Fantastic experience: It was my first time at Lancaster Dental the staff was friendly and polite they explained everything that had to be done and I got to referral to see an oral surgeon for a broken decayed tooth and then I will return back to them to get the repair done to my mouth as needed the service was made in good time looking forward to returning

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience today with Ms. Veronica and the entire dental team. She was incredibly kind, professional, and made my teeth cleaning experience very comfortable and enjoyable. She made me feel at ease throughout the entire appointment. I also really appreciated that there was no wait time. My appointment was at 4:00 PM, I arrived around 3:40 PM, and I was seen right away, which was amazing. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: This is a great dentist office. I had previously been scammed by my dentist at the time, so it was refreshing to see that I was only being charged what my insurance documents said. The waits are not long, and they are good at explaining treatment options.

Negative experience: Appointment was at 2pm and I was back in my car by 2:25. 25 minutes total for X-rays, meeting with the doctor and my “cleaning”. First time a drill has been used on me for a regular cleaning instead of taking time manually tooth by tooth like every other place I’ve been to since I was a child. I know it was just to get me out the door. Everything was so rushed and done poorly. Worst dental experience I’ve ever had, I will not be back.

Negative experience: I showed up for my app and waited for quite awhile then the receptionist told me there was nothing scheduled for me. I went home and tried to make a new app and I called numerous times, leaving call back number and it's been two weeks now and still no response! This is being paid for by the VA and I guess they don't want to cater to Vet's

Negative experience: the WORST dentist i've ever been to in my life and Angela is the most unprofessional, rude person i've ever dealt with at any type of office. i booked a wisdom teeth removal because they told me that they needed to be removed immediately asap, they required a 250 copay which my insurance coincidentally told me later on that it was coveres and i paid for no reason. i had to cancel the appt because i came down with the flu and was running fevers 100-104 degrees for 3 days straight. they told me to come in anyways and that they could operate on me even if i was sick but i had called multiple dentists around town and all of them said that wasn't a good idea and they would never operate on a patient who was sick. i told them on the phone that coughing can cause dry socket and they said no it can't just come in and get it done. i actually had to dispute the charge with my bank because they refused to give me a refund for something i paid for and never got done within 30 days which is the legal law in california. when i requested the refund Angela told me she didn't care about me or the situation and "to just give her my card information so we could be done". she then told me i couldn't call the office asking about a refund because their accountant only comes in once a month and it could take up to 6 months for my refund because they give refunds whenever they want to! also their replies on here go against HIPAA because they're sharing patient information to defend themselves from how horrible they are to people. ALSO i just visited another dentist recently and the doctor advised me that the root of my wisdom tooth was hooked on the central nerve already and if they pulled them there's a chance that my whole bottom jaw could go permanently numb and said if the pain isn't that bad he suggests just to leave them in!! please stay away from this dentist!!!

Negative experience: The staff is great!! However, after the assessment and we discussed treatment plan Angela (I’m assuming the insurance coordinator) ranked up the bill to almost 3x more the amount of my insurance benefits!! For example for D2750 she was charging me $390 however, my EOC for my insurance noted $150!! My total treatment plan that Angela calculated was about $3500!! But I contacted my insurance and they informed me thats incorrect they’re up-charging and my cost should be about $1450!! I am assuming they do this with other patients too and get away with this!! This is ridiculous!! Look elsewhere!! If your office follows the insurance coverage fees then why would they agree that your fees are incorrect and your office is up charging?! Patients, I would suggest asking your insurance company for a pre-authorization before any treatment.

Negative experience: I would not recommend anyone to pay in advance. The reason I’m saying this I had an emergency and asked for my refund immediately refused to give it back. It’s been 31 days and I was told that I would receive it in 30 days still have not received i also was told one price for the work that would be done and once I got different insurance, the price was raised from the price that was given to me. I had gotten better insurance so I could get the price down from what was told to me, but when I called and let them know that I had different insurance, they decided to raise the price of what they had given me and said it was an upgrade without speaking to me

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Amazing! Today I had two teeth pulled by their Oral Surgeon and before I realized even one tooth was removed he said I was all done! Pulled two teeth and put stitches all within 2-3 minutes. Less than 5 minutes for the whole procedure. Amazing! I definitely recommend this Dentist! Ragen Riden

