The two ladies at the front desk said I didn't. I was leaving for an extended period of time out of country so they took me in anyway. THANK YOU..... 5/2022 I had a dental appointment for cleaning and Samantha was the dental hygienist doing the work. Just like last time she did an excellent excellent job. What is also really nice about going to Greenhills Dental they give you good information about how to keep your teeth clean so the cleaning appointment is very very pleasant thank you. See you all in 6 months. 11/15/22 I have been going to Greenhills dental from it's very inception when it was in a strip mall 30 plus years ago. This is by far one of the best teams that I've ever dealt with. They've given me insight into my health care for my teeth and are very good at doing the dental hygiene care at my appointments. They are awesome. 2/3/2025 As usual an awesome job, teeth felt good when I came out and I have no complaints whatsoever. one of the best staffs I've ever been around for any medical attention. thank you Green Hills Dental.

Fantastic experience: I went to this office as a new patient with a complicated history and a problem tooth that had already had work. I was anxious because of some mixed reviews I’d seen, but my visit went much better than expected. The dentist listened to my concerns, took into account the recent work and imaging, and focused the exam on the present issue. She explained clearly what was needed and referred me to an excellent endodontist who took care of the growing problem. What stood out was that the dentist was straightforward, respectful and professional, and didn’t pressure me into making other decisions on the spot about other teeth that will probably need some work in the near future. The staff followed through quickly on the referral, and the promotional price for the exam was exactly as quoted. Overall, I felt heard, not rushed, and I left with a clear plan and no surprises. I’d recommend this office to others who have complex dental issues and want a practical, no‑nonsense approach.

Fantastic experience: Linda is truly the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She’s been my hygienist for years, and I genuinely adore her. She is gentle, kind, and incredibly caring, and she always makes me feel completely at ease. On top of that, she has a great sense of humor, which makes every visit so much more pleasant. Fantastic experience: I was warmly greeted. Sky went through the tiresome and frustrating job of checking my insurance plan (with a smile). Amanda came to take me back to the room for xrays promptly. Not only was she very professional but talked (and listened) to me, easing my fears of being a first time patient. My doctor took her time to explain procedures and asked if I had any questions. Amanda went out of her way to connect me to the surgeon needed, by not only writing down information needed, but also making the call for an appointment. I found their staff very professional and friendly, going out of their way to ease my nervousness.

Dr. Erskin should have a PHD in sculpting as well as Dentistry! She truly worked wonders on my teeth and I look and feel ten years younger again. Dakota is also not only amazing at his job, but he's also an amazing person. I'm a bit of a perfectionist and they have been very patient with me. Fantastic experience: I have been terrified of dentist after horrific experiences throughout childhood. I finally took the leap to begin my dental journey again. I chose Green Hills after reading such great reviews. When I tell you they are so laid back and welcoming, I meant it! Every single person I encountered addressed me with kindness. I was praying to get Linda after seeing she was so celebrated. I can say... every one was right!! She helped me through a panic attack, listened to and encouraged me. Thank you, Linda! I was okay to proceed with the procedures I never would have before. Dr. Erskin made sure I was comfortable, numb and let me take breaks. I didn't catch receptionist's name but she was awesome too! Had appts, insurance and quotes all lined out before I was done with procedure. I believe there are multiple branches that you can go to if there is a service needed not at this office. 3 years later.... I had to move 5 hrs away and I literally drive those hours to continue seeing LINDA! She is amazing.

Fantastic experience: Update: Linda is phenomenal! She is literally the reason I come there. Power went out during my appointment, and Linda “MacGyvered” me and made sure to still provide such thorough service. Thanks again, Linda! You are truly one of a kind! Linda is indescribable. I will follow her anywhere. I just got in today for a cleaning and with Invisaligns it seems that it’s hard to keep up keeping my teeth clean because my buttons catch everything and Linda did such an amazing job! I recommend her to anyone looking for the best cleaning you’ll ever get!! Just got in again for a cleaning and it is so amazing how clean Linda gets my teeth. She told me about a water pick so I got one and she said it has made a huge improvement for me. I also have Invisalign’s and she has helped me with recommending which teeth to shift and I have never had such a great smile. I actually like smiling now and it’s all thanks to Linda.

Fantastic experience: First visit. I broke a tooth and came in to evaluate what could be done. The Dentist explained all options for the tooth and pro's and con's of each. Very pleased with experience. I liked that she took her time and made sure I understood everything. Can't wait to come back for regular cleaning and exam.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time seeing Dr. Erskin. The staff are so friendly and Mel explained everything in detail as far as costs my insurance will cover. My hygienist, Dawna, was excellent and this was the best cleaning I have ever had. I was skeptical about finding a new dentist after mine retired but am more than pleased that I took a chance on Dr. Erskin. I do not think you will be disappointed in choosing her and her staff.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a dental office, this is it! I found Green Hills Dental and Dr. Erskin a couple of years ago and haven’t looked back since. This is hands down the best dental team I’ve ever visited. Even though I typically only go in for my bi-annual cleanings, they always remember me, which makes each visit feel personal and welcoming. Plus, they give out the best toothbrushes—seriously, they’re our favorite! I couldn’t recommend this office more. If you need a dentist, look no further than Green Hills Dental!

Negative experience: Go a couple miles south for places that actually care. They won’t tell you all your options, just what probably makes them more money. You book an appointment for an emergency and they send you back home after diagnostic because they “ don’t have time for it today” Maybe showing up in a semi with work clothes and a leg injury wasn’t the best option. Next time I’ll wear a suit so the assistant can talk to me like a normal person

Fantastic experience: Outstanding support. All the personnel--from the reception area to the technicians and the doctor--are superior in their attitudes toward the patients and their work ethic. Truly a good experience to be looked after at the clinic. My wife and I just completed our semi-annual follow-up and the Green Hills Dental clinic team are still doing a fantastic job. Their professionalism and consideration towards their patients will continue to build goodwill within the community. Keep up the good work. We'll see you in 6 months.
