I usually dread this because I have such anxiety. But she was so good at keeping me calm. And my mouth felt so good afterwards. I will always go to her. But I have to say every one in the office is professional and friendly. I recommend if you are looking for dental care Aspen should be considered.

Negative experience: Took forever to get motto aligners and then said they were lost in transit and needed to redo everything. 3hr wait for appointments.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. The wait was ridiculous and they demanded an obscene amount of money for dental work they claimed I needed. Worse, when they went to pull the bad tooth I had actually come in for, they pulled the WRONG ONE. Now I'm missing a canine tooth AND still have the cavity I came in to deal with. 0/10 DO NOT GO HERE

Negative experience: I called three times to see about getting an appointment to see an endodontist. I had to call them to get them to check their email to see my referral from my dentist. This was the only endodontist in network in entire Evansville area. Thankfully, they told me up front it was going to be almost $400 just for them to X-ray and look at my tooth, no operation, just an exam. That was after insurance. So I don't know what I'm going to do now. But I'm not spending half of my week's paycheck for a dentist to look at my tooth for 10 minutes. And possibly say there's nothing wrong.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! Professionals who care for their patients

Negative experience: The people are nice, but they do not listen to your input on treatment. When I asked for an estimate for a more economical treatment, they instead gave me an estimate for a treatment plan that was thousands of dollars more than the economical treatment. I am going to find a different dentist that will listen to me instead of trying to sell me a treatment plan that costs as much as a new car.

Positive experience: The Dentist was so patient and kind. They worked on me for 2 hrs but I was very happy with the results

Negative experience: I went in for a cracked and sore tooth in hopes of getting it fixed or something given for the pain. Only did xrays and had to schedule another appointment to fix the problem. Nothing for the pain. My whole mouth and head hurts like i have an infection in my gums. I've taken so many pain pills and no relief. I ended up contacting another dental office the next morning and ended up having an infection in my gums after they checked after I kept telling Aspen I felt like I had an infection in my gums. So now im on antibiotics until I can get my extraction. Not a good experience for me. I saw some of the bad reviews but i wanted to give them a chance anyway since everyone's experience is different. Never again.

Fantastic experience: i absolutely loved these people in this office ! i am having terrible dental issues and they went above and beyond to help me get through my issues and are so compassionate! i will definitely recommend them to everyone who needs help with their teeth! Thank you all so much!

Negative experience: I was apprehensive about scheduling a dental exam with Aspen Dental since they have a reputation for doing shoddy work, but they were the only local dentist I could find without a 4-month long waitlist, so I scheduled an appointment anyway against my better judgement. When I showed up to check in, I was told "Oh we cancelled your appointment!" Um, excuse me? "We called you once to confirm your appointment and you didn't answer so we cancelled. Would you like to reschedule?" Let me get this straight: you cancelled my appointment, with ZERO cancellation notice whatsoever, because you called ONCE to verify and I missed the call after ONE attempt. This is absolutely inexcusable - I took off work to make this appointment. What a complete waste of time. I will never, ever go to this dentist again, and I warn everyone of you to save your time and avoid at all costs!

However, going to Aspen Dental thus far the office staff and technicians are friendly and Dr. Ho and Dr. Woo are very friendly, they listen and make things clear when you don’t understand. I’ve got bridge and crowns done. This is what I was looking for‼️

Fantastic experience: All the staff at Green River Rd Aspen Dental in Evansville are amazing "except for one certain MALE dentist who needs to learn to slow down and take his time" considerate, compassionate, and caring. I love going there after an initial first visit which was really bad but was the fault of only one individual rather than the several that work at the location. I'd like to name people individually, but in the chance of leaving someone out I'll just say the entire staff is really great "with 1 exception" and if you need a dentist office give them a try, atleast 2 times haha

Negative experience: Really not helpful. I wanted implants asked to do a payment plan for it and they said no. Who can afford to pay for something that's alot of money. They gave me dentures instead and I wasn't happy. They dont stay in. They didnt care when I told them. Said I have to just deal

Negative experience: I had 20 teeth extracted on December 11, 2025 and received immediate dentures. From the beginning, my bite has been off, and my top denture curves downward and looks like children’s teeth, which is extremely disappointing—especially after paying extra for the Signature package instead of the Classic. I have been back multiple times for adjustments, but I personally have to call each time to get back into the office. There is no routine follow-up scheduled. With immediate dentures, fit changes almost daily during healing, and patients should not have to chase care. There should be regular follow-up appointments every couple of weeks, not just a delayed reline around the two-month mark. What makes this worse is the unprofessional and disrespectful attitude from some staff members. You can hear how patients are spoken to while sitting in the lobby. A few employees clearly take their jobs seriously, but others do not. I hope my permanent dentures turn out great, and I am willing to update this review once that happens. As of now, the experience does not match the cost or expectations of the higher-tier package

Negative experience: Aspen dental is one of the most dishonest companies out there. When you tell a patient a price, you should honor it. I would not recommend anyone do business with this company. Being dishonest is one thing, but how you handle it when shown proof that they are wrong is another thing.

