Fantastic experience: Doctor Honey and Crystal did an amazing job on my child’s treatment. The level of professionalism was outstanding. My child said after “Daddy my teeth don’t hurt anymore, look there shiny” not only does my child approve but I approve. Truly a great experience for both of us, it’s hard to find good dentist that are actually motivated and caring, that’s why I will be coming back.my child is my first priority and if there happy I’m happy. Thanks again to the Lancaster children’s dental and Doctor Honey and Crystal.

I've been coming here for years, and if a child of yours needs a good dentist this is a really great place.

Fantastic experience: I love love love Lancaster Childrens Dental. Today I went on for my childrens treatment & of course I was running late. I called & JaNell answered & said it would perfectly fine if we were a little late. When we got there & getting started on my child’s cleaning we realized the treatment was going to more than we had thought. Because of this I thought my babies wouldn’t be able to be seen, but Jeanell, Dr. Seps assistant helped me out so much by working with JaNell & insurance companies to insure that my babies got the dental care that they needed. So thank you JaNell, Jeanell, Dr. Sep & Lancaster Childrens Dental for making sure we smiled today. :D

Fantastic experience: Dr Sep and Ceci were amazing! My 4 year old daughter came in for dental work and they sang to her, held her hand and made sure she felt comfortable enough to do the dental work on her. They went far and beyond for my little one. I appreciate that so much! Highly recommend this dental office for children. That personal touch and sense of kindness goes a long ways for me.

The dentist was incredibly patient and gentle with my daughter, which meant so much since she’s usually very nervous about going to the dentist. The entire staff was professional, kind, and made us feel completely at ease from start to finish. Negative experience: We were referred here by another dentist because they specialize in special needs kids and do sedation dentistry, supposedly. The female dentist told me that she might need to refer me out ALL the way to LA to see a specialist that can do sedation. Like what? I told her that's why I was referred to this place. She told me that "they are not a hospital" and they can't sedate and because my kid is too strong for them to try to perform their dental check without the sedation dentistry they advertise on Google and brochures. Bunch of false advertising on their part. The dental assistants were nice despite their dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Sep and his assistant Ceci at Lancaster Children's Dental were amazing! They were so good with my 8 year old son. They were so patient, nice ,and quick with his procedures. I highly recommend them for your lil ones.

Fantastic experience: Every visit we've had has always been a positive one. Staff has been friendly and fast. When my boys have had to do procedures they are kind and caring with them and explain every step and tool they are using. It help ease them and made their overall experience a positive one.

Fantastic experience: They took great care of my child and completed the necessary work that needed to be done professionally and they are really quick with their services yet efficient. Though it was Friday they still gave us a doctor’s note to go back on Monday with an excused note for school.

Negative experience: this place is a waste of time. first cleaning appt is fine I mean who can honestly get that wrong. Then my daughter need a tooth extraction. I WAS VERY CLEAR TO THE FRONT OFFICE LADY. I let them know what it was for, she scheduled me first thing in the morning. i asked if it was a waste of time for a consult only I needed an AFTERNOON APPOINTMENT. AS I AM A DENTAL OFFICE MANAGER I AM AWARE THAT THERE ARE TIMES WHERE ID BE WASTING THE PATIENTS TIME FOR A CONSULT AND NOT SAME DAY TREATMENT. she assured we will get same day treatment NOT ONCE BUT THREE TIMES. I informed her multiple times if it's a consult ID LIKE AN AFTERNOON AS I DONT HAVE TIME TO WASTE! again she confirmed, she was adding extra time to assure we got the same day work. WELL GUESS WHAT NOT ONLY DID MY HUSBAND TAKE THE TIME OFF AND WASTED A TIME OFF, BUT THEY WASTED OUR DAM, TIME AND NOTHING WAS RENDERED, MISCOMMUNICATION AND FALSE PROMISES IS INSANE. IF YOU DONT KNOW YOUR SCHEDULE DONT ANSWER PHONES AND GIVE FALSE INFORMATION !

