can say with certainty that the entire office staff are consummate professionals!! Lastly, his office staff (i.e. front desk, dental assistants, and dental hygienists) are personable, professional, pleasant and thoughtful individuals!

Fantastic experience: Great experience overall. I am not too fond dentist appointments but this was nice. The staff were very professional and kind, but extremely comforting. I was shown and explained everything throughout the process: my x-ray, pics, procedures, treatments, etc. And best of all it - there is no pressure for them. They are not trying to push services. I got the recommendations and scheduled for my next appointment. Will be coming here for all my future dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Dental care of norwalk is full of surprises. It doesn't look appealing on the outside but once you step inside, it's a whole different experience. The receptionist Wendy was extremely nice, I forgot the other name of the lady but both had exceptional service. The place was so neat and spot clean, the equipments are modern and best of all Dr. Vasa was very professional in explaining options and made us choose wise and practical choices for our dental needs. I have found the forever dental care for me. I have convinced my husband to move to them as well. I would truly recommend them to all my friends.

Negative experience: I regret to say that my experience with this dentist was incredibly unsatisfactory. Not only did they attempt to charge exorbitant fees for their services, but the quality of their work was shockingly poor. Multiple teeth that I entrusted to their care were left in a worse state than before, with shoddy repairs and careless procedures evident. The lack of attention to detail and professionalism was deeply disappointing. I now find myself in the unfortunate position of needing further dental work to rectify the mistakes made by this practitioner. I would strongly advise against entrusting your dental care to this establishment, as the risk of subpar treatment and unjustified pricing is simply not worth it.

Negative experience: This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a dentist office. The hygienist spent 5 mins messaging my gums and less than 2 mins cleaning them. When she said she’s done, I asked: are you doing a floss & polish, she said nope. She said she’s gonna have to get me back for a gum cleaning and at that time will do the floss and polish. I’ve never felt such neglect and disregard for my time as this hygienist. No Dr came over to discuss my teeth health like I’ve always seen and I am suppose to rely on the hygenist, pay a co-pay of almost $300 just so I can get a deep cleaning after the insurance pays their share. Not sure I’ll ever come back to this place ever again. The casual disregard and neglect I felt leaving the office made me want to call and complain but there are other options, so I’ll be looking for another dentist that will hopefully care for their patients. I’m done.

Her insurance provider was not able to accommodate her until October. This office was recommended by my sister-in law and it was a life saver!! They found a same day opening and took care of her so well!! The staff was so helpful and friendly and Dr. Patel was AWESOME!! So grateful for their compassion and understanding!! Fantastic experience: My favorite part about this clinic is that everyone is kind and welcoming. My second favorite part is that the dental hygienist (a Hispanic young lady) made me feel so comfortable and checked on me throughout my entire experience on two different occasions. I was feeling very anxious during my deep cleaning procedure but she made me feel cared for and that is something I value as a patient. I recommended this place to my husband and he as well has had a good experience at this dental clinic. On my fourth visit (for a cleaning) I was seen by another dental hygienist (a young Caucasian lady) who was a bit awkward but also very nice, I was a little bummed I wasn’t seen by the Hispanic lady that had completed my previous cleaning but this girl did such an AMAZING job. She was a very detailed worker and cleaned my teeth VERY well. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this place.

From the front staff, Stephanie and Erika were both helpful and insightful in creating an emergency appointment and answering all my questions, particularly since I was a new patient. To the back office staff. Miguel was excellent in assisting the doctor. He worked diligently preparing all the necessary tools for the doctor efficiently and neatly. Dr. Patel's bedside manner was more than of could expect. He professionalism and detaled explanation of what laid ahead was on point. Fantastic experience: Just switched dentists and have to say this one is way better. It was pretty fast for root canal and the xray was in the exam room also signed up for membership that give discount on work being done. Great dentist in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: My first time here at Dental Care and there customer service definitely surpassed all of my expectations. The receptionist right away greeted me and the office was super clean and smelled great. Once I was check in the dentist assistant (he) I was with was so kind and always asked me if I was comfortable? I haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years and having time passed I was expecting the worse. When I met the Dentist she was very nice, gentle, and great customer service. They make sure that I'm well taken care of in the office and answer my concerns for all my dental questions and needs. I've had my wisdom teeth taken out, a crown placed, root canal done, and of course fillings done and I am extremely happy with all that they have done. I love these guys so much that my whole family and several of my friends come here too. Fantastic experience: I, too, don't like going to any dentist. However, my recent dental experience was great at this facility. The staff is really friendly and caring to my needs the day I came in. I needed to get my crown re-sealed. The tech took my x-rays and really made me feel comfortable and safe as a new patient. Erica explained clearly how my insurance works and how much out-of-pocket would be. Dr. Patel, informed me of what procedures I needed moving forward for this specific tooth. She re-cemented my crown and I was out in minutes!!

Fantastic experience: Not very fond of dentist visits but this dental office was very accommodating and super friendly from the receptionist to the hygienist (Anna) to Dr. Patel. X-Ray exams were seamless and less awkward, the cleaning was gently and painless and the final polishing & Flossing went effortlessly. My experience on this visit was an excellent one so I’d definitely recommend them to any potential new customers who share the same phobia of dentists. They do an amazing job explaining the services and procedures they’ll perform on you. Oh this visit i didn’t get the sore mouth and gums I usually get after a deep cleaning so I’d say that did a fabulous job on me and my teeth feel super clean.

Fantastic experience: I've been to many dentists but Dr V is the best. I won't go anywhere else. I never had a smile I was proud of until Dr V hooked me up. Professional, kind and has a wonderful group of people around him. 08/20/2019 I went to Dental Care of Norwalk today for an emergency due to tooth pain. Lost sleep the night before and was miserable. Mr V was able to squeeze me in and Mrs V was able to relieve my pain. You are in great care with either one as they perform world class dentistry. Their staff is also amazing and they make going to the dentist enjoyable. A definite no shame zone!

Negative experience: I was highly referred by a former patient as a great down to earth dental clinic, I thought, let me give them a try. After the DDS saw me and stated that someone would be with me shortly to guide me and how much was going to cost me 1 hurting tooth to do a root canal, I waited about 1 hr just to be told that they did not know how much because they needed to get the ok 1st from my dental insurance. OK, I said and left, well 2-3 weeks passed and no follow up from anybody from the Dental Clinic, not even a courtesy call to tell me that they are still waiting or ? I called back after I heard from my insurance that the procedure was finally OKd, and the answering receptionist Krystal stated that she still did not hear back from the insurance. I stated that I had a voice message telling me that it was approved and if she could please schedule me for the root canal since my tooth has been hurting and she stated she could not do that until she hears back from the Insurance. I repeated that I had a voice message stating the the procedure was approved and to please schedule me , Poor customer service from this lady, Dr Ankit Vasa, if you want to grow your practice ethically, please provide customer service training to all your receptionists. We the patients are the ones feeding you and your employees. With this said and done, I will never go back to your clinic.

Fantastic experience: I always look forward to my Dental appointments. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. They pay attention to my concerns and address them right same day. I have been over a year free of cavities.Dr. Saini has great bed side manner and they helped me find new products to teach my 3 year old better dental hygiene practices.
