Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience getting a filling done today. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Fang explained everything clearly and worked quickly and gently, which really put me at ease. The office was clean and welcoming, and I truly appreciated how smooth my entire visit was. To top it off, I got a call in the evening to follow up and see how I was doing. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Fang for a number of years following the retirement off my previous dentist. He is always friendly and engaging. While I don’t exactly “enjoy” dental work, I’m at ease knowing I’m in good hands. Dr. Fang keeps up with the latest technology. He is efficient and knowledgeable and always explains the problems and planned procedures. Dr. Fang usually calls me at home to see how I’m doing after dental work. The office staff is great too!

Fantastic experience: Last time I visited Dr. Fang's office was for a routine clean that ended up with a cracked tooth needing a crown and extraction of a tooth that had extensive damage from a cavity that nearly got to the root. After visits like fillings or extraction Dr. Fang will take some time out of his afternoon/evening to call and check up on his patients. I appreciate how attentive his care is. He checked in to see if my gums were having issues after my extraction, making sure I was taking care and not going to get dry socket. Today I met with a very wonderful dental hygienist for my clean and polish; I apologize for not catching her name. I only needed the routine clean, polish, and she also measured my gums. Dr. Fang came in after the clean to check my teeth himself; no issues! My dental insurance covers fluoride varnish treatment as well so I had that applied right before I left. Maybe only took an hour since the time of my appointment to when I left. Thank you to Dr. Fang and his team! I have no worries or anxiety about visiting the dentist going to his office.

Where most dentists will schedule a time for you to come in, then also double or triple book the same time slot for other patients, Dr. Fang did not do that. He RESPECTS his patients and their time. Fantastic experience: Dr Fang is an excellent dentist. I have been his patient for over five years. His skills, experience, and knowledge are outstanding. I broke a corner off my crown. Dr Fang meticulously removed the remaining crown, prepped the tooth and replaced it with a perfect new crown, (that was made with his highly technical equipment) in three hours. No mold, no temporary, no second visit! One stop shop! His technicians and office staff are exceptional. The facilities are bright, open, and very modern. Also, you will receive a follow-up phone call from Dr Fang later that evening. He will ask how you're doing and if you have any questions. Dr Fang should be your dentist!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Fangs for about 9 months now. I had been looking for a new dentist in my area and was very picky. After a couple visits I knew I found the right one. The staff is great and very knowledgeable. Dr. Fang is very personable and you can tell he wants the best for you. Dr. Fang took time to explain everything and all my options, I really felt they were there to serve my needs not rush me to approve something without having me understand every aspect.

Fantastic experience: First let me start off by saying this office is so nice and relaxing with nice background music to sooth the nerves. Bottled water and coffee available. Great office. He has all the latest equipment, including things I have never seen before anywhere. Forget the old fashion X bite x-rays. He has scanning equipment that gives instant pictures of your teeth and gums. He even has a mini head CT-scan. I was amazed. Dr Fang is a perfectionist. His staff is very friendly and are excellent dental hygienist assistants. He has what I call a mini CNC machine that prints out your crowns while you wait. The CNC machine uses the scans he takes to carve your crown from a block of ceramic - simply amazing. Pain is always on everyone's mind, but do not worry. He will dispense numbing medication to your gums to avert any pain. I had two root canals done on the same day with only minor discomfort. Not pain. Dr Fang is most likely the best dentist in the AV and certainly the most advanced and up to date on technology and tools. Cu-do's to Dr Fang and his wonderful staff.

Fantastic experience: Wow. I did not realize how behind the times my previous dentists were. Dr. Fang and his staff honestly impressed me with their kind welcome. The office was beautiful and in a very nice location. Equipment was the most hi-tech I’ve experienced. After detecting a cavity which had gone unnoticed just weeks before he promptly had me scheduled for a new crown. Once there, he pointed out the flaws in a nearby crown. Ugh! He then fixed the cavity and created my new crown on the same day and seated it promptly. No temporary! I was out by lunchtime. No pain. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: So far, so good. It was my first visit but it went very smoothly. They were able to get me in quickly, all paperwork done digitally in advance of my visit. Insurance was handled easily. Dr. Fang was very clear on what he could do to fix my broken tooth and discussed the cost involved. I will update my review as my treatments continue.