Negative experience: I came 40 minutes early and they were too busy chatting each other up in the corner. Talking about workplace drama for them to miss my appointment, make me late and then can't schedule me for another 3 months? Worst dentist service ever. Maybe they shouldn't have kids run or adults who act so entitled. I will not be returning and I will not be recommending this place to anybody

Today I was feeling like I had made a mistake on part of my treatment plan and they were so helpful and understanding helping me resolve that, while letting me know they are there to help me along my dental journey. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: Mind blown I hate the Dentist normally. I had to get a tooth extraction done and they worked so fast it was insane. I got 2 shots then they immediately started working on getting my tooth out. I was only in the building 25 minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: Don't say you are an urgent care walk in dentistry if when you walk in for emergency dental care and are told they can't see you but can make an appointment for you at a later date.

Fantastic experience: It was amazing. From the reception desk to the dental assistant to the dentist herself all very kind and patient. I came in for an emergency walk in after being turned away from numerous other dentist offices that stated that they provided this option. Even though they were busy they still squeezed me in for a tooth extraction. This will definitely be my dentist of choice going forward.

Negative experience: Do NOT go here. they spent more time trying to rope me into longterm treatment plans exceeding $17,000 than they did looking at/addressing the reason for my visit. On top of that, the price for what I was trying to get done went from one amount on the website, to a slightly higher amount over the phone, to a SIGNIFICANTLY higher amount in person. And to top it all off it really seemed like they just wanted to get me out of there so they could get to their lunch break (after bringing me back 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time). The lady who did the X-Rays was nice and professional but the doctor was clearly in a rush, to the point he scratched up my gums and to the point where I am STILL waiting for my antibiotic prescription to go through as according the the manager he “went to lunch” before sending it over. She said she would have him send it over as soon as he was back. Well she didnt, I had to call to check what was up hours later, get told by the lady on ghe phone she’s gonna let them know and get back to me, then doesnt get back to me and none of my other calls after get answered. I am suffering in pain and STILL have not had the antibiotic sent to my pharmacy 24 hours later. This is extremely unprofessional and extremely concerning to see a blatant lack of care to this degree from a medical practice. They don’t want to help, they don't care if you’re in the worst pain of your life being kept up all night every night from it, they just want your money. Avoid this place

Fantastic experience: Aspen dental isn't there for the important dental problems I broke a tooth it's cutting into my tongue and they wanted to do everything else but take care of the emergency and the day I had the appointment to take care of the emergency they cancelled

Negative experience: Horrible experience, time, after time, after time. I have given Aspen Dental SO many opportunities to redeem themselves and I have been let down more times than I should have allowed - shame on me. I purchased Invisalign around the time of 2019-2020 for $4,200 at the West Evansville office. I finished in 2022 and received my retainers. I was told It was good for 5 years. As I was nearing the end of the program Aspen Dental lost all of my records and had some sort of data issue. They wanted to rescan me to finish my Invisalign. I scheduled an appointment, waited an hour and then was told the person that was trained on Invisalign wasn't even in that day. Front desk was extremely rude and scheduling was difficult to get ahold of. I would call the customer service line and they would try to connect me to the office and no one would answer for WEEKS. I eventually gave up, and than the west side office closed down permanently. As time went on my teeth started to shift, so I tried to call again and they scheduled me at the east side Evansville office. THE SAME THING HAPPENED. You go in, the front desk is rude, doesn't ask any questions, you wait an hour, and then they tell you no one is in to help you today. Well, more time passes, I try AGAIN- 09/23/25. I spoke to the customer service on the phone two weeks prior, I asked what my options were and she told me she wasn't sure and I had to speak to the dentist. She scheduled an appointment, I go in and was not greeted. While I was waiting in line someone else went up and complained that they were waiting for over an hour. "Ben" says, oh itll just be 10 more minutes. She continues to wait over 30 minutes and he said nothing to her. Another lady walks out of the offices and looks at us and says, "don't waste your time". I get up to the front desk, and "Ben" asks what my name is, I tell him and he says, "ok, you are checked in" and doesn't ask any other questions. I waited for 45 minutes, just for a women at the front desk to say, "we cant get you in today for Invisalign, you haven't been here for a while and you need to now have a new patient appointment and it will be $260. Okay, WHY WASN'T I TOLD THAT ON THE PHONE WHEN SCHEDULING THE APPT OR AT THE FRONT DESK WHEN I CHECKED IN? No one ever asks questions, they are ALWAYS behind, NOONE PICKS UP THE PHONES, CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT COMMUNICATE WITH THE OFFICES, FRONT DESK IS ALWAYS RUDE and you never get what you want done. I give up, and Aspen owes me my time and my money back.

