Fantastic experience: I've been bringing my son here for years based on a friend's recommendation. She was right! All the staff, especially Irene and Dr. Tong, know how to talk to little kids who are scared, who won't open their mouths, who gag on everything. Somehow, Irene always manages to get good x-rays with my difficult son. I'm really appteciative for Irene's and Dr. Tong's patience and how they take their time to explain procedures to my son and even let him feel the instruments. And the ladies manning the office are the best and most helpful in helping parents navigate all the insurance issues and appointments. They make everything flow smoothly. I love this dentist office!!!

Fantastic experience: Had to go to an appointment for my cavities and it was easy going and there wasn’t any issues during the procedure. They have amazing staff who actually try to not hurt you while using shots and make sure you’re ok every moment. Overall I would come again, amazing dentist and staff.

Fantastic experience: I love this dental office, my kids are cared for immensely. The whole staff is amazing, the dentists are very thorough and knowledgeable. Extremely professional and allow me to ask as many questions I please. I have one child getting ortho treatment as well and the treatment has been excellent. I have four children that come here, one whom is Autistic and the other has adhd and they have extreme patience and compassion. I couldn’t recommend this his office enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to western dental kids in Norwalk for almost 10 years. I have 3 kids and it has always been a smooth process coming here. My kids have seen Dr. Elizabeth and Dr Mendiola, both are super professional and nice with my kids who have been coming here since they can see a dentist. RDA Irene also takes care of them well and does a great job explaining and handling smaller kids. My children even enjoy the games and TVs they have all over.

Fantastic experience: My son needed treatment and I have to say that Doctor Suzan Ghrair, RDA Irene, and RDA Maria were the best team. They were patient with my son who is five years old. They listen to him. They gave him the time to be ready for the treatment. They explained everything to me before and after the treatment. I recommend them and this clinic to anyone who needs treatment because it is really difficult to find a place where you find people that not just do their job but also love what they do.
