Fantastic experience: My yusband and I have been coming here for several years. I brought my daughter in to get a tooth pulled for her forst visit to this office, after moving from her other dentist. She was super nervous, and everyone was super sweet and kind to her. I was so happy with how she was treated with kindness and respect.

Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness! I don't know where to start so I'll begin with Avery at the front desk. She was caring, friendly, and very welcoming while making my original appt, checking me in and then making my follow-up. She didn't miss a chance to be sweet and kind. Next is Heather, one of the Assistants. Very considerate, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. A great sense of humor, this lady is the kind of person everyone wants to be friends with. She took time to explain my care plan and costs going forward. Next in the room was Dr Sloan. What can I say. He is professional, very thorough, knowledgeable and caring. He has a great personality, too. I never felt rushed to make a decision and there was absolutely no pressure to get work done on my teeth - that was a nice change from any other dentist I've been to. Next was Jenessa, the Hygienist. She was also very attentive to my needs, friendly, sincere and professional. I felt more like I was at a spa appointment for my teeth rather than a dentist appointment :) I loved that they talked back and forth and room to room - like a family. Lots of giggles today. I really felt at ease! A very good experience and definitely a 5 star appointment. Thank you all. I'll see you next week!

Fantastic experience: Great service every time. Everything was explained during and after my exam by the staff.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful people. They listen and are upfront with everything they are doing.

Negative experience: I had an awful experience! This is 1st dental clinic I'd ever been to that didn't offer scaling. Also, after giving receptionist my insurance info over phone, she told me before I made drive there which was 45 min BTW, everything was covered. I got there & they not only told me it probably wasn't covered, but they refused to do procedure I wanted. Instead, they sent me to a specialist an hour away that was kind enough to locate my former dentist that I'd already been to yesterday & he's finalizing procedure in 3 weeks without arguing or sending me anywhere else! I don't recommend this clinic to anyone!

Thanks so much Hills Family Dental! Kathy Dougherty

Fantastic experience: You guys are amazing! I will definitely recommend you guys to other family members and friends. The dentist was very nice too. I loved how I was so nervous, but the hygienist lady that took care of me made it to where I was not nervous anymore. She explained what they were doing and I definitely had a better outcome this time than I did last time and I'm in no pain so that's even better. Kindest employees ever. Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend. I look forward to going back for continued dental care.

Fantastic experience: Nice friendly staff. Clean comfortable place.

Negative experience: These people “milk” your Insurance Company for every penny. They cleaned 1/2 (right side) of my teeth, then said they were out of time and re-scheduled to do the “left” side on another visit, and charged both myself and my insurance for the second visit. Thought it was a unique situation, but a month later, they did the exact same thing to my wife. I owed $20.00 from second visit, that I refused to pay. Now it is on my Credit Report… I added a note of dispute, and it does no damage to my Credit, but just another example of “ dirty business” that goes on here.

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff knowledgeable and kind - I am a very happy patient ! Thank you Hills Family Dental !