Fantastic experience: They are the best . Literally, the front office girls are amazing, professional and so patient, I was so stressed when I took my girl and I was helped by Stephanie (that was a year ago) and she was so calm that she calmed me down. The only sad thing is they don't take all dental coverages, but their rates are like half of other places if you are paying out of pocket. The dentist their was so friendly to my kid who was so stressed and scared and gave her confidence. Thank you so much for being amazing

Negative experience: My son is severely Autistic, i called 3 days before to let them know he doesn't have patience, to prep them. We walked in 10 minutes before the appt time. We were called fairly quick, where we sat in the room for 35 minutes until he couldn't take it anymore. Not very accommodating for special needs children. Canceled will never return.

Fantastic experience: Terrie was wonderful help as a dental hygienist. Cleaned my daughter’s teeth, and also gave me tips to teach my daughter good cleaning practice. Dr. Sarah always shows patience with my daughter and asks if we have any concerns or questions. My daughter tells me she is excited to come to this dentist because they are nice and she gets to watch movies. Thank you Lancaster Children’s Dental Office

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: 2 years later and we still LOVE IT HERE! Dr. Joanne & Edith DA are AMAZING!! They are extremely professional and made my son so comfortable. They need a television show to show other dentist how patients should be treated <3 ! My son didnt even notice the shot he got thanks to the story he was being told & he didn't want to leave :D ! My son's first appointment was amazing! They treated him very well and guided him through everything. He was nervous, but after Kayla handled his teeth cleaning, Raquel did his x-rays, and he was examined by Dr. Honey, he's stating "I ready to go back tomorrow" lol. Thank you to that awesome team up there!!!!

Fantastic experience: It was my first time bringing my son to the dentist here and EVERYONE was soo sweet and inviting !! Highly recommend!! Waited literally 5 minutes and boom my son was getting his cleaning done ! Can't wait to come again !!! Super clean and everyone was just full of energy!! Fantastic experience: This place is phenomenal! I've had all three of my kids come here and the staff and Dr have been so kind and so calm and so skilled. This last appointment my son's had both had the appointment at the same time and the dental staff made sure we were taken care of so promptly and with kindness. A very special shout out to Janelle who was calm and reassuring, and also a great conversationalist. The Doctor Dr. Joanne I believe was AMAZING she literally made it so easy for them to relax and calm down and the procedure went well I wish I could give them ten stars! She was scared but the dentist made her feel calm and talked to her like a person,I even got her to sit for trays. So far I'm very happy with Lancaster dental.

Years of stellar service, great professionalism from the staff, not one missed appointment due to their coherent system of communication. Fantastic experience: It was my first time going there today and I called various offices and some didn’t take medical. I called the office in Palmdale and I spoke to a person by the name of Kim and referred me to the Lancaster office because they did not have a doctor in today. I made the best decision to come to this office. I went because yesterday my daughter was playing with her sibling and one of her front tooth cracked and Dr. Sarah made an appointment for me for next week and I am so excited to go back and get her treatment done. Everyone was very nice . Especially the one in the front of the office.

Negative experience: There’s a glitch with my state medical , I called the state and they stated medical providers can still provide service when the application is being finalized, this is even notes on the dpss website. My kid has medical through the county is active , they took e x-rays saw how bad the cavity is and still refused treatment . Tried to strong arm us for cash. If his condition worsens I will be sueing for medical malpractice.

Positive experience: The practice needs to work on a few things. This was our first visit and I expected the team to introduce themselves to us before they started to give directions to the kids. I had to ask them to wash their hands prior to examining my children. The staff didn’t give pushback. The dentist was friendly.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from the dental assistants today. I had an appt at 230 arrived at 2:15 did not get any sort of communication of the delay and was not serviced until 3:40 by the Dentist. Communication is key. I did inform the manager and dentist. But will not be attending future appts for my son.

