Fantastic experience: Dr Elward took her time with me and was very thorough in her assessment of my dental issues. Really liked her style and the staff was also very professional, friendly and efficient. It was my first visit here and definitely would recommend.

Negative experience: If I just rated Mary Kay who cleaned my teeth this would easily be 5 stars. She was absolutely fantastic. However, I really like Dr. Elward, she’s kind and has been thorough in the past but today she spent less than 5 minutes with me, and I felt rushed and unable to ask my questions. She said she needed to get to a staff birthday party. I drove 1 1/2 hour for that appointment but I felt dismissed and unvalued as a patient. But I do believe it was a one off in this case, I feel Dr. Elward does genuinely care about her patients despite this. If I could the receptionist at the front desk it would be -5 stars, very rude person should not be dealing with the public.

Fantastic experience: Mary Kay is always great and very friendly. She takes great care with my sensitive mouth and explains everything as she goes along. Also, everything in the office is shiny clean!

Fantastic experience: I have to say that hygenist was the BEST I have ever experienced in my 63 years of dental cleaning and check-ups. She was so polite, friendly, informative, gentle and not too chatty. My teeth felt so clean and not scraped. In the past, other hygenist at my former dental offices were too aggressive with the scaping and gum cleaning, leaveing my mouth sore for a few days. This is by far the best dental office I have experienced in my life time. It's not overly decorative but very clean and contempory. The staff and doctor are friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: This was the first procedure I had done since becoming Dr. Elward’s patient 6 months ago. I had 4 old fillings replaced. The fillings were visible and in very poor condition. Dr. Elward agreed to change plans last minute at my request to do all 4 instead of 2 on one side and then rescheduling the second set. It was not treated as an inconvenience at all. Dr. Elward was very attentive and concerned about my comfort. The work she did was incredible. The fillings to the outside surface of my teeth at the gum line are completely invisible and totally undetectable to my tongue. I am super impressed. I completely trust her to help me make a plan, not rush me to do the plan and then execute the plan with immense care and concern for my well-being. And now I know that she also does incredible work. Amazing.

I had been to 2 dentists before this and both tried to upsell me for thousands of dollars. A friend told me about this practice -she drives an hour to see Dr. Elward--thats how good she is- and now I understand. I was treated with care, respect and dignity. Dr. Elward had time for all of my questions and her calm demeanor is so refreshing. Every single person in her (all female) practice is kind, respectful and really competent. Highly recommend. This is the dentist I have been looking for!

The office is exceptionally clean and organized. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and informative. Online paperwork is essential to complete prior to appointment. This helps the office understand insurance, past experience, and how to manage your care moving forward. Cleaning is scheduled for later this week.

Fantastic experience: Well, after my initial consultation I felt relief that I had found a new dentist I was comfortable with. Being relatively new in the area it has been rather difficult finding all new service providers of every sort. After meeting with Doctor Elward and most of the staff I feel like finding a new dentist is one less thing I have to do.