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would! On 8/27/25 I was forced to pay out of pocket because they expect ALL the $ that day even though you have 2 insurances. My next appointment was scheduled for 9/29/25 but I was spoken to like this: " you can pay today (8/27/25) or your spot will be given to someone who CAN afford it" I have called numerous times and been ignored, hung up on, or told I'll get a call back (no call backs so far) apparently my appointment never existed as of 9/22/25 even though I was told if I was removed I would be called. I would be called about insurance, I would be called about my dental services going forward. And this office told me they do not do refunds, only credit so when my insurance does pay I won't get my out of pocket $ back. No one has EVER called me back. I was treated like garbage.A formal complaint has been initiated. I hope corporate takes this serious because even the automated system says a NO JUDGEMENT ZONE but I was judged from day 1, then treated even worse afterwards. I will be awaiting my refund and the outcome for complaint! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, ID SUFFER FIRST! I'm serious people

Fantastic experience: Well the lady who went over my finances was nice. The nurse and general surgery was really nice and seemed to really care about me. I have insurance and they charged my care credit with the amount they said it was. Well they sent me another bill. I have called TWICE. Both times I get some excuse about the manager being busy. Well I don't want them to ding my credit so now I am leaving a bad review. They seem to not care! I think I might also call the Indiana Dental Association as well for billing fraud. Unless they start calling me really soon and explaining what this other charge is! You can't bill me after I already paid. UPDATE: I spoke with Dawn and she has taken care of everything for me. I really do appreciate it and I am glad that I got some answers. I do want to mention again the oral surgeon and nurse were the best!!! I really mean it and they did care. I just loved the nurse he was great. The ladies up front are very nice and kind. So again thank you for clearing that up and I will be back.

Negative experience: Was in for an adjustment on my dentures and Beonca was the absolute best. She took her time and really listened and got all the adjustment taken care of. Thank you Beonca. Update. Had another scheduled appointment for an adjustment and was 17 minutes late getting there because of traffic and construction. The very unprofessional guy at front counter was like well we have a 15 minute policy and you’re past that so you’ll have to reschedule it. He did pretend to go ask someone if they would still see me. I had my procedure on 8-25 and still can’t wear my dentures because they do not fit properly. Very frustrating to say the least.

Positive experience: The guy that sits at the front desk needs to go! He is rude and pushy. Other office people had to correct him both times we have been in there because he was trying to collect money when he shouldn’t have been. He’s loud and dramatic and belittled almost every person that went to the desk to check in/out but makes a big scene in front of everyone of how he needs his own “scream room” as if he’s the one being mistreated or frustrated. Absolutely ridiculous behavior. Since having been there I’ve heard the same thing from multiple people about him and they are looking for somewhere else to go because of him. DO BETTER ASPEN!

Negative experience: Easily one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced. Let’s be honest…the dentist isn’t a fun visit. These “professionals” make sure to make it worst for you. Knowing I was having anxiety, the dentist rolled her eyes to my husband. Another visit, a tech tried to pull out a tooth before numbing. Then got upset when I told her it hurt. All this after they continued rescheduling on me time and again for unknown reasons. They messed up the scan for my bridge. Then lost the molds for my bridge. So basically doing the same thing several times because they can’t get it right the first time. For all that is holy….do not go here. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to a dentist since I was a child. I've made attempts in the past, but met with humiliation and stern looks from the dentists and staff. When I went to Aspen dental, yeah, I felt no humiliation but hopeful did someday in the future. I'll be able to smile the staff were really nice and the dentist. Gave me hope for that one day I will be able to smile.

Fantastic experience: Dentist literally improved my bite and pain. She went out of her way to help me regain normalcy with eating. I sincerely appreciate the time she took when I wasn't her patient.

Fantastic experience: I had a a problem in the middle of the night, luckily I was able to get in in the morning. Everyone was great. A lot of times, I think a big problem is people are worried about being judged when they go to the dentist. I didn’t have that problem with these guys. Everyone was understanding and we got a plan together quickly. All in all a very good experience.

