Fantastic experience: I had my cleaning with Cindy about a month ago and she was fantastic. Got so caught up with life but I knew I needed to write a review. She has such a friendly, positive attitude that immediately makes you feel comfortable. She’s very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what she was doing and why, which I really appreciated. On top of that, she was gentle but thorough and gave helpful tips for keeping my teeth in good shape. Overall, a really great experience—I left feeling well taken care of and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a hygienist who truly cares about her patients.

Fantastic experience: So I came into Palmdale total dentistry for an exam and a cleaning today. The doctor was out sick but the staff was quite accommodating. April took my x-rays and Cindy did my cleaning and explained what procedures I’m looking forward to having done. I’m going to have to come back for my exam, but that’s OK. It was a good appointment today.

Negative experience: I didn’t like my experience at all. The girls that work there are amazing but the actual doctor (I can’t remember his name) I think his name was Dr. Alkin and he was terrible. He didn’t introduce hisself, he made my teeth hurt so bad, no explanation of anything. I was waiting for him for like 10 minutes before someone came in to apologize that he went out for lunch and asked if we can reschedule. Once I was leaving everyone had said “bye” he had his back turned and didn’t say a word. That wasn’t welcoming and not to mention when I let him know I had some discomfort in my teeth he started banging on it with one of his tools and every since that day I’ve had pain my teeth and I can’t even chew on that side. If he didn’t work there I would be back. I HOPE YOU LOSE YOUR LICENSE!!!!!

Fantastic experience: today I came in for a cleaning at Palmdale total dentistry. Karen, the assistant seated me and made me feel comfortable with her warm personality. Cindy, the hygienist was very thorough with her cleaning and explaining things about my teeth and how to better care for them. Negative experience: Had a wonderful experience with the previous Dr. Borisson and her original staff they were all very patient. Cindy the hygienist is top tier the only reason I would bother coming,always very kind. I was going to them for years. However the new Dr David Akalvan that took over seems very dismissive and the manager lack communication after calling several times no response weeks later. Really frustrating process but I have to go elsewhere, somewhere that has compassion for patient care.

From the minute, I walked through the door and met Karina and Kim Who work in the front office they both made me feel very welcome. Then I met Reyna Who brought me in and took my x-rays. Then Cindy, the hygienist came in and cleaned my teeth. We discussed whitening and how to take good care of my teeth. I just got my braces off yesterday. Dr. David came in and he was very welcoming. Despite my initial hesitation, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and smooth my visit was. If I'd known it would be this pleasant, I would have scheduled an appointment much sooner. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Palmdale Total Dentistry since 2009. Pleasure to have had Dr Borrison care for my teeth prior to her retirement earlier this year! But Dr Koletic & hygienist Cindy & April will take the torch! Honestly, just between you and me, Veronica & Eugene ( Dr Borrisons son) run the show! I always see staff working, even during COVID, Veronica & Eugene were working hard! They not only cared for my teeth, but also my elderly parents! They made my hospice parents feel comfortable! That’s flexibility! Kind, professional, excellent service, my teeth feel brand new after every visit! & rescheduling is super-easy! If you haven’t tried their office, you should! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: The staff is very kind and makes you feel very comfortable although I didn't have much done on this visit due to my situation nothing to do with them it was my insurance complications and such . But the girls up at the front desk quickly went to work to see what they could do to resolve the issue . And took time to explain what and how she was trying to get me approved for what I needed . The Dentist was really knowledgeable and very helpful. And spent time explaining what I was up against on the road to eating comfortably again 1 I don't want to forget to mention how sweet kind and knowledgeable the girl doing my X-rays was.. The hygienist Cindy Does a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth and explaining what I can do to keep my teeth healthy. He was concerned about how nervous I was every time I visited the dentist and I appreciated that. The staffs are friendly, too. I love that I am called in almost immediately after check-in. Fantastic experience: So today I decided to get my teeth cleaned, called this office and they got me in same day which was amazing and I Saw dr josh for a cleaning and exam. Great guy, cleaned my teeth extremely well and as painless as possible and pretty quick too, I’d recommend him to anywhere in the area. I will definitely be coming back in the future