Fantastic experience: Great fast service and very helpful dentist. Also receptionist make sure you are checked in on time and they make sure if you need to schedule your appointment. My son been there for a year now and I love this place I will recommend others to bring their kids don't forget it's nice clean and quiet.

Positive experience: The office staff is fantastic. I was disappointed in the wait of time to get an appointment for treatment and the small time spent with the doctor when my child was not immediately cooperative. I also understand that other appointments are waiting, but I didn’t feel like my child was given adequate time to adjust or calm down before calling it. The staff has tried their best to work with me, which I appreciate, but ultimately we left with my child still in pain, no treatment, and more waiting when his cavities were diagnosed in January. Today was the second failed attempt at a laughing gas treatment, even when taking the first available appointments offered since January. The only option we now have been left with is sedation dental services, which I still think could have been avoided with more time, patience, and understanding on the doctor’s part.

Negative experience: This office banned me during the pandemic because I didn't agree with their policy during the pandemic back in 2020. They wouldn't see my children at the same time and wanted me to go back and forth and leave one at home alone and force my children to mask. I went to a different dentist who didn't give me any grief during the pandemic but she has since left. Since this office is the closest to my home, I called this office back and they told me the doctors are uncomfortable with me, refuse to see my children and the ban is a lifetime ban, not just from this office in Lancaster but also from the Santa Clarita office. I never spoke to or saw any doctor when I was banned in 2020 so that I make the doctors uncomfortable is all hearsay from the manager. The doctor I was hoping to see is no longer at this office anyhow, but I think it important for other potential clients to know what they're about to get into. I didn't scream at them, I didn't cuss them out. I just told them sternly their requirements were asinine and not possible for me to comply with. They no longer have the same requirements but are not lifting this ban. That's what I get for speaking up for myself during the pandemic.

Fantastic experience: I love bringing my little one here. She is stubborn when it comes to the dentist process but with all the help from the assistants and the Dr the job gets done. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: Best children's dental in Lancaster! They greet the child right off the bat and very comforting environment. My 8 year old had n extraction and didn't even know it. Staff is very good at what they do!! Wanted to update review from 4 years ago, still taking son here and still very satisfied with the service from the staff, Raquel and Dr. Sed are fantastic, all the staff for that matter. Will continue to take, now 13 year old as long as I can.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so patient with my daughter , the dentist took his time to explain to me what was going on with her teeth and gave me options and I left there with ease . Everyone’s so welcoming and friendly and helpful! Obviously it takes a while for a child to be comfortable at a dentist but this is honestly my best experience I’ve had .

Fantastic experience: We have been bringing our kids here and we like it. The staff is friendly and professional. They have a television on each chair for the kids to watch a movie while they are getting work done on them, and they also have a television in the waiting area for everyone to watch. Our kids get happy when they know they are going to the dentist. That is how good they are.

Fantastic experience: We love Lancaster Children’s Dental. Everyone who works there has great energy. They make it a point to communicate with the children in a way that keeps them in a good calm space or encourages it. The lay out is very welcoming & kid friendly but not over the top. We’ve been clients for 5+ years, my daughter has no anxiety about the dentist which I give credit to this office. They go above and beyond to make the dental procedures feel normal and the overall visit is fun.

Fantastic experience: My son needed an urgent appointment to a dentist and after calling several offices this office took me in right away with a same day appt. The staff was very friendly when we went in. My 2 year old needed an extraction and I was a nervous wreck. I am grateful to have found this dentist office the doctor is very friendly and patient with kids. Id like to give a special thanks and recognition to Raquel she is AMAZING! She made us feel comfortable from the very start. The day of the extraction she explained everything thoroughly and made sure my son felt comfortable. She comforted my son through the whole procedure and although i was so nervous her and the doctor explained what they were doing and kept comforting my son. After the procedure she kept checking in on us and made sure he was doing well. Thank you again Raquel you are the best. Thank you doctor & staff. I am very pleased with our visit and I am glad I choose this dentist. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: My boy is always happy even excited to go there. Everyone is loving friendly and knows his name. And even my girl has had some extensive work there and she did amazing because the staff was amazing .