Negative experience: Front seat person We’re very kind and helpful back off of staff were amazing. The dentist was very professional and kind. I just did not like that as soon as he saw that my whole mouth was worked on. He immediately said that he doesn’t do or work on people like that, but he proceeded to do the x-rays and the exam and they did charge the $99. I feel like if he knew that all my teeth were worked on in the past he could’ve just told me that when I called to do the appointment because I did mention that all my teeth were worked on. That is the only thing that I felt was not fair. It was just for a cleaning and he denied working on my teeth but still was charged. He did referred me to another specialist that might do my deep cleaning but now when I called to schedule the appointment, it’s $140 for x-rays and a consultation and they will not honor the ones this dentist took. Kind of felt like it was a waste of time and money

Fantastic experience: Dr. Fang and his team are the best. The moment you step into the office you are greeted with a smile and friendly face. They have a beautiful office that feels like a luxurious spa. Once you head back for treatment they make sure you are comfortable and provide you a warm blanket or water. They explain every procedure to you and show you exactly what they are looking at with photos and X-rays so it doesn’t feel like you’re being deceived in any way. Once they begin treatment they check in with you every few minutes to make sure you’re okay and allow you a break if you need one. Once you’re done Dr. Fang reviews everything once more and calls you later in the evening to see how you’re feeling. This is by far the greatest dental experience I’ve had. I felt like a VIP.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dental experience I’ve had in my life. Impeccably clean office with the most friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Fang is one of a kind. He invests in all of the latest technology and he’s phenomenally talented. I had to get a crown, not one of my favorite dental procedures at all. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to having my teeth worked on. Dr. Fang made it all seem like a piece of cake. No pain whatsoever. My crown was made in house. No goopy impressions or temporary crowns. And when was the last time you had a dentist call you after your procedure to make sure all is well. For me that answer was “never”. White glove treatment and fair prices. I have found a new home for all of my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a good dentist for myself in the AV for several years now. Tried many different places, none of which I liked. Went to this one for my first visit a couple weeks ago. They show you everything as they go and are not trying to get you to do extra work just to charge your insurance. They were super transparent with everything and showed me the one cavity I needed fixed. I went in today to get it filled and they did a great job. Everything went great. The staff is really good and this office will not waste your time by having you sit around. Both my appointments were handled in a timely manner. Would highly recommend if you need a dentist in the AV.

Fantastic experience: 10/10, I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! From the moment I sat in the chair, it was clear that patient comfort was Dr. Ted’s and the staff’s priority. I told them that I have bad anxiety about dental visits, so not only did he go above and beyond to make me feel at ease, but he checked in with me frequently during my appointment. Doctor Ted was incredibly warm, compassionate, and polite, taking the time to see how I was doing multiple times throughout the procedure I had. His staff was also incredibly sweet, and also checked in on me to ensure I was okay. I had multiple cavities that needed to be addressed, which made me so nervous but everyone here was gentle and understanding with me, and they encouraged me to take breaks as I needed. It really turned what could have been a terrifying experience into one that felt manageable and even reassuring. I felt very safe and comforted every step of the way, which is saying a lot. It’s rare to find a dentist who is so professional and genuinely listens and cares about their patients. I feel so lucky to have found one who does, because my precious dentist was nothing like this. If you’re someone who struggles with anxiety about dental work, I highly recommend this practice. Literally if I had found him sooner, I probably wouldn’t have had so many cavities.

Fantastic experience: DR. FANG AND HIS TEAM ARE AMAZING! I profoundly fear the dentist; my previous experiences with other dentists have not been good. Dr. Fangs team is very attentive, from reception to his outstanding dental assistants to Dr. Fang himself. I felt very comfortable immediately. Dr. Fang personally checked up on me the evening after my treatment and even got back to me on the weekend when I had an issue. Usually, when you go to the dentist, you are treated like a procedure and handed off from dentist to dentist. Dr. Fang personally handles your care and does beautiful work. He has a welcoming, tastefully decorated, and clean office. My opinion regarding dentists, in general, has completely changed. I recommend Meridian Dental Arts to everyone.

Fantastic experience: By far the best Dental experience ever!!!! My Dental Hygienist Arcelia was super thorough with my teeth cleaning, The Dentist explained everything in detail, very impressed overall. Amazing staff and the technology they have is advanced!

