The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and Dr. Sutton is a very calm and gentle man who explains what needs to be done in everyday language. He invited me to ask questions and he answered all of them. I feel very comfortable in his office and also in the very uplifting waiting room. The dental assistant and hygienist are very competent. I had an issue with my retainer, and Nikki did some adjustment that made it fit much better. Fantastic experience: I thought this office was in network with my insurance, but it wasn’t. After speaking with Jolene, the office manager, she told me that she would explain my situation to Dr. Sutton and they could work something out for me!! They did the x-rays that were necessary to evaluate me properly. The doctor’s assistant Erica was really great helping me get my jewelry off and back on again. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Sutton. I told him what I wanted and he said why don’t you let me take a look at the x-rays and then we’ll discuss it maybe I’ll have a better solution for you.!! After taking a look at my teeth, he said I can do this for you instead of taking out all of your teeth! He said it would be better for me in the long run the more teeth I can keep the better! I appreciated his candor and said let’s do this instead of going to another office that would’ve been in network for me! I don’t mind spending the extra money because I know I’m going to have a great dentist working for me and making sure that I’m happy with the end results!!! I highly recommend anybody looking for an awesome dentist to go to this office from the front end to the the dentist my experience today was completely amazing!!! It’s the best dentist I’ve ever been to in all my life!!! on a scale of one to 10 I give the office and the doctor an 11!!

Fantastic experience: The staff greeted me with smiles when I arrived and escorted me to a chair. The dentist soon came into the room and explained the steps of making a custom mandibular appliance. I was impressed with his knowledge. Dr. Dutton and his assistant made molds of upper and lower teeth. In three weeks I will have the appliance.

He gave me a possible option.and was so knowledgeable and talked to me about what he could do if the option did not work. Fantastic experience: I loved it! Dr Dutton is truly a professional . He’s the best in Santa Rosa! Jessic Woolsey keeps my teeth sparkly clean and of course I love the nitrous. The receptionist are lovely very sincere and kind and most helpful. My favorite dental place to be. I would recommend it to everyone. The shining star is Dr. Sutton‘s unique ability to do veneers and then redo them again after many years! So glad they are here in Santa Rosa! You feel like family when you go there.

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY recommend this dental practice. I have a big fear of dental pain and this staff and Dr. Sutton made me feel at ease. I chose them originally because they offer sedation dentistry - which I needed to even consider having some dental work done. I never thought I’d say this about a dentist but my procedure was quick and painless (emotionally and physically). Now they’ll be my dentist full time. I can’t thank you all enough to have one less worry! PS - they even fed me apple sauce after my procedure

Fantastic experience: After many years of routine dentist visits at various offices, this is the first dentist that took my TMJ and nighttime clenching concerns seriously. We are now completing a treatment plan that already has improved my facial pain and tension drastically!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sutton and staff are great. I had an old crown that fractured. They worked on the schedule to get me in before the end of the year to repair it. I’m thankful for their skill and time spent to do the work.

Negative experience: Dr. Ferrick is no longer the practicing dentist in this office. His team has mostly relocated to other offices. I no longer use their services for reasons affecting my family’s care. Now I see a different dentist.

He made them look so good and normal with the implant. They always take care of you here and I promise you will be happy with the results. 10/10 recommend. I don’t want to go anywhere else now. I trust him with everything and it took me going to so many different offices to figure out on my very first visit with him I wanted him to do the major work I was very nervous about.

The dentist has a trait rarely experienced at any office. Bedside manner sort of speak since there are only reclining treatment chairs. Dentist frequently treat patients with knowledge and experience but lack compassion and understanding

Fantastic experience: High anxiety, big ole wimpy, dentist office hater here....hands down the best dental experience in sonoma county. The WHOLE office is amazing and really helped me get my butt in the office and take care of my very neglected teeth. Jolene is amazing with explaining everything and helping with the bills, Jessica just cleaned my teeth and she listens and is flexible with how she cleans your teeth and Heidi is amazing and gentle and Dr Sutton is a pro. Everyone really takes the time to make sure you're comfortable. I've spent a lot of time looking for the right dentist and I'm so happy I was referred to Dr. Suttons office.

Fantastic experience: I had an urgent dental issue after breaking a tooth. They were able to get me in for a consultation the next day and scheduled the repair the same week. I have dental anxiety and the conscious sedation offered was the perfect solution. They were even able to add in a teeth cleaning for me while I was sedated. I highly recommend this dental office.

I have spent the last several years trying to complete finishing my dental needs, I went through two other local Dentists that took financial advantage and dissatisfied me with poor results. I was researching to try to find a office and Dentist that cared about thier patients and came across Dr. Sutton and his staff, they accepted me as a patient and worked with my insurance and to be very honest I was gun shy because of the terrible prior experiences I had, but he listened to me and didn't try to pressure me into anything. Giving me options to work with and no hidden surprises. The front and back office staff are all kind, down to earth and treat you literally like family. If your looking for a very personable and up to date Denistry, go no further. Dr. Sutton has two locations in Sonoma County California . Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park and I have been to both. If you are looking for the complete package , look no further. I am truly grateful to have found this office and highly recommend them if your in need of any Implants or General Dentistry . I was their last appointment of the day. I came in with a bad toothache and he was only supposed to evaluate but offered to stay late to extract it so I wouldn't be in pain over the weekend. This dentist office single-handedly changed my outlook on going to the dentist. I used to avoid going to the dentist at all costs because I've had so many horrible painful experiences.