Negative experience: Staff is Not friendly at all ! You would think they would be since IT IS a children's dentist. Worst first experience everrr! Not one person was sweet nor kind. The whole staff must've had a bad day or something. Hopefully my next visit is better.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I were both quite nervous walking into today's appointment, but everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable - it immediately put me at ease. They answered all of my questions and walked us through the procedure. I really liked that they spoke directly to my daughter, making her feel comfortable and like she was part of the process. We were in and out within 35 minutes - a cleaning and two fillings. I am so happy we chose Lancaster Childrens Dental. I highly recommend.

Positive experience: My experience over all is great and would recommend because they are over all a great set of staff I never feel rushed when I have questions and they always directly answer my questions or ask if they don’t know. The doctor always explains options and just doesn’t resolve to the easiest treatment (extraction) and does not force the children pain. Like I said they are great but the office could be a little more kid friendly

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous bringing my daughter here because I didn’t think she was going to let anyone check her teeth. As soon as I walked in she seen all the toys and wanted to play with them, so that alone made her feel a little comfortable. Bre and Dr Tran did such an amazing job at making my daughter feel welcome, so relaxed and comfortable that it even took me by surprise when I seen how grate she did by letting them give her a good cleaning. My daughter was happy I was beyond happy and I’m very greatly thankful for Bre and Dr.Tran for making my daughters experience the best!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has gone to this office for 1 year now and I love them. The doctor is very good with her and I love that all the staff is so kind and explains things sweetly to her. She recently had to have her first appt for fillings and I was so pleased with her visit. The doctor was great as always but I really want to recognize Raquel for being SO AMAZING with my little girl. She took the time to explain every single instrument to her and during the work being done kept checking in with her to make she she was okay. At one point my daughter did seem a bit nervous and she held her little hand to sooth her nerves. Thank you from the bottom of my Mama Bear heart, Raquel, for being such an amazing DA. I’m so grateful we had you!

Positive experience: I love my kids being seen by Dr. Seth… Anyone else, including front desk staff feels they are just there for their 8-5 shift. Front desk doesn’t even have the courtesy to greet you once you walk in. They see their sign in sheet, don’t even acknowledge your presence and that you will be call in soon etc. very few assistance in the back are smiley. Doctor Seth on the other hand is AWESOME with all the kids, super super friendly, sings along, talks to them, plays pretend games to take their attention off any fear/ pain etc. too, bad his schedule is getting very tight. I don’t switch my kids out cause I like to keep their record in one place.

Negative experience: Horrible! Had my 5 year old waiting over an hour while her appoint was for her to have her final teeth procedure, doctor gets upset because my daughter is now tired, hungry and emotional after hearing other children cry and scream. Doctor refused to work on my child because she was now known as a trigger. Head nurse was horrible as well. She was rude and bluntly told me they will no longer be providing services for my daughter i left very angry and disappointed. Do not recommend after this horrible experience

Fantastic experience: Since we moved here in August 2022. I looked for a children’s dentist which Lancaster Children’s Dental had and still does have great reviews. The year we have been going has been great with the staff so friendly and nice along with Dr Sarah who sees all four of my children. Each time she is very gentle, caring, and great with my family. We are grateful to live so close to a wonderful dentist office that provides the care for my children’s teeth.

Negative experience: The staff was extremely rude and the dentist did not know how to work with young children. They just want to refer you to someone else instead of trying to provide treatment because they are more concerned about you leaving so they can see the next patient. My son will never return to this dentist.

Fantastic experience: My kids feel comfortable with this dentist. He talks to them and to me, making us all feel at ease. The waiting room can get pretty crowded, but they move fast! Once in the back there's no waiting forever for someone to come to the room. Everyone is working to get kids in, checked out, and out the door. Great dentist for kids!