Positive experience: While the care I have received is good, the office staff needs improvement. They have repeatedly overcharged me in advance of work being done and then had to reimburse me months later because they don’t understand how insurance works or how to properly apply in-network discounts. There have been lots of billing issues. My appointments are also frequently late to get into the chair.

Negative experience: Had full mouth extractions6 months ago. Had some problems, but alveoplasty took care of that. Faith was my tech that took care of me. She really was such a blessing. She’s the only one I will ask for in the future. Tyvm Faith.

Negative experience: My wife had a terrible experience. They just wanted to sell a 3,000 dollar gum disease treatment. Got into our regular dentist. She didn't have the severe gum disease, but was referred for a root canal. But tooth couldn't be saved and oral surgeon had to extract it. Aspen Dental did literally nothing for her.

Positive experience: Wisdom Teeth. Have never had anesthesia or had teeth removed. Was nervous as could be. They got me back to the chair quickly. Went over my tooth X-ray. Plugged the needle in and went out in seconds. Woke up once cause they were tightening the stitches. Fell back to sleep. Woke up to no pain and still none. Went better than expected. Nothing to be nervous about.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hoe was friendly and quickly diagnosed my dental issues. The Hygienist was also very nice and worked quickly to identify my dental needs and treatment plan. I have an appointment in the morning.

Negative experience: Not happy paid over 20,000$ for teeth extractions and dental implants back in April and I still don’t have my temporary dentures and 2 out of my 6 implants have fell out and I had been complaining about having pain with them and they have told me each time that it’s food build up. Not to mention you have to wait for 2-4hrs. The lab guys are a joke as well they can’t even make dentures correctly. I WOULD NOT CHOOSE TO GO THERE WASTE IF MONEY AND TIME!

Fantastic experience: My first visit was extraordinarily pleasant. Everyone explained what would happen before they started the X-rays and Exam. My doctor explained my options very clearly so I would understand.

Negative experience: I went Aspen Dental to have a new partial made. I made a down-payment and made the appointment to try the partial plate. The denture was not made to the specifications given. And I told them it would have to be fixed because it was not what I asked for. They charged me $374.00 for a gold inlay, The inlay wasn't there and the teeth were poorly made. I also had a confrontation with the female office manager. She very rude and stated I had to pay the balance and I informed her that I don't pay for anything unless I try it first. Even though my teeth were not correct, I payed the balance. That was on May 12, 2025. When I called the office on Monday June 2,2025, I was informed that they didn't know when my partial would be completed. I asked about a refund, and was told it would be up to the office manager. If I get my partial, I will never go back to an Aspen Dental Clinic. I received very unprofessional treatment and I am not happy nor would I recommend anyone else to go there.

Fantastic experience: The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and very intentional in how they treat their clients. My oldest kiddo is terrified of the dentist and not only did the office staff make her feel comfortable, the hygienist and doctor helped my kiddo feel at ease and got her excited about her dental routine

Negative experience: Worst service I've ever experienced at a dental office only went there because I couldn't get in anywhere else can't get a return call they over charge dont give receipts they are rude to most customers that I have seen while being there my teeth never hurt until they put the crowns in that i now have I can't even chew on right side now

Fantastic experience: The staff was very kind to me and understanding when i mentioned that i get nervous with dental stuff and x rays.they answered any questions I had and were fast and efficient. The consultation turned into a cleaning when another patient canceled so it was nice. 10/10 will visit again.

Fantastic experience: The staff was very friendly. A far cry from Owensboro store. The Owensboro store is horable. The Dr's are nice but the staff at desk is horable. I enjoyed the store in Evansville. Will return to Evansville again.

Fantastic experience: Well the young blond up front is such a sweet, & professional young lady, my tech Faith was amazing!! She helped keep me calm through everything even tho I have anxiety. And Dr Woo and the lady that assisted her during my procedure were outstanding!!! I stayed calm without the relaxing pill, I only had to stop twice which was great. Everything at Aspen Dental was better than I could have imagined.

Negative experience: Online pricing is not accurate. They wont work with you. The checkout lady wouldn't even smile. The price started at $46,000 for implants and dropped to basic at $11,000. Online states a special for 299.00 basic then non special is starting at 399.00. There is no $399.00. Its a gimmick. Second time i have been screwed over by them. I wont make it a third

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from staff and doctor. I had all of my Maxillary teeth pulled and I received a denture. Aspen assisted me in arranging financial assistance for the remaining balance not covered by my insurance. I recommend Aspen to anyone needing dental care without hesitation. *****
