Fantastic experience: The staff and Dr. Grief were professional and understanding. Since I live an hour away, I was able to have a consult and be treated the same day. The Dr. Grief and the staff called a few days later to see how I was doing and asked if I had any questions. When I thought one of my stitches had come undone, they allowed me to text them pictures (it wasn't but I never had had stitches in my mouth before so this was all new to me). The mouth wash is great, too.

Fantastic experience: Dr Greif was great, during procedure he didn’t hurt me at all. I do however wish he would have prescribed pain medicine for me. I have been in pain since the procedure last Tuesday. I normally can handle pain but this mouth pain has been pretty intense.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Grief is phenomenal. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist due to a bad experience when I was in high school. I take longer to get numbed up or require more numbing medication (not sure which) but they made sure I was completely numb for my periodontal surgery. I didn’t feel a thing. Everyone in the office is kind and helpful! Very knowledgable staff and they made the process very smooth and stress free. I would recommend Dr. Griefs office to everyone! Before my stitches were removed I hadn’t been flossing due to being scared that my tissue would open up from flossing or vigorous brushing in that area. They put me on an antibiotic and had me come back in 10 days to see how my gums were doing. Every appointment I’ve been to they give me a mirror and show me how they want me brushing and flossing in the area I had surgery on, leaving me informed and educated with proper care of the area I was having trouble with. Leaving no questions unanswered. Very thankful to have been referred to an awesome periodontal office.

Negative experience: My husband had a consultation at this provider back in June of 2023. We just received an invoice from them for that consultation appointment last week, in April of 2025, ALMOST A FULL TWO YEARS LATER. Obviously we're unable to pay the bill using our HSA account due to this delay. When we called to ask why we were just now receiving a bill, they told us it's because they were switching billing systems at that time and the bill was apparently lost in the shuffle. Billing for a service two years later is unacceptable. It's not our fault your system failed, but now we're unable to use the allocated funding we have every year for medical/dental expense to pay the bill because of your error. That's incredibly ridiculous. I'm wondering how many other people you sent a bill to for a service you performed two years ago that you just thought they'd pay it and move on without question.