Negative experience: My four year old son was a new patient at this office, and we regret ever bringing him to this office. When we walked in the office was very busy and had a lot of patients, so we got called back to do X-rays. The lady who did the X-rays was in a complete rush and not even willing to try and take the X-rays of my son’s back teeth. She said, “ I don’t want to make him angry, so if the doctor wants them, then we can try to get them later.” She then told us to go back to the waiting room. Then we were called to go back to the dental chair, in which we were approached by a dentist with a terrible attitude. I would post her name, but she didn’t have the decency to introduce herself. She was not interested in helping my son at all because he has a lot of energy. The doctor said she couldn’t diagnose anything without X-rays, and we asked if they were actually going to attempt to take the X-rays or just claim they did again? The assistant behind the dentist made a comment. We did not want general anesthesia and we made that very clear before even making this appointment because he is so young, and the dentist said that’s the only option and there’s nothing she can do. She stuck the mirror in my son’s mouth and looked at his teeth for 15 seconds and made that conclusion. She didn’t even know he was due for a cleaning and their system “suddenly went down when needing to check.” They did not do anything for him, but the proceed to tell us that if we don’t treat the cavities he has it could lead to infection. The whole point of us being there was to get treatment, but the staff at this dental office and their lack of work ethic wasted our time and were the reason we could not get treatment. We were able to find another dentist that is more competent and actually knows how to work with children to get his treatment. It was truly amazing that this place advertises “children with disabilities” and “toddlers,” but they literally do not know how to work with children who are young. Avoid this place and go to a dentist that actually cares about her job, she should be ashamed. As far as the front office staff, it was amazing that they had inappropriate pop music playing that talked about “booty” loud enough for all the children in the waiting room to hear.

Fantastic experience: First appointment at Lancaster Children’s Dental this morning, was impressed with the staff and service. My daughter has special needs and I was hesitant when we arrived but Edith was extremely gentle and understanding during her cleaning. Really put my daughter at ease. Raquel made her X-rays fun and fast, which helped her adapt to the stressful situation. We were assessed in a timely manner by Dr. Sarah. Although she was unable to help us today, she seemed knowledgeable and genuinely concerned with our daughter‘s situation and gave us several referrals with a follow up appointment in case we still needed assistance with anything. I recommend this dentist and will be returning in the future.

Fantastic experience: My son was a first time patient at this office and it was a great experience, super clean and put together. Friendly front office staff, super fast service, Sarah the treating dentist was great, personable, explained everything in detail and made my child and I feel comfortable.

Positive experience: Most of the staff is nice and welcoming. The doctor is really nice and approachable. The office is newly remodeled and looks nice and clean. The nurse that attended to my daughter for teeth cleaning needs to be more attentive specially because she’s dealing with children. Her bedside manner was totally absent. The representative attending the patient’s checking out was not interested in proving a next follow up appointment. I asked her if I could schedule my next visit and she said “you’ll get a text”. Well, how do they know my availability. Am I supposed to drop everything and go to the follow up appointment the office chooses for me. At this point I’m 50/50 about this office.

Fantastic experience: So far so good I had my first appointment and she didn't cry at all she felt comfortable and happy at the end. Is a good sign because she used to cry when I took her to her old dentist. **Update** 12/14 I haven't been there since our last appointment 6 Months ago they remodeled and looks great! The wait time was minimal and my kids were seeing quick the doctor and dental assistants were patient and friendly. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I will always choose Lancaster Childrens Dental! They are very patient and nice they take their time explaining everything to the parents and they play little games with the kids to keep them from being scared. Great staff very friendly and amazing Doctor! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We’ve gone to this office twice so far. We saw Dr. Sepehr Hariri both times and he was really great. He was friendly, professional, and we felt like we were in competent hands. My husband and I are first time parents and he gave us a lot of good information. We plan to continue with him. The office was also clean and the staff was welcoming, even with our crying boy. We didn’t wait very long and had overall good experiences. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It was my 2yr old first time and the dentist was very patient and sweet to her. She was treated very well. Definitely coming back! We were on time and were taken 20 min earlier than scheduled. definitely recommend them!!
