Positive experience: They were great, went for a root canal but the tooth was too far gone. Only 400$ for the consult and then they were able to get me into a place where they took great care of the extraction. The place was called oral surgery and dental implants in Petaluma. Only 545$ for the extraction

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dongjin Sah was recommended by my DDS for root canal as my roots were extra long and went into my sinus cavity. The next day there was no pain or issues. I highly recommend him.

She is honest and straightforward from the very beginning, and she’s without a doubt the go-to endodontist in the area.

They quoted me a price with my insurance, listened to my concerns and got me into an appointment. Very professional and straight forward process. Awesome team made sure I was comfortable as previous broken mandible on the side of extraction causes tmj and leakage of lidocaine. He went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and no unnecessary treatment was performed saving me a lot of money as well as serious potential problems. I received a phone call from him about two weeks before my appointment to go over it in detail so I could reach out to my regular dentist to prepare for the root canal re-treatment and possible micro surgery. He went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t missing my front tooth for the holidays. The staff is very professional and kind. I will always return for any future needs. Fantastic experience: Dr Dadvand was incredible. I had a big bone-eating infection and needed a root canal retreatment urgently. My dentist told me it looked terrible, and was unlikely to be saved. Dr Dadvand said the same when I arrived at the appointment, but that she’d try her best to save it. (I really appreciated her honesty.) A few hours later, it was saved! My dentist said the xray was one of the best root canals she’s seen. At one point, the assistant gave me too much gas (which didn’t end well) but Dr Dadvand resolved it quickly. She was amazing, so considerate, reassuring and a total pro. She saved my tooth! Highly recommend to everyone.

Negative experience: The staff were great. But I am wondering why several X-rays taken before the event did not show a cracked tooth. It took getting 1/2 way through the procedure to find out they had to stop and refer me to my dentist to extract tooth. I now have a toothache and must wait until my dentist can fit in an extraction. Could the crack have happened in the procedure?

Fantastic experience: Dr. Awad was the kindest, gentlest, endodontist...the air conditioning kicked on and she took the time to offer me a blanket. The office staff is responsive and kind. The office itself is clean and they have head phones and a TV above each chair so you can either listen to music or watch TV while getting your Endodontic care.

Fantastic experience: Clean and well-organized office that is run both smoothly and efficiently by informed and friendly staff. I did have one problem, i.e., the dental assistant had this rapid humming tune that continued the entire time and without a break while preparing me for my consultation for a root canal repair. It made me extremely anxious, and finally, I politely ask her if she could refrain from humming. To her credit, she did. Very kind and understanding on her part. I hope it didn't insult her as it wasn't my intention.

Positive experience: Very friendly and helpful office staff. My endodontist was pleasant and I felt like I was in good hands. I got to see my radiograph and he explained what I was seeing very well. So far my root canal has been great with no more pain. The office is really cold, so dress warmly and a coat's a good idea.

Front desk staff is great too, very helpful in explaining the various financing options available. Altogether a great experience, very professional and courteous. Fantastic experience: My first root canal experience at Endodontics. It was a comfortable experience. Everyone kind, smiling and pleasant- Dentist was clear in explaining things before and after. Very important. Could use alittle more update as the procedure is taking place. like "just another 10 minutes or so-- or, "getting the last segment.. another 5 minutes... etc. All done!"

I had the unfortunate experience of needing their services recently for an old RCT gone bad and the staff was amazing from start to finish. Dr Loxley and Dr. Sah are both excellent at what they do, not to mention very calm and caring. Also, I get nothing but positive feedback from my patients who have used them (calm, efficient, professional, caring are a few of the adjectives used). The entire staff has been nothing but exceptional. You can trust this office to take care of you and your teeth!

Negative experience: I want to put 5 stars, I loved the staff and my dr but after I left with subcutaneous emphysema , I don’t know what to say. My neck and head make crackling sound, it’s full of air bubbles, so swollen and in pain. And the sad part, it was only part of the procedure. Still have to come back. By the time I’ll get better, will have to endure through all this pain again. Ugh

From the very beginning, I found your office easy to locate and conveniently tucked alongside busy Dora Street. The directions were clear, and upon entering, I was greeted by a warm and calming environment. The soft, modern music paired with the amber lighting created a very relaxing ambience—something I greatly appreciated in a dental setting. The receptionist was kind, approachable, and professional without being overly formal, which made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The waiting area was quaint and comfortable, and I didn’t wait long at all before being taken back. The dental assistant introduced herself right away, spoke clearly, and patiently answered my questions. She even provided a pamphlet to give me a visual explanation, which I found very helpful. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately set me at ease. When the doctor entered, she introduced herself warmly, and although I jokingly commented on how young she looked, she handled it with humor and grace. That lighthearted exchange helped make the entire appointment much less stressful. Throughout the procedure, she explained every step, ensured I was comfortable, and checked in often. She numbed me thoroughly, so the process was completely painless. She mentioned the treatment would take about an hour, but it felt like it was over before I knew it. When everything was finished, I was informed that no follow-up was needed unless I experienced any discomfort. Payment was straightforward, and I was able to leave quickly without any hassle. Overall, this was by far one of the smoothest and most pleasant dental visits I have ever had. The professionalism, friendliness, and care I received from every staff member left me genuinely impressed. I truly wish all dental visits could be this seamless. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Santa Rosa Endodontics by my dentist and they fit me in the same day within hours. I was very appreciative because I had quite a bit of discomfort and they took some images and diagnosed the problem with the tooth I was having issues with. So they put me on a prescription of amoxicillin and in few days I was feeling back to normal. Emily and Sahar Dadand DDS and the rest of the team were very cordial and informative and I was very pleased with the care I got

Negative experience: . I had a five hour root canal from hell by DRJOSEPH DEHMER . He broke one of his instruments off in my tooth and it cant be removed.After words he said if i did not like it he could pull the tooth he botched and the rest of my teeth. The tooth now hurts non stop DONT GO HERE 700 fake reviews. YOU WILL BE SUED DR DEHMER FOR PAIN AND SUFFERING , THIS IS THE FIRST OF MANY REVIEWS

As a fun side note, they sell a bottle of olive oil from Turkey — and aaaahhh!! This is hands down the best olive oil I have ever tried. If you do not see it displayed, definitely ask the staff. It is a 10000/10!

I have some PTSD from a previous dentist that I believe to be a masochist and these pros even made me comfortable!! Additionally there was ZERO pain after the novocain wore off. $2,500 for a root canal seemed steep until I realized they are the BEST at what they do, and it's worth the extra cost!!