Negative experience: The staff was extra nice including the dentist. But! At the end of my visit I was directed in a small room where I felt bullied for money. The lady said I have 3 teeth that needs to be pulled, which I already knew but then she gave some kind of horror story about if I don't get them filled with bone something ect...I can't remember exactly what the consequences where because I went a little def when she said $350. 00 per tooth (but that's optional) and medical won't cover it....then she went on to say I need a CT scan before I get my teeth pulled cause it's mandatory and that would cost me $250.00 I said nah then she said what if I can help you? And within a half a second it got split in half to $125.00! Wow when I had my son 32yrs ago I had 3 teeth pulled at one time without a CT scan because that dentist knew what he was doing. Besides all that I get home to brush my teeth and I did a close up in the mirror and seen that the cleaning lady chipped one of my front teeth and cracked the one beside it and said absolutely nothing! So HELL Naw! I ain't going back there so they can finish the job! I'm 57 i want to hold on to my Lil front teeth and I worked most of my life so im only getting what medi cal is paying for.

Negative experience: If i can give this place 0 stars i would. DON’T EVER GO HERE For 1 they didn’t know what they were doing for 2 they made my dad sign a contract saying he made $10,000 and now their suing my dad and served him papers, saying he has a court date and never gave him a court date and now they went to his job and his bank trying to get his money. They are very unprofessional yelling at staff in front of customers also they never prescribed pain pills when he was in pain. It’s ok though your place will be shut down soon☺️

Negative experience: BEWARE!!!!!! RUN!!! Front staff all talk to you like they hate their jobs. Dr is very aggressive with the drill. So aggressive the numbing doesn’t even help with the nerve pain. Don’t tell him it hurts he will yell at you! They charge your credit card with work you don’t even get done then they won’t give you money back, nor take your calls.

I had not been to the dentist and far too many years, and the staff and Dentist listen to my explanations, were understanding, and went above and beyond to help me relax and get down to the business of getting my teeth healthy. Though my dental insurance is limited, I have hope for a healthy mouth and a long-term dentist/ 'patient' relationship. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and opened the office a few minutes early which is apparently their custom and so very rare in businesses. As the customer, it made me feel very appreciated and I wanted to make sure I noted it. If you're looking for a dentist, Lancaster Dental Care Associates will be an excellent choice for your dental needs.... To all the staff, thank you very much!! JH

Fantastic experience: Very caring and pain free. I had all my teeth pulled at the same visit and it did not hurt! The visits are quick as possible and the dentist takes time to explain the treatment plan to you. They accept a lot of insurance plans and have reasonable payment plans. The front desk ladies are very friendly and helpful as well as the assistants in the back li am glad I found them and would recommend them to anyone with dental issues. Negative experience: My husband has had a bad tooth for a week and they scheduled him a appt 2weeks away but told us to call everyday to see if there is any cancelations. Called Monday lady was extremely nice and looked to see if there was anything, which there wasnt. So I called this morning, Tuesday, different lady, extremely rude, seemed annoyed to talk to me and refused to help me. Said she is not allowed to let me schedule anything for my husband. This is a first, my dentist has never had a issue with this and I've been scheduling things for my whole family for years since I'm home and have the time. He is a new patient, hasn't even been seen before and we are already looking for somewhere else to go.

Fantastic experience: My first time here and I can say I loved it. Staffs here are really nice and my service was fast. I was in and out within an hour!

Positive experience: I went in for a routine cleaning and that was what I got done. The cleaning was done effectively and quickly. The doctor and hygienist were polite and efficient. They were running behind and I had to wait about 40 minutes past my appointment time, which is the only reason I dropped a star. That said, things happen and I understand that. Plus, the staff was informative and apologetic, which goes a long way in service recovery!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is super nice and friendly which makes the visit very comfortable! The wait is non existent. Dentist was in right away no waiting. Everything felt super honest and I didn’t feel like they just wanted my money like most places. I got my teeth cleaned better than ever! Super grateful to find Such a great dentist!!! Also if you have kids this is the place to go! The dental assistant made my daughter so comfortable and actually excited about the dentist!

Negative experience: I just tried calling to schedule an appointment for my son, unfortunately I did not have my son’s insurance number assuming they had his info as he a patient there, the receptionist Susie was very short and just sounded like she was annoyed. I told her I would have to call her back when I have the information and before I was about to ask her another question she just hung up, I called back and she sent me to voicemail. I called again so I can get her name, this is so sad I understand working in a medical field is stressful but I think it’s important to have a good attitude, you don’t want to go to a dentist office when you already know the employees are rude. This type of personality’s are just not necessary. I won’t be taking my son here anymore because I don’t want to feel like our services are not wanted. Please do better, it’s free to be kind.

I got to a point where I HAD to go. Now I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