Negative experience: This office has very sneaky sales tactics. They do services without disclosing charges and give you a surprise bill at the end. BEWARE. I was originally incentivized to come in with a promotional discounted cleaning. It was a good first impression at the time and they gave me a goody bag and scheduled me a second appointment. That appointment went well and I paid $120 for my cleaning and left. It was on today’s (3rd) visit that they COLLECTED their money offsetting any discounts that they offer to new patients. I went in and immediately they began to take X-rays, I didn’t think much of it. Then they told me that they recommend flouride to protect my teeth. I asked how much it will cost and they said $40. I was happy to accept it. The dentist came in for 2 minutes looked and the X-rays and said my teeth look good and take care of the teeth that had root canals. I never had root canals recommended a Sonicare and rushed off. The X-rays he was looking at weren’t even mine! THEN I was sent on my way to their sales lady’s in the front to pay and they handed me a $348.00 bill. I thought that they had made a mistake just like they mistook the X-rays. They said it was an additional $190 for the X-rays that they took without disclosing it beforehand. I told them I never was told that they’re going to charge me for x-rays and I never asked for them. They said they have to do those once a year regardless and it was already done and needs to be paid for. I was literally there for less than an hour to receive a cleaning and flouride for $348.00.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Fang is awesome! My insurance changed and after going to my dentist for 25 years, I had to find a new dentist. I am so glad I ended up at Dr. Fang’s office. His gentle approach immediately puts you at ease, even if you’re someone who feels nervous about dental visits. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring you’re comfortable and informed every step of the way. What sets Dr. Fang apart is their use of the latest technology. Fantastic experience: If I could give Dr. Fang and his staff a 10 star rating I would. I have been coming to Meridian Dental Arts for over 2 years. Dr. Fang did a tooth filling for me today and I had a wonderful experience with very little discomfort. Dr. Fang was caring and very patience with me during the whole procedure. Fantastic experience: Dr. Fang and his team are always so welcoming. I definitely recommend going here if you have a lot of fears of dentist. Those fears are put to rest, seriously if you ever need something as a cavity filled or a cleaning it will be done with lots of care. Especially for those that are really worried about getting numbed up with a needle. You will not feel it at all, you won't have to worry about feeling anything you shouldn't be well getting worked on. Also this office is very clean and well kept. I will always recommend Dr. Fang because he is truly the best dentist that is local here in Palmdale. And like the title suggests a Dental Artistry, you will not ever walk out having "bare minimum" teeth. Dr. Fang is a perfectionist who really takes the time and care into making sure you are feeling okay, and your teeth are looking great.

Fantastic experience: After walking in, you’re greeted with a calm, relaxing and clean atmosphere. Dr.Fang and the staff are all so great. They were very accommodating, understanding, and thorough while also maintaining a warm and welcome atmosphere. I truly appreciated the help when I recently got fillers on my teeth. I was given a warm towel to help with my jaw being sore during my appointment. I’ve never had that happen before with previous dentists before and I appreciate that gesture. Will definitely recommend to other family members and friends of mine.

Fantastic experience: The staff of Dr. Fang is very professional and will take the time to make sure you are comfortable. They also do their job very well in making sure that they do a thorough job in whatever you are having done in the moment, whether it be a routine cleaning or fixing cavities. I am a fan of Dr. Fang because his work is top notch and the only dentist with the least amount of pain. I've had multiple fillings and even a root canal done with less pain than most other dentists.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was a superb experience. The staff (Luna) is personable, knowledgeable and competent. This was THE most comprehensive exam I ever experienced in a dental office. The equipment is state of the art. Dr. Fang took time to get to know me better. All-in-all, a great experience. (Best of all, the exam ended with "See you in six months.) If there were more than 5*'s available - I would check them all.

Fantastic experience: I had a lot of terrible previous dental experiences and this office was the first time I felt really heard and safe with my dental needs. The office is super high tech and my my check up felt really thorough And in depth- it really felt like they wanted to make sure they didn’t miss anything. Dr. Fang is so incredible! Always made sure I felt comfortable, his staff was also very sweet and attentive. Best experience I’ve ever had- I would recommend again and again.

Fantastic experience: The best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office! Dr. Fang is extremely patient and understanding . The staff is kind and really listened to my needs/ wants (I’m terrified of the dentist). I needed work done and they were even willing to get me in today. Unfortunately I couldn’t see it through due to a family emergency and even then they were understanding . Just overall such a thorough and excellent experience. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful, clean & very relaxing atmosphere right when you walk in the door. Eunice is so nice. The entire staff was sweet, professional & extremely knowledgeable. I was petrified to make my appointment, but now I'm not petrified. Maybe my teeth are , but Dr. Fang is taking care of that! The exam was utterly thorough & seamless. He is my dentist for infinity & beyond. P.S. Those blue chairs in the lobby are not only gorgeous, but uber comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Fang is a great artist at work, he diligently works to make sure your teeth are done correctly. Dr. Fang replaced a crown (from a different office) , he just did filled two cavities behind my front teeth, and they look great ! The hygienist is really thorough and friendly. Also, his Staff is the best they areso friendly and helpful!

Each and every one of the women that work there are friendly, kind, informative and they go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable. Dr Fang is a great dentist… extremely caring snd professional. I have had an extreme fear of the dentist for 60 years but he made me feel at ease and I never felt any pain. His office is welcoming and state of the art . I’d highly recommend him!!
